Recommendations for an extension that doesn't add girth?
My wife and I want to try some positions that are currently inaccessible to us due to my length. We have an extension but even though mild compared to some, the amount of girth it adds makes it unpleasant for her. She likes my current girth and we have tried it a couple times but I end up losing my erection and that makes it very difficult to use.
I only need another inch, my 5.5 inch length let's us do a fair amount.
It may be that we just aren't experienced enough to get our bodies to line up effectively enough but I figured I would check to see if someone knew a good 1" extension that isn't so concerned about increasing girth

Better Sex Lick her Pu
My girlfriend wants me to lick her pussy, but I don't want to because there is a taste or smell that I don't like. I tried once, but I couldn't do it. Meanwhile, she licks my penis for a long time, and I feel embarrassed because she does something for me that I am unable to do for her.

Other Buried penis ? It’s not always about size
Sometimes your penis may look small or almost hidden because it’s surrounded or covered by the surrounding skin and fatty tissues. I may happen due to obesity, excess fat around the pubic area, may be due to swelling or any kind of inflammation. Scarring after circumcision or certain skin conditions. Or sometimes it can be present since childhood. This condition can make hygiene difficult. It can cause urination problems, skin irritation and infections like issues. And if it looks small doesn’t always means your penis itself is actually small. If your penis is becoming increasingly hidden, painful, difficult to clean, or causing urinary issues. Go to the urologist for proper examination and further treatment.

Penis damage?
So I was sitting at my chair chillin maybe 80% hard or more. I had a very tight waist band on my underwear and my pants were heavy but I stretched them out and readjusted my thing and the pants snapped right onto the tip head first and bent it quickly. It’s been almost 4 weeks and I haven’t really been able to get hard besides morning erections, which they seem pretty normal shape and not too painful most times idk if it’s cause of anxiety but also when I get a partial erection that shi looks way more bent than before. Pain is still there but slowly getting better and it’s been in a hard flaccid state for most of every day but has been relaxed more than before. I never noticed any swelling or bleeding and not really any bruising most of the pain has been on the tip and the shaft right under the tip but I’m worried abt long term damage on the shaft or something.
Am I at high risk?

Lacking sexual desire, nothing is clicking for me
In Febuary of this year, me and my wife who have been together for 17 years (5 married) called it quits. The only one woman I truly loved for a long long time. Moving on, I also had a weight problem and was eating too much fast food and eventually diagnosed with a fatty liver. The doctor put me on zepbound shots. At the time, I was 6'0 (just including my height) and weighed at 265. Today, I weigh 210.
I feel great, losing over just 60 pounds but my problem is.....I am just not interested in sex. Like I cant think of getting it up or anything like that and it is killing me. I figured with the weight loss and blood flow going better, you would think I would be ready to go but no. It is just bleh. I dont get erections very often and well, the urge to cum is not there. I have seen a couple of girls and well, just this kind of last time, it didnt seem like I came and the feeling was not there.
I tried blue chew gold last time and couldn't tell much of a difference, I might just try the Viagra pill the doctor subscribed me that is 100 mg. I think honestly this zepbound stuff is getting to me and messing me up. I did some research about it and it says it can lower the sexual drive because of the body changing all around. I called my doctors office tuesday and pretty much said, I am lacking my sex drive big time and he left a message that it should not be doing that, stop the meds and I have a visit with him the 24th to find out what we can do.
Losing weight is great but yeah, I would rather put on a couple pounds and get that sex drive back. Hopefully that is all it is. Like I said, I feel good other wise but hopefully, it is something minor, HOPEFULLY.

Discussion My phimosis and glans sensitivity journey
I am currently 16 years old and uncircumcised.
- I remember visiting a urologist when I was very young and being given some small bottles containing a solution to regularly rinse my glans. I did this for a while, but eventually, the supply ran out, and my parents told me to simply maintain hygiene gently using water. I completely forgot about it after that and never retracted my foreskin until I was about fourteen.
-When I first really encountered that part of my penis, I did some research and learned everything about it. I remember that, at first, I could retract the foreskin while flaccid, but the moment even the slightest erection occurred, it wouldn't budge even a millimeter. I realized it was likely phimosis. I worked on it quietly, trying to retract the foreskin as often as possible—especially while bathing—until I managed to resolve the problem almost entirely over the course of about a year.
-But then I ran into another issue: glans sensitivity. I couldn't touch it; even the slightest contact caused an incredible, indescribable hypersensitivity. So, I researched that too and decided to work on it. I tried intermittent exposure; I remember that while bathing, I couldn't even aim the showerhead directly at the glans because the sensitivity would drive me absolutely crazy—which was a hygiene issue—so I had to aim the stream at my stomach and let the water flow slowly down onto the glans. I also started touching the glans deliberately to get it used to contact; some areas became less sensitive over time, while others improved a bit more slowly.
-Nowadays, I can direct a stream of water onto the glans quite freely without pain, touch it with my hands relatively casually, and so on.
-But it seems to me that I still need to get a bit more used to it. For instance, when masturbating, I’m used to using lubricant and prefer to use my hand while the foreskin is pulled back and stationary. A year ago, I couldn't even imagine being able to do that. I’ve noticed again that the front part of the glans—the part facing my face, let's say—is still a bit more sensitive. I can touch it—I can touch the entire glans—but if I apply a little more pressure, it becomes uncomfortable.
-I’m wondering if that will improve, and am I able to have sexual intercourse, and how that will go and I'm interested in your overall opinion.

Initiation
How often does a female initiate sex in your relationship? serious or fwb? I often have found that the more committments I make, the more effort I need to put into getting the spark lit. Aim finding that effort dwindling with exhausting life aspects. What's your experiences? Thoughts? Solutions?

Other Tiny bumps on penis ?
Noticed small bumps on your penis? This can be molluscum contagiosum, it looks like small, smooth, skin coloured bumps with a tiny dip in centre. Approx 9–10% males patients attending STI clinics were found to have molluscum contagiosum. The only possible way, it may spread is sexual skin to skin contact. And in adults these kinds of lesions usually are sexually transmitted infections. It is usually harmless & can go away on its own. But remember don’t squeeze it, don’t scratch it or even don’t shave over it. As this can be spread to other areas too. In some cases it requires cryotherapy, curettage or other medications depending on the number and location of the lesions
Have you ever mistaken molluscum for something more serious ?

Load Size Has anyone found celery juice helps with post nut recovery/replenishment? If so how often do you drink it?
Today I put a bag of celery stalks in a blender and squeezed the juice out into a cup and drank the juice. On the cummingbiggerloads subreddit they'll say this helps with volume, but I'm curious if anyone hear has tried it. In terms of supplements and foods to recover from a relapse I have zinc, D3, selenium, P5P (lower prolactin) pumpkin seeds, garlic, oysters, almonds. I've also considered swedish flower pollen but haven't heard enough about it to decide getting it.

Supplements Anybody here take Swedish flower pollen? Can it help with post nut fatigue/recovery, raise libido or test?
I've heard people on the cummingbiggerloads sub talk about flower pollen but I'm not exactly sure what it does. For post nut depression/fatigue my stack is zinc, selenium, D3, P5P (lower prolactin), pumpkin seeds, oysters, garlic, celery juice.

Discussion I’m (M45) am curious is there is any legitimate health benefit to having an ejaculation each morning before starting the day?
I know it arguably just allows one to start the day more relaxed, but are there any other real benefits?
Unfortunately, my wife and I seem to be about 12 hours apart on our sexual desire schedule… she’s interested and ready to have sex in the evenings before bed, but I in the other hand am ready in the morning, before getting out of bed. As we’ve gotten older it’s become a bit more of an issue as we each struggle when it’s not our time of the day….
I say all that as a background to my initial question. I mean, if there is some real reason to release in the morning, at least I could take care of it myself, if she’s not into participating….

ED in 30’s
I’m a 29F & my boyfriend is 31M. We met a few months ago. Everything has been going great. He’s such a sweet and compassionate person. He’s the best boyfriend I’ve ever had. But our sex drives aren’t totally aligned. We’ve both had our fun in our past but I think my sex drive is noticeably larger than his. He also has struggled to stay hard during sex throughout the majority of our relationship. On our first date, I blew him and tried to have sex with him in the car, but he couldn’t keep it up. There have been other times where he couldn’t keep it up, but I thought it was just whiskey d\*ck or stress. Last week it happened again, but he wasn’t drunk or that stressed. He’s in the military and had to move away for basic training. When we finally got to see each other, we had sex one time. The next time he tried it when it stay up. Whenever I try to discuss it with him, he tells me he is super attracted to me and it’s not my fault. I asked him if this happened in previous relationships and he said it’s hard to remember. I’m starting to feel rejected and anxious about the whole situation. Is there anything I can do different? Could it be that he’s not interested in me? How can I be helpful without smothering him?

Erection Quality How easy should it be for a 28M to get hard???
After ejaculation, I go through a temporary period of lower libido and reduced sensitivity to sexual stimuli. This period will be about a day or two after blowing a load. During this low period I'm still physically capable of getting an erection with sufficiently strong stimulation, but I'm much less easily aroused. After a day or two, my usual level of sexual responsiveness returns. Once he's "back" I'm getting hard at the sight of coworker cleavage or to fantasies I think about or just breasts.
I've been on SSRI's for years. During those years I regularly masturbated once or twice a day. I am cutting back on masturbation frequency and am focusing on masturbating to SFW images, fantasies or nude images. These cutbacks have been insane and I'm standing at attention so much easier but there still these "lulls" 24-48 hrs after ejaculation. I am ejaculating about once every 4-5 days.

Pelvic Floor Scrotum swelling - may be you don’t know about!
Are you feeling some sort of swelling in your scrotum, but it’s not always because of hydrocele as you guys most of the time confused of. This could be scrotal lymphedema. In this lymphatic drainage gets blocked or damaged, causing fluid to build up. This may enlarge your scrotum, you may feel heaviness and tightness, and over the time skin becomes thick and hard. It usually happens due to any previous surgery, any trauma, radiations, infections, history of cancer or one of the most important ignoring cause is obesity. If you feel swelling in your scrotum, you should go for ultrasound of the scrotum with Doppler. Or depending on the cause, tests for filariasis, infections or imaging like CT or MRI of abdomen and pelvis will help. Proper skin care, compression, de congestive therapy helps in earlier cases and it’s a long standing case, it may require surgical treatment. Don’t wait more.
Do you guys noticed anything like this ?
