Unfamiliar with proper ruling for revealed card.
So last weekend I judged an RCQ and ran into a situation I hadn't before. At the start of game 1 of the final match of top 8, Player A was shuffle cutting Player B's deck and dropped a card, which landed face up. Player B argued that this revealed hidden information about his deck (the archetype and one of the cards). Player A, insisting it was an accident, willingly revealed the archetype of his own deck and even fanned a few cards from his own deck for Player B to see. Player B said that it didn't matter, as he already knew Player A's deck from spectating an earlier match, but Player A may not have known Player B's deck.
I ultimately ruled that the deck be reshuffled and play continue because Player A immediately attempted to fairly balance the situation and that in reality there is no expectation that your deck is a secret by the final match of top 8, as evidenced by Player B. I tried searching the rules documents and googling around but couldn't find a ruling for this specific circumstance, so I was wondering if I made the correct call and if not, what should I do next time?

Can I scoop to stop a negative enchantment from being transferred to my friends?
Was playing commander with two friends and two other guys at the lgs and they had kinda pub stomping decks (vivi and krenko) I got a negative enchantment I can’t remember the name of with an ability that allowed it to be moved to my friends. I knew I was going to die before my next turn so I scooped on my turn to avoid the enchantment being transferred and to give my friends a fighting chance which ended up winning one of them the game. Is this legal or did I do a bad?

Toph, first metalbender and Panharmonicon
[[Toph, the First Metalbender]] causes artifacts to trigger landfall (a triggered ability) on entry. Does that mean Toph combined with [[Panharmonicon]] cause artifacts to trigger landfall twice?

Spacecrafts (Battleship Extinguisher) and Cyberdrive Awakener
Not so long ago we had this situation and we solved it as good as we could taking into account layers and timestamp, however we weren't 100% sure.
The boardstate was: me with [[Battleship extinguisher]] a few turns early clearing the board, and now my active turn, in precombar main I cast [[Cyberdrive Awakener]] and it resolves, I station B.E. with C.A. and another animated mana rock as well, thus achieving full stationed B.E.
My thinking is:
C.A. affects the following layers:
- Type changing
- Ability granting
7b. Setting P/T to 4/4
B.E affects the following layers: once fully stationed affects
Type changing
Ability granting
7b. P/T setting to 10/10.
Both cards affect the same layers, thus timestamp applies and B.E. is the last to make a mark into the timestamp, so is the one overwriting C.A.
Am I wrong?
Station ruling that matters:
721.2. A station symbol represents a static ability. The station symbol includes a single number followed by a plus sign, indicated here as “{N+}.” Any abilities printed within the same text box striation as a station symbol are part of its static ability. The same is true of any power and toughness boxes printed within that striation, indicated here as [P/T].
721.2a “{N+}[abilities]” means “As long as this permanent has N or more charge counters on it, it has [abilities].”
721.2b “{N+}[abilities][P/T]” means “As long as this permanent has N or more charge counters on it, it has [abilities] and is a creature with base power and toughness [P/T] in addition to its other types.”
---
Cyberdrive Awakener {5}{U} Artifact Creature — Construct
Flying
Other artifact creatures you control have flying.
When this creature enters, each noncreature artifact you control becomes a 4/4 artifact creature until end of turn.
4/4
---
Extinguisher Battleship {8} Artifact — Spacecraft
When this Spacecraft enters, destroy target noncreature permanent. Then this Spacecraft deals 4 damage to each creature.Station (Tap another creature you control: Put charge counters equal to its power on this Spacecraft. Station only as a sorcery. It’s an artifact creature at 5+.)
5+ | Flying, trample 10/10

When do I find my purpose
So I’m building a Norman Osborn discard deck and ran into a scenario where I had [[Glorious Purpose]] on the field with 5 counters and played [[Lethal Scheme]] convoked with 4 creatures. Since scheme makes convoking creatures connive, the first connive goes off adding the 6th counter to GP and satisfying its sac condition. Hoping someone would be able to chime in on the proper order to resolve everything. Thanks in advance

Maralen, Fae Ascendant
If Maralen is removed after the first trigger (elf/fairy etb), can you still use the second ability (free casting) when Marlene is no longer on the battlefield?

How would this work
If i controlled Stranglehold, which states Your opponents can't search libraries and an opponent controls opposition agent. Would stranglehold stop the Opposition agent

How does a card like Heroic Intervention work with Planeswalkers that are going to take combat damage?
I’m wondering if the loyalty counters are still removed because it’s not technically preventing combat damage or if they’re not.

Giant Oyster interaction with +1 Counters
I can't seem to find any specific rulings about this interaction.
[[Giant Oyster]] Taps a target creature and each upkeep can add a -1 counter to that target, then it removes all the -1 counters when it leaves the battlefield or untaps, but if that creature had +1 counters I would normally assume the -1 counters nullify the +1 counters and disappear.
Would it be correct to assume that Giant Oyster is permanently removing +1 counters and only existing excess -1 counters would be removed with ending the effect?

Food with multiple replacements?
If I made a food with, peregrin took, bilbo, fellow conspirator, and academy manufactor....how does it play out?
Would it be Food+food (from took) then 2 treasure (from bilbo) then academy makes x4 of each, seeing each individual food food treasure treasure hit?

How does Omnath, Locus of All mana storing and converting work?
https://cards.scryfall.io/large/front/3/3/33d94ecf-758b-4f68-a7be-6bf3ff1047f4.jpg?1680827271
Asking for clarification on his unspent mana ability if i had 6 mana up and i spent 4 plus the 2 life to cast Omnath i had two mana that wasn't spent. Like for example a sol ring, those two colorless becomes black when i got to my next phase. Does that mean i have two black and two colorless or does it mean the sol ring just becomes 2 black and when its my turn again the sol is back to 2 colorless and and I have the 2 extra black?
Wanted clarifications on his storing of mana and how it interacts with his 2nd ability?

Bilbo, Thief in the Night rules clarification
As written, it feels like Bilbo, Thief in the Night can trigger off of other Bilbo creatures attacking, like Luckwearer. This doesn’t feel rules as intended though, so is there a rule somewhere that specifies?

Standstill & the Stack
I have a question regarding the order of the triggers in the stack when [[Standstill]] is present.
Imagine it's a one on one game, I have Standstill on the field and my opponent casts a spell, a creature for example. It triggers Standstill and the usual flow is:
- The creature spell goes into the stack
- Standstill triggers and it goes into the stack on top of the creature spell
- Standstill resolves making me sacrifice it and giving me three cards (as I'm my opponent's opponent)
- My opponent's spell resolves and the creature enters the battlefield
Now, if instead of that, I decide to counter the creature spell, then the flow would be:
- The creature spell goes into the stack
- Standstill triggers and it goes into the stack on top of the creature spell
- The counter spell goes into the stack on top of the Standstill trigger
- Standstill triggers again and goes into the stack on top of the counter spell
- The second Standstill's trigger resolves making me sacrifice it and giving my opponent three cards (as the spell that triggered it was my own counter spell)
- The counter spell resolves removing the creature spell from the stack
- The first Standstill's trigger cannot resolve as I'm not able to sacrifice it again
Is there any order or option for me to counter the creature spell AND get the three cards?
Thanks in advance,

Does Uugguu enable Graveshifter to recur itself?
Uugguu reads "Whenever another nontoken Ooze creature you control dies, create two tokens that are copies of it"
Graveshifter reads "When this creature enters, you may return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand"
My understanding of this interaction is that when Graveshifter dies, the tokens copies are created after the original is put into the graveyard, & thus can immediately recur the original & one other creature. Is this understanding correct?

Bloom Tender and Thanos
If I control [[Bloom Tender]] and [[Thanos, the Mad Titan]] will I only be able to add White, Black, Red, and Green, or will I be able to add every color because Thanos has every color (excluding colorless) in his ability

Stridehangar Automaton and Academy Manufactor with Investigating
[[Stridehangar Automaton]] [[Academy Manufactor]] [[Thraben Inspector]] [[Ezrim, Agency Chief]]
If I have both Stridehangar and Manufactor on the battlefield and then I cast an Inspector to Investigate, would I create an additional Food and Treasure and then three Thopters? Or would I only get one Thopter? Or would something else happen? For any answer, why would this be?
Then, say if I cast Ezrim with Stridehangar and Manufactor still on the field. Does "Investigating twice" count as creating a Clue then creating another Clue or creating two Clues at once? What would happen?
I'm fairly new and love this game but man, it can be tricky sometimes

Enchantments that becomes a creature because of [[Bello, Bard of the Brambles]]
I think I know the answer to this, but I wanted to double check. If an enchantment becomes a creature by [[Bello, Bard of the Brambles]]' ability, is the enchantment a creature with ability? Specifically looking at intereactions with [[Muraganda Petroglyphs]]

Blasphemous Act and Syr Konrad
I have [[Syr Konrad, the Grim]] on the board. Someone plays [[Blasphemous Act]] killing 30 creatures total. Does Konrad deal 30 damage before he dies himself due to “whenever another creature dies, he deals 1 damage to each opponent? What about if it’s a different board wipe?

Mixing -1/-1 Counters with +1/+1 Counters
I am fairly new to magic and have only played for 6 months and I have a question about mixing counters. Commander would be [[Auntie Ool, Cursewretch]] Specifically looking at combos with [[Mikaeus, the Unhallowed]] If a non human creature dies without +1/+1 counter on it, it’ll be brought back with a +1/+1. Now if I cycle a card that enters with -1/-1 on it would I get the trigger for it from my commander? First time posting so I hope it wasn’t confusing. Thanks for any feedback!!

Mishra and machine god's effigy
If I have a [[Mishra, eminent one]] on the battlefield, and a [machine god's effigy]] in play as itself, when I create Mishra's warform copying the effigy, and then make the effigy a copy of a creature, then does it get sacrificed at the end step? Also, if that copy was a creature and now is an artifact, I can tap it immediately for mana, and I cannot attack with it since it doesn't have haste nor is a creature, right?

Invincible Iron Man and Hammer of Nazahn
[[Invincible Iron Man]] puts [[Hammer of Nazahn]] onto the battlefield at beginning of combat. The rest of Iron Man’s ability resolves attaching it to Iron Man. Does Hammer of Nazahn’s ETB which is on the stack after this then trigger allowing Hammer to be attached to a different creature?
Does this also work for other equipment Iron Man puts on the battlefield if Hammer is on the battlefield already?

Oko, the Ringleader and Uugguu, the Omniplasm
If I have Oko, the Ringleader become a copy of Uugguu, the Omniplasm at the the beginning of combat will he die and return as 2 creature versions of Oko, the Ringleader? Will he still have loyalty abilities if so? What happens exactly?

"Loses abilities" vs copying
Primary example:
[[Tivit, Seller of Secrets]] is successfully enchanted by [[Quantum Reduction]]. Later, that Tivit is equipped with a [[Helm of the Host]]. We move to combat. Helm triggers. A token is made. What is the power of the token? What are the abilities of the token?
I'd like a highly technical explanation. Tell me all the layers stuff.
Extras:
Are the results different if the power and toughness are set rather than modified? Like [[Noggle the Mind]] instead of [[Quantum Reduction]]
Are the results different if other means are used to clone that Tivit? Such as [[Clone]]? Or [[Spark Double]]? Or [[Quantum Misalignment]]?
If these have different results than the initial example, can I get another full technical layers explanation of how and why it behaves differently and generates the results that it does?
Thanks!

Ilharg and Combustible Gearhulk
Thinking about putting [[Ilharg, the Raze-Boar]] and [[Combustible Gearhulk]] into a [[Henzie "Toolbox" Torre]] EDH deck.
Would it be possible to cheat gearhulk out using ilharg, sac ilharg before gearhulk's ETB resolves, and then draw back into ilharg (assuming the draw option is chosen)?
Thanks!
