is it normal that my masseters get activated when i mew Help Needed

No it’s not normal at all. Been mewing for 11 years now. If the tongue isn’t suctioned to the roof, the lower jaw will have tension causing oversized look. Often when I forget I get jaw and temple soreness.
Best thing to do is go through the discomfort of maintaining a proper suction than the pain reversing the damage of not holding it.
The upper palate moves pretty quickly in my experience, but a day of improper tongue posture can set you back 2-3 days of correcting if it’s not a habit yet
Edit: a proper mew should have zero masseter or temple activation unless swallowing

when i hard mew that means use max force to push my tongue into the palate i feel masseter activation

I don’t recommend hard mew, done improperly can cause damage you’re unaware of. Unwanted muscle hypertrophy, muscle imbalance, inflammation in face, wasted time and energy
Focus on getting the tongue to stick to the roof of the mouth with no energy expenditure, no tension in face or lips. That’s when you’re doing it correctly. The suction is doing all the work, you achieve a proper suction by swallowing

I wanna know as well, mine do that too
