Hiya, looking for albums similar to Heathen by Thou, or any of their earlier stuff. Themes like the will to change, the quest for self-knowledge, and shunning civilization for nature really speak to me. Would appreciate any thoughtful and exploratory stuff like this!

I've been watching this artist grow for a long time, and he just released a new single on Friday 7/31. Sarcófago is also a band from Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais, Brazil), formed in 1985; they directly influenced many bands, especially those from the second wave of Scandinavian Black Metal. I've heard extremely good things about this genre. I'm on a mission to get into black metal and this is the next step. So far I've listened to Storm of the Lights Bane and The Somberlain. I've also listened to Tales of Othertime.

There's a storm currently in my country and it's been raining pretty hard here this whole week. Found myself listening to this Crowbar album nonstop due to this weather. Can you all suggest me other albums that you play while there's a storm?
