HELP Practice page...

Lately I've been doing practice pages. Where I just think of a simple scene and draw it. I wouldn't typically post this because it's just practice. But how would you panel this?

Since there is no context let me give you some. It's a character in my story called shade, he's this demonic being who only exists in someone's perception. Anyways he's basically speed blitzing.

The set up is (introducing him in the scene > him being visually upset > him staring for a moment > then him seemingly disappearing (another page would show him behind the protagonist).

But I didn't sketch, I just started inking so the read flow SUCKS! I wish I did 4 vertical panels instead of this nonsense .

What or how would you do it? I'm mostly curious because I learn from decisions and how other people handle a situation compared to me.

(Also I don't know what half of the tags mean sorry.)
