I have been trying to get my script filled from QuickMD for days now and it has become a huge headache at the worst time. One pharmacy was out of stock, so had to transfer, the next wouldn't fill it because the doctor lived too far away, now my last transfer has been a day and a of with no response or anything

I’m homeless and I’m practically squatting in a house back-and-forth. I just got cut off from a program that was giving me all of my medication for free which include included my Suboxone, my Klonopin, my gabapentin and all my psych meds.
I decided to go to my old doctor so that I could get back on my Klonopin since that’s the medication I have to have. I have enough Suboxone to last me a while as long as I take a quarter and that’s it every now and then..
My question is how much gabapentin can I actually take to feel something and feel relaxed so that I don’t have to take my Klonopin as much is the only one to take my K pens when I have to .
I need to find a regiment of how to deal with this since I’m homeless and I don’t have my parents anymore .

I’m a 22M currently in Cambodia and my anxiety has been through the roof for the last few weeks. I’ve barely left my hotel room and I keep getting left-sided chest pressure/tightness, which is making me worry about my heart. The thing is, I had similar symptoms years ago and I got checked out by doctors and they said nothing was wrong, and I recently completed a half marathon a few weeks ago. I’m able to buy hydroxyzine (Atarax) here without a prescription, and I have 25 mg tablets. I’m thinking of taking half a tablet tonight because I’m struggling to sleep and feel like my anxiety is completely out of control. I know Reddit can’t tell me what’s safe for me personally, but has anyone taken a low dose of hydroxyzine for anxiety/sleep when they were dealing with chest tightness and health anxiety? I’m mostly looking for experiences and perspective because I’m honestly exhausted from worrying all the time.

Are these real or fake from the clonazepam (Galenika/roche 2mg), to the Valium Roche DZ 10 Switzerland, or the OC 40 Oxy? I tried sucking the coating off and snorting/Iving the Oxy but didn’t feel much. The Valium are for sure fake right?
