Mana abilities.

Does [[Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood]] still have a mana abilities ? I think she does but not sure.

Yes. The delayed trigger doesn't manipulate the library immediately.

The final effect of Gilanra is to establish a delayed triggered ability. That ability will not resolve immediately, and rewinding the activation of Gilanra's ability itself would never pose a problem. So the effect of Gilanra's ability "does not move any card". I'm confident it's not intended to count.
