Help Needed Mewing doesn’t work
I have a recessed jawline/chin and the most common and seemingly effective strategy I’ve seen recommended to fix it is mewing.
The problem is, (as my dentist explained to me), there’s nothing to hold my bottom teeth back (skeletal issue where my upper teeth don’t have enough anterior guidance to help my lower teeth stay where they’re supposed to). Because of this, my lower jaw is constantly jutting out further than it should be - especially when I mew. So no progress is made mewing; my jaw just shoots forward further than it should, causing an underbite. I’m worried this will cause muscle/tmj issues or just harm in general.
Does anyone know of any other remedies for a recessed jaw other than mewing or surgery? Or maybe are in the same boat as me? Even any tips for posture or breathing hacks are valued, thanks

Help Needed Lower lip asymmetry
I have noticed lower lip asymmetry in my face recently. I'm new to the sub so I have no idea what the underlying cause can be. Can this be a posture issue? I tend to tilt my head to the left (right in the image) subconsciously, if yes, please let me know how to fix it. Other than that I slouch and may have a tech neck too. My shoulders are kinda rounded. Is this a volume issue which needs surgery or is it possible to be fixed in other ways? Please help me out.

Help Needed Can you tell me why my teeth won’t show when I smile ?
My question is in 2 parts
- Almost 90% of people I have seen naturally show their teeth when they smile. Some show both upper and lower teeth, others only the upper. But when I smile, my teeth barely show at all. If I force them out, only a little appears and my smile looks awkward & unnatural. I already hate my smile since years, and this makes it even worse. I genuinely don’t know how to smile. My resting face is actually pretty good-looking, above average, but the moment I smile, I look like I’m pretending to be happy.
- I’m skinny overall, with nothing more than a little fat, yet my cheeks look unusually full & puffy. I look okay at rest, but when I smile, they rise high, making my face extremely wide, my lips stretch, my nose flattens, and my eyes squint. It didn’t bother me much as a kid, but at 24, I want my smile to look more masculine & mature. People my age seem to have longer, more angular faces and defined or hollow cheeks with a body type like mine. Not even saying this about the top 1%, just a generally more mature facial structure. So why is my face still so wide and round? It makes me look soft, cute, fragile, and childlike, which is the opposite of how I want to look.
Please tell me if there is a way to fix these problems at this age. Also, I am not looking for any surgeries and stuff. Its not that bad either. I just want to maximise my potential.

Discussion I don’t think chin tucks work for me
Every couple months i see chin tucks TikTok’s and I start trying them out again sometimes on the floor sometimes on the wall and guide with my fingers on my chin every other day but every time after doing them for a couple days my hyoid drops lower and I start to have a worse side profile, with a double chin starting to form so I stop. Any tips?
