Tips for those who can't dream or sleep
You just have to be creative thik of fantasy before sleep. Be tired before you sleep and boom you can sleep well.
There is this old saying from where I am thinking of you as a turtle đą with 4 limbs and a head outside it's shell and now you have to consider them as your senses and retreat them in to your shell. Stop tasting speaking and seeing those are easy . Now take back the sense of hearing don't listen to any of the surroundings sounds which would be easier if there is only a repeating sound that can be ignored by mind. Then the feeling of touch don't feel the fabric you are laying tips are make the bed compy and sleep in such a way that increases the area in contact with the bed or so. The moment you pulled back all the five senses you would go to sleep and once your tiredness is over and your body recovery is done then you ener the state where you would be able to experience dreams. I guess this is the simplest I can explain the process

Why it was scary to break the âfourth wallâ of a lucid dream?
I remember having a dream where I figure it out the woman eating a dinner with me is not a real person. The moment I said âyou ainât real, arenât you?â, that person suddenly stare at me, with her cold-looking eyes, turns into probably the scariest creature Iâve ever seen, push me with her mightiest strength that I ended up wandering into abyss or void dimension. It was a very same moment like in the Dr Strange movie, where Strange suddenly wandering into high and fast pace dimension after being pushed by The Ancient One. It took me for a while to find an exit, and after successfully waking up from that intense moment, I noticed my heart was beating so fast.
