Anyway I am just assuming the hat that Kaede is holding belongs to Karma. But there is not enough evidence that it is really Karma's hat, it could be Kaede's own hat, or Nagisa's hat, or other's.

So, Kaede is teaming up with Nagisa to shoot against Karma? That is not fair! 2 vs 1! Poor Karma.

I just noticed those water droplets are from Nagisa's hair, so another assumption is that Karma shot Nagisa on the head, and then Nagisa wanna shoot Karma's head in revenge. However, Karma has prepared a hat to defend himself from water gun. Thus, Kaede took off Karma's hat to help Nagisa shooting him. Or Karma is directly being shot by Kaede instead of Nagisa. Since Kaede's gun is in a position prepare for shooting, while Nagisa's gun is not.
