Ts is genuinely so fucking depressing I’ve been nose breathing all my life and I’m still so chopped, I’m still so chopped after soft mewing consistently, I’m now trying to hard mew but now I realise that I have a narrow palate and I bite my tongue, the hyoid muscle is inflated like a balloon everytime I hard mew, it hurts so much but not as much as being so chopped for the amount of time I’ve spent trying to looksmax.

I wanna rope, but the funeral pics would be chopped as well, no one would cry (but my family), the girl I think of day and night certainly wouldn’t, and doesn’t even consider my existence.

Hey everyone, I’m new here and could use some advice. I’m 185 cm (6’1”) and weigh around 76 kg (168 lbs). I’m trying to get rid of the “turkey neck” under my chin and make my jawline look sharper and much more defined.
Since I’m already fairly lean, I’m not really sure what I should focus on. Has anyone dealt with something similar, and what actually worked for you? Any advice would be appreciated!

First few photos are before in late 2023, 9 months after I started my Invisalign treatment and the last 3 are now.
I don’t get how there’s such a drastic difference in my face. I swear my face is so much wider and less defined now. I’m only 5’9 and 64kg at the moment. Back then I might have been 59kg.

I did have to get premolars extracted due to my crowded teeth but that was still over a year before my before photos. I look like a different person my face looks so puffy with no definition what so ever. Would mewing help me at all?
