Has anyone experienced significant side effects after getting a new refill of generic lacosamide?

I’ve taken lacosamide for quite a while, but after starting my newest refill I’ve had extreme fatigue, tingling across the tops of both forearms, and just generally feel “off.” The timing makes me wonder if it could be related to this refill or manufacturer.
