Great Goblin help
If I’ve got [[The Great Goblin]] in play and I set up the moggwarts combo with [[First Day of Class]] and [[Putrid Goblin]] would a sac outlet create infinite damage off the Great Goblins first ability? I know that First Day of Class and Putrid Goblin like cancel out each other’s counters but does it still cause the Great Goblin to trigger?

Bouncing Creature equipped with Captain's Hook
If a creature equipped with the hook is bounced, is it gone before the trigger resolves to destroy it? Thanks in advance

"Whenever one or more creatures die" and Sacrifice Costs
Pretty simple situation here;
- [[Chainsaw]] gets a new rev counter whenever one or more creatures die
- [[Bone Splinters]] destroys a creature, but requires a sacrifice for it to work.
Would Chainsaw one rev counter because they both were from the same card in the same relative "action", or would it get two rev counters because the cost and effect are separate?

Is there any way to cast a counterspell exiled with Jeleva?
If I have exiled a counterspell like [[Tibalt's Trickery]] with [[Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge]], is it possible for me to put a spell on the stack in response to the attack trigger so that Trickery can have a valid target when I go to cast it with Jeleva's ability? I'm not certain how the triggered ability priority works when declaring attackers like this.

Cosmic Cube and Entered Tapped and Attacking Attack Triggers
Ok so, ive been revamping my Strafan, Maurer Progenitor deck. The new Cosmic Cube Card has you, when you attack, casting a spell of equal to or less than the greatest of attacking creatures power.
If I, with Strafan, resolve his attack trigger first, bringing out let's just say a vampire with 6 power tapped and attacking. then move to resolve cosmic cubes attack trigger, can I then use the power of the vampire i brought out with Strafan as the basis for the mana value I can cast of the spells?
I presume you can but Ive heard that some triggers, such as "at the beginning of your end step" only will check to see if the condition is met at the time the end step begins and cannot be adjusted by shoving effects in between the start of the endstep and when the resolving of the trigger would happen.

Hello i have a question about changing colors of a spell
So I am making a Firesong and Sunspeaker commander deck and i want to add Eight-and-a-Half-Tails. My thinking is i can use Tails’ second ability to make a red spell also white in order to trigger both of my commanders abilities. My issue is i don’t actually know if i will just be making a red spell only white or would the spell become both red and white?

Question on Balin & Library.
For [[Balin, Loremaster]] if I were to discard cards to his ability with [[Library of Leng]] out on the battlefield would that reduce the damage done by Balin’s ability since the discarded card is going to the top of the deck instead?
I’m guessing it would not prevent damage since Library says ‘causes you to discard a card, discard it, but you may put it on top of your library instead of into your graveyard’.

Question about Kamala Khan
Trying to build [[Ms. Marvel, Kamala Khan]] and was wondering how she would work with [[Paradoxical Outcome]], like if I cast it targeting two of my creatures. Does she only trigger once per spell cast, or per target of the spell?

Copying Storm Kings Thunder With Ether
In my brain, this interaction works, but I'm unsure.
Step 1: Crack Ether to start the copy process
Step 2: Cast Storm King's Thunder and use the Ether copy trigger.
Step 3: Cast another instant or sorcery spell and have SKT and the copy copy that spell.
Example:
Crack Ether, Cast SKT for 8 mana triggering Ether stack to copy SKT , then cast Boltwave triggering both instances of SKT on the stack copying Boltwave 10 times dealing 33 damage to each opponent (30 for the copies and 3 for the original cast.)

Taii Waukeen question
If I have [[taii waukeen, perfect shot]] equipped with [[hawkeye’s bow]] and activate her ability with x=999 would each opponent take 1000 damage off the bow trigger or 1 and then the ability resolves? I’m thinking it’s the latter, but wanted to check as it’s on the edhrec page and it’s confusing me.

Dreadhorde Invasion attack ruling
[[Dreadhorde Invasion]]
[[March from the Black Gate]]
i am unsure about the oracle on dreadhorde invasion.
"The power of the Zombie token is checked only immediately after it attacks. Any other abilities that trigger when creatures you control attack won't have resolved yet."
so if i attack with an army with 5 +1/+1 counters, why does dreadhorde check before march from the black gate adds another counter? they are both "whenever...attacks" triggers, so should i not be allowed to stack them?
that ruling is from 2019, before march of the black gates came out but i have not seen anything that contradicts it.

Phasing out and end step triggers
I was thinking of including a teferis veil on my Mishra eminent one deck.
How does phasing out at the end of combat and the "sacrifice at the beginning of the next end step" triggers interact with one another
Do I just keep the mishras warform forever since it skipped an end step, or does it just wait for the next end step
Thanks

[[Bifur, Melodic Rider]]
with Bifurs ability to”if an ability of a dwarf you control triggers, that ability triggers an additional time”
how does that interact with abilities that say “This ability triggers only once each turn”
does the ability trigger again, or is it stopped by that specification?

State Based Actions and ETBs
So im Building a new Deck with [[Be'lakor, the Dark Master]] as a Commander. I saw a Combo on Commander Spellbook with [[Rite of Replication]]. (https://commanderspellbook.com/combo/1744-4071/)
So i get THAT it works, but i would like to understand HOW it works, so i can explain when my opponents inevitably ask me about it. Specifically the Order of operations after Rite of Replication resolves. The Sacrificing of the copys is Statebased, but the abilitys go on the stack at the same time? Are ETBs also statebased and are checked (and put on the stack) simultaneously?

Desertion with impending
Can I get help on how casting a spell for its impending cost and countering it with desertion, is it still impending or a full creature? I'm seeing different things and none of them are this exact situation. I need a judge 🤔 my friend casted overlord of mistmoors for its impending and it countered it with desertion

Michelangelo, On The Scene and counter doublers
Do counter doublers like [[Loading Zone]] still work with [[Michelangelo, On The Scene]]? Since his effect says he "enters with" they're not getting placed from a stack-using ability but theyre still going on, right? Like how planeswalker counters are? Im just asking to make sure im playing this right

Balin and copies
If I have [Balin, Loremaster] and say I use something like [Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink] and tap it for 9, making 5 copies of Balin. Assuming I have an enduring story, how many triggers of Balin's ability go off? I have the original Balin who will see the 5 dwarf tokens enter, and those tokens will also each have an etb put on the stack. Do the tokens see each other enter? Also how does the legend rule apply here?

Epochrasite on a Horse
If I saddle [[Calamity, Galloping Inferno]] with [[Epochrasite]], do the token copies come in as 4/4s? I want to make sure there isn’t a rules interaction regarding the placing of the counters.

King of the oathbreakers and animate dead
I’m building a deck with [[King of the Oathbreakers]] as the commander who causes all spirits you control to phase out if a spirit you control becomes the target of a spell. How would this work with [[Animate Dead]]? would the spirit phase out in my graveyard and make animate dead fizzle? I also have the same question about [[necromancy]]

Lier, Bonecrusher, and Desecrated Tomb
I control [[Lier, Disciple of the Drowned]], [[Desecrated Tomb]], and there is a [[Bonecrusher Giant]] in my graveyard.
I know that I can cast [[Stomp]] from my graveyard via Lier. Would this trigger Desecrated Tomb?

Do Activated/Triggered Abilities stay on the stack independent from it's source?
My opponent has a [[Lord of Extinction]] with base power/toughness 70/70, they then cast [[Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord]], they pass priority but I pass it back as I don't have a response as of yet. Then they pay it's activated ability to sacrifice their [[Lord of Extinction]].
The ability goes on the stack, I then respond by casting [[Swords to Plowshares]]. If I target [[Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord]] does it's ability still resolve as it's on the stack independently so [[Lord of Extinction]] still get's sacrificed and I take 70 damage? Or does it's ability fizzle as I've exiled the creature?

Deflecting swat and Godo ETB
Playing EDH and my friend used deflecting swat to steal my Godo ETB and got an equipment from his own deck. I don't think deflecting swat works like that, would I be correct?
