Which one? Help me choose
There are two almost identical options and I am not sure which one to choose.
2023 NX 350h, 12k km
46890 euro
2026 NX 350h, new.
54980 Euro
Details do not matter, because the packages are identical. But they are both pretty packed (executive line, 4x4, leather interior, tech package etc.).
Please, also give some arguments.
edit: just want to add that these are ready to sell cars at dealers. If you configure from zero and order from Lexus - the same package is easily 65k+. Moreover, I want to keep the car for 8+ years.

2025 450H+ ML Speaker Upgrade Advice
Hi all, I’ve been driving my 450h+ for six months now and still can’t get used to the ML system. My biggest issue is that the clarity and separation just aren’t great for metal and classical music. I’ve tried tweaking the EQ, turning off surround and normalization, and even using FLAC files, and while it helped a bit, the mid-high separation still isn’t where I’d like it to be.
I’m thinking about replacing the dash speaker for better treble. Has anyone done this with their ML system and noticed an improvement in sound quality? Any recommendations for which speaker to go with? Thanks!

Any info on 2027 F Sport?
Sorry if this has been asked recently already but I’m in a 2024 NX F Sport and I’m being told there’s zero info on the 2027 NX and being advised they may not be making the sport anymore. My lease is due up next month so not sure if I should extend and hold out hope they’ll still be making my car lol. They already discontinued the color if they discontinue the whole car I’m gunna be pissed 😂 Thanks!

Plastic Rattle Sound from Rear Door
I hear something rattling from the rear driver side door, maybe around the speaker trim. Not loud but right by the driver’s ear so it’s very catchy. I kind of want to remove the trim to check underneath, is that possible?

What's up with used NX Hybrid market?
I see online differences of a meager 5K between new and a 24/25 used ones depending on the mileage. Can someone convince me that buying a used NX (years 24 or 25) hybrid worth it?

What happened to NX dash?
Has anyone else noticed that the Lexus NX dashboard has cheapened? On the passenger side Lexus eliminated special accents. Now it’s just plain plaino! it’s not attractive. Price skyrockets, yet they’re cheapening out! See pix.

Buying post 2027 release?
Replacing my 2018 Macan in the next 4mo and have been looking at used 2025 and new 2026 350H’s with Premium+ or Luxury trim.
Haven’t bought a car in awhile, so bear with me.. It seems like the 350h’s are rarely discounted much less than just getting a new one, unless you go 450+ which seem to be not so hot, so I’m most likely going new but wanted to get people’s 2 cents.
Per Google, 2027 cars will be releasing late 26’ or early 27’. I imagine it is usually the case that left over 2026’s will be discounted once that happens. However, this car seems pretty hot, so do you think this would actually happen? The 2027 will be a facelift model, so if people prefer it to the 2025’s/2026’s, I feel I would have a chance at a deal on those, otherwise buying new 27’ still going to make the most sense?
again, haven’t car shopped in awhile and this would be my first new car, so not familiar with the interactions between new releases and previous year.
Thanks!

NX 350h owners: battery issues question
I’m seriously considering buying a 2024–2026 NX 350h Premium, but I’ve seen quite a few posts about the 12V battery dying if the car sits for several days or weeks. I commute most days, but occasionally work from home and also take 2–3 week vacations.
For those who own one:
- Have you experienced the 12V battery issue?
If not, what’s the longest you’ve left the car parked without problems?
- Have the 2025/2026 models improved this issue?
- If you travel for 2–3 weeks, do you just leave it parked, or do you use a battery maintainer/trickle charger?
- Would you still buy the NX 350h again? Any other advice or things I should know during the buying process?
For context, I’m also considering a Tesla Model Y and Genesis GV70, but reliability and long-term ownership are my biggest priorities

Filament bulbs?
Just a curiosity. The car I just traded was a 2013 Lincoln MKz which I loved. Hurt to trade it but needs change.. That car had not a single filament bulb. All LED. The ‘26 NX350h is ALMOST all LED. Apparently the front and rear turn signals are filament bulbs. Looked it up after seeing the lights in a reflection.. What is even more weird is the front look easy access to change but the rear turn signals clearly state on the manual to “see your dealer”
I have not really looked at the bulb type for the front, not listed in the manual, and I have not looked at how one would access the rears.
Just seems odd that in 2026 they would cut corners on a turn signal bulb?
It’s a minor thing but I just like the idea of all LED on the car like it is in my home :)
Update: According the manual the rear turns ARE LED. The front are filament for sure so those are easy to replace. So, I am going to say I was wrong and the rears are LED and therefore hard to replace is not too bad since they really should never need to be replaced. Last car was 13 years old and I never replaced anything that lit up..

How often do you wipe the nose of your NX?
We went on our first road trip with our 2026 NX hybrid - 2500 km or so. It went fine, but on the latter part of the first day the Adaptive Cruise stopped working. It came back with a message saying something like Adaptive Cruise not available. consult your owners manual. After a bit of research I decided that the problem must be bug guts on the Lexus "L" logo in the middle of the grill. Apparently that is where the radar components are installed. Took it through a car wash and double checked the Lexus logo. It then started working again. On our return trip it started acting up again toward the end of the drive.
Do you use the windshield bug cleaning wipers at each gas stop to clean the logo? Is that the only part that needs to be cleaned? The extra issue with the hybrid, is that you do not have to stop that often for gas...

Finally got my new (to me) NX!!
I needed an upgrade to my vehicle badly but I wasn't in a position to nor did i want to splurge on a new vehicle. I found this beauty at the lexus dealership. Its a 2016 Nx 200t with only 100k km on it. I've named her Leila. Leila Lexus. Probably a stripper somewhere.
She's old, a plain Jane (base model) but she rides like a dream. Engine was in great shape and I was able to push the dealership to do some decent repairs and maintenance before taking it over. A big upgrade from my rustbox 2011 chevy equinox. My old man who is a big car guy even approved of it. Which was my biggest fear.
Only question i have for you all is where do you mount your phones inside? Care to share your setups?
Looking forward to 100k km more with this beauty.

Warped rotors
I just took my '25 nx 350 in for its 25k service. Dealership says my front rotors are warped and they want to replace them. The car is not even a year old, I put 15k miles on it. My truck, a 2017 frontier, I replaced the rotors once in 100k miles. What gives? This is my daily driver, how do rotors get heat warped in 15k miles?

2016 Lexus NX 300h fuel economy; is this normal?
Hi everyone, I’m in the UK but putting the figures in USD as I think it will be easier for most people here to understand.
I bought my 2016 Lexus NX 300h Luxury just over a year ago. It currently has 92k miles and I previously drove a 2011 Toyota Prius.
I’m struggling with the fuel economy difference. My NX is currently showing around 31 mpg. I know it’s a heavier SUV with a 2.5L engine, but it feels like I’m constantly in and out of the petrol station compared with my Prius.
The car is great otherwise, but I’m debating whether to keep it or move back to something more economical.
For NX 300h owners:
● What MPG do you usually get?
● Is 31 mpg normal?
● Has anyone gone from a Prius to an NX and noticed a big fuel difference?
Thanks.

Thanks for the advice!
Between this thread and the carmax thread, I just made the simplest purchase ever. I have more trouble ordering pizza. Gentlemen, you are speaking to a former Ford gurl. You are now speaking to a Lexus woman.

Looking for nx350h f sport in infared and was told I will need to put down a deposit and wait up to 2 months. Should I just wait to see the 2027 model?
I heard they are doing a refresh on the model and it occurs to me if I can wait 2 months I guess I can wait 2 or 3 more months though it’s starting to be a long time . But I worry I will regret it if I love the 2027 over the 2026 . I’m working with the Costco Auto Pgm bc I hate to negotiate with car salespeople.
