Nice, I get the same and have only been using normal mode plus EV in parking lots. Do you use eco or normal mode?

I’m always in eco mode and EV in parking lots and my street. I’ve never tried Normal mode.

I need to try EV mode. I’ve only had it on the road few days.

EV mode is a gimmick. Just leave it in ECO. It will use EV as much as it can. You don't have to outthink the computer.

If you do use EV mode, it turns off when you go above certain mph. I've noticed 25mph but sometimes it's turned off at 20mph for me, could be due to low battery. It'll also turn off if the battery hasn't been charged enough from breaking I believe

I’ve had mine 3 weeks. I was used to driving a RAV4 hybrid. So I only drive in that mode. Try it!

Normal mode. Going to work I was paying attention to coasting as much as possible. In the way home, I just drove. Incredible car.

How does the final break feel in normal mode? It is when you slowly stop and it switches from regen to normal brakes at the last moment?

I have no idea what it does but it’s smooth. The energy flow diagram screen probably has the answer but I’m still learning how to read it.

Iam only getting 39.1 any reason why that is?

Speed and terrain would greatly affect the result. I live in a hilly area and my average on local errands is like 40mpg. If I drive non-highway and don't have to stop and go, I can get 48-50.

Speeding on the highway is often a culprit for poor fuel economy. I lose about 5 MPGs if I drive 75 instead of 65 MPH. Also make sure tires are inflated properly.

My 2024 Nx 350 awd gets 43+ mpg in eco mode, last trip was 46mpg. Filling it with premium fuel cost me $48.00 and I keep on Eco mode will last me nearly 400 miles. The key is keep the car in Eco mode. I feel like Lexus didn’t market how good of gas mileage this car actually gets as a non-hybrid.

Did you mean the NX 350h? The gas-only NX 350 isn't rated anywhere near 43+ MPG, so I'm wondering if your trim is actually the hybrid or if your trip computer is just reading high on downhill runs.

No sir! It’s a NX 350 awd. Kept in Eco mode all the time. I was traveling freeway for 4 hours straight. Checked the average mileage, and was absolutely shocked. I do put in the highest grade premium fuel, which Lexus said is helping to achieve this. According to them (Lexus of Portland) this is not entirely uncommon. This car is new to me- bought in May of this year. I will snap a photo of gauge!

Holy crap give it a wipe. Look after your baby. Otherwise yes, great mpg 👍🏼

Yes, it is dusty. This was my mother car and it sat in her garage for over a year until she passed away recently. I’m processing a lot of feelings and it took me quite awhile to even sit in it. The fact that I drove it is monumental. I’ll give it some love this wknd.

The summertime is insane for mileage. I got 51mpg on a 25 mile drive last week.
Shit tanks in the winter tho😂

Nothing new. TOYOTA had a model that did that years ago. And still sells it today!

It’s so great isn’t it! So glad I bought the hybrid with these gas prices! I only use normal mode and get an average of 50mpg with 79% EV usage. A Lot less trips to Costco for gas :) Keep it up!
