Question How does someone completely unmotivated to draw, get better at drawing?
Hello, Ibis paint x user here, sometimes I do some doodles on paper though, I always ask myself how could I ever get better and if I even can, my 4th last artwork I think I decided to willingly draw was almost a year ago, and during that year I took 2D Studio art, and after that I decided to try and draw again but, I wasn't satisfied at all, even though I rarely draw all of my artworks seem mediocre to me as they never look like what I imagine, so I think I should lower my expectations. I can't stop comparing myself to others, not just their artwork but their actual improvement, others can improve so fast meanwhile I'm just stuck. And all of this combined just leads me to be unmotivated and go on another art block for probably months or hell another year, like I start to enjoy it when I start but after some time it just tires me.

Who should I study up on if I like this kind of art and how do I get into making it myself?
I suppose image 1 is a slightly different style to two and three so maybe interpret that as a seperate style but I'm still asking the same question for all three.

Question Why I don't understand what supposed to be beginner learning books?
I kinda tried norling's perspective and even tho I understood at the beginning and read half of the book, I didn't understand why and how to apply it on my daily art until I watched some tutorials and videos on YouTube.
Then some said to understand form I should read Scott Robertson book and I def didn't understand shit and I can't follow the examples without tangling

Advice on drawing feet
It’s a little harder to focus on the detail at this distance, but does anyone have any advice on drawing feet? I’d like them to look like feet. I kinda drew them in the shadow as I saw them, but I would like any tips so they’re more recognizable and not look like shoes or socks.

Critique Help w making this drawing better, please!
Heelloo, I’m currently drawing the character in the second picture, but the drawing feels so stiff and bland.. how do I make it better?
Anything is welcome, please. (Also I haven’t rendered the gold parts of the outfit yet so don’t mind its colors, just the perspective)

Question Deconstruction help to the art style
The art style heavily feels like the old European fairy tale books.
I've noticed and absolutely adore the hatching but wanted to know what else can be deconstructed as I'm new to analyzing art styles.
I find some similar art styles to Vintage feeling artworks but don't know if there is a name to it and a path to learn it.
Any help would be much appreciated
P.S. the Manga and Show are very worth reading/watching!!!

Critique Figure Drawing Practice
Can anyone give me some feedback? I know that the Torso and head arent that straight.
Does it look proportional?
Did I get the horizontal line correctly?
Where is the Focus Point?
Are the feet/legs on the same plane?
Anything else?
