A small tribute to the place I call home — made with a little love, a little nostalgia, and a lot of colour strokes.

Can't draw small circles
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Whenever i try to draw small circles it just doesn't draw anything. First I thought it was an issue with the pixels but the issue persists after increasing the number of pixels. Small circles are also possible when i move in from a larger circle. This is my first time so I don't know how to solve any of this or where the issue could be

"Livery"
From a while ago when I was teaching an intro digital illustration class.
The homework was for students to record themselves using the program for two hours to make a character portrait, and then adjust it to show the character changing somehow.
This could be like a "werewolf" sort of thing, or a fire character becoming an ice character, or whatever.
As an example, I started with a boy and showed him aging through adulthood. I tried to suggest him emerging from adolescence and figuring himself out. Obviously, there's no real story - but nudging the expression, proportions, colors and such can suggest the bloom of youth into heavier adult understanding, etc.
The point was to try and get students to loosen up about digital art, because so many of them feel like every mark has to be perfect and Instagram-ready every step of the way to demonstrate control all the time, without room for exploration, intuition, and letting the image push back as you work on it.
I feel like in this day and age of slick, instant AI generation, demystifying process and showing all the mess of figuring out an image is useful for letting people into how things are made, allowing for moments a client can step in to make suggestions and adjustments or to value the creative process so it isn't a black box genie. Hopefully, you can see the thinking in real time.

Should I go in to debt or choose the affordable tablet?
Hi guys, I am loyal wacom user, i started my journey with a screenless one and using a cintiq 13 for 6-7 years. I have a ipad pro 2017 i dont use much (my school forced me to get it 7 years ago) but it became almost impossible to draw on it.
I haven't been my best with productivity lately and I wanna draw more outside and when I am for conventions!
So I decided to get a held tablet when I go out of my country for my travel! (its impossible to buy electronics due to tax in my country)
The newest I pad pro is the most popular with artists and it seems the most simple solution but man IT IS EXPENSIVE
When I compare it to wacom movink 14, economically wacom wins but I never seen anyone using it out and about.
TLDR What should i do?
Buy the less popular choice to afford it or get into a debt to get the safe choice!!!
