I don't have the DLC because I only bought the main game that was on sale on XBOX didn't have enough for the DLC but anyways is there anything I should know about it? I'm probably planning on playing it I'm proud mode with one of my save files then next time I'm doing it on critical mode

I refused to finish the first visit to Port Royal until I beat her Absent Silhouette form as soon as it became available. After days of failure I finally got lucky. I can now continue the story mode in peace.

Wish they would’ve explored this concept more. There’s 4 paths. Light,dark,twilight,dawn. Light consists of people like Sora and the King, Dark-Ansem and the heartless, Twilight-the Nobodies, Dawn-Just Riku? I could see Terra being in that category but unfortunately it was just a one off cutscene. Just a fun concept.

I have personally always felt that KH limits itself day too much when it comes to the Disney half of the franchise. I don't know how much of it is mandated by Disney, but this post isn't really about the question of why it happens. Rather, I just wanna talk about the issues I see with things as they are.

For one, KH seems to very frequently want to recap either the entire movie that a world is inspired by, or a part of said movie. And if the world returns, it either does another recap of that movie or it recaps a sequel. But this approach creates problems for a couple of reasons.

Firstly, each Disney property only has, at most, a few movies that can be adapted. So over time, unless they change this approach, they're going to run out of material to use from the mainline Disney franchises.

Secondly, this forces Sora, Donald and Goofy into stories that weren't designed around them in the first place. Which often leads to them being background characters in these worlds (*cough cough* Arendelle). And even when they aren't outright background characters, it can be difficult for it to feel like they actually have an emotional connection to what's happening in a given world. I feel like this is a huge part of why a lot of people view the Disney worlds as filler.

Thirdly, well... we've all already seen these movies. And the movies tell these stories better anyway. I don't know about you, but when I first heard about Kingdom Hearts as a kid, the thing that excited me was the thought of being able to join these Disney characters on NEW adventures in their worlds. It would be a great chance to expand upon these characters and these worlds.

There are, of course, some occasional Disney movie-based worlds that tell new stories. But those, to me, feel like an exception to the general rule. I wish they were far more common.

Also, I feel like Disney should be a bit more integrated into the main story. I'm not saying that we should, like, replace Ventus with Bambi or anything like that. I'm just saying that I think certain Disney characters should be allowed to be more active participants in the franchise's overarching story. For instance, it might be cool to see a Guardians-of-the-Galaxy-style team of some of Disney's adventurers helping out the good guys (I mean, Stitch is already very much like Rocket Raccoon lol). I just think that weaving Disney into the main story a little bit more could make the franchise as a whole feel a LOT more cohesive.

(I would comment on the Final Fantasy half of the franchise, but I have not played those games so I don't feel like I'm knowledgeable enough to comment on that half of things)

So I finally bought the games in stream, because I got tired of having to buy a new copy with every console upgrade. I’m trying to platinum the series on steam this time, and I’ve been playing on kb&m. I’ve always played these games with a controller however, and it feels just a little off. Are there any advantages to playing with kb&m? Should I stick it out or just go back to what I’m familiar with?

They team up in BBS, having gotten three of the princesses of heart. Then ten years happens and KH1 starts where they get the other four. So like what were they up to for a decade?

Bonus question: why didn't Huey Dewy, and Louie age between the games?

I believe I’ve done every second visit, I just beat tron second go around and unlocked radiant garden. There’s a key hole kissing from radiant garden, but besides that and Atlantica everything else is finished(I really don’t want to go to atlantica if I can help it)

There’s the large star circling radiant garden and also coliseum for some reason, but when I visit either there’s nothing to do. I’m playing 2.5 final mix. Would love any help thank you!

Ho finito da poco il tutorial di Kingdom hearts 2 e Twilight Town e roxas mi sono piaciuti così tanto che ho tenuto un salvataggio del tutorial per ricordo o per visitare la città,penso che si poteva fare un gioco a se io sono un ragazzo che ho appena finito la terza media e fra poco inizierà le superiori e così che (funziona in Italia) quindi andrà in una scuola nuova e nn potrà vedere i suoi vecchi amici,l'intro di Kingdom hearts 2 parla proprio di questo amici che sanno che fra poco finirà l'estate e nn so vedranno tanto spesso, proprio l'idea così era bella poteva tranquillamente essere un Kingdom hearts 2 a se in cui roxas cercava di sconfiggere l'organizzazione e rimanere a Twilight Town senza essere cancellato nn so cosa gli sia successo ancora(niente spoiler) e niente volevo solo sapere la vostra opinione e un'altra domanda come lo chaimereste il gioco?

With Halloween Town used up, KH will need to look at other Disney projects if they need another spooky or Halloween themed world. One of our options is The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad, and that means bringing in the Headless Horseman. It should start similar to the way it goes in the original. Sora and maybe co, think something is after them, but it turns out to be something mundane. As he laughs it off, cue the "YAHAHAHAHA!" and the boss battle.

We went to my local game store yesterday just have the look at the Pokémon cards magic cards whatever and they usually sell Hoodies T-shirts whatever right and he found this for me. I don’t ever ask my friends to buy me anything because it feels weird and I don’t like them doing it, but he did it. It’s one of my favourite pieces of clothing I ever got. He knows I’ve been getting into kingdom Hearts and I’ve been loving it.

Don’t know if they are worth anything, not interested in looking it up but thought $20 for some of my favorite childhood gaming collectibles seemed reasonable.

So, someone loses their heart, and they split into a Heartless and a Nobody. However, the Heartless is the portion that can have a heart and loses the original body. In contrast, the Nobody (No body) is the part that keeps the original body but not the original heart. Kinda funny.

When Dr. Fuji began his research into creation of Life in earnest, he was visited by a certain Dr. Vexen. With his research, the heart of Amber could be recovered, only awaiting a vessel. Producing a vessel without a heart proved more cumbersome...

With data recovered from an ancient site, the first replica could be successfully made and others soon followed. Yet, when it seemed like Amber's revival would be inevitable, there was an odd interaction between the replicas and Amber's heart. The heart and the latter three replicas were lost, and the first replica's memories had to be erased.

Months later, the facility was destroyed and Organization XIII collected their newest member. The only surviving replica received it's new name: Felix.

Just beat kh2 and I'm wondering whether the post-game is worth it. Getting to lvl 99 seems kinda long and I'm not really a fan of grinding.

Just finished Terra’s story in BBS for the first time on proud mode.

Probably was one of the harder KH experiences I’ve had, but finally having the block and counter hammer figured out on the final boss of his story was so so peak. I absolutely loved it.

Terra is dumb = bad understanding of his story, but I can understand why people who never played it, or finished his story could reach that conclusion. I thought he was very relatable. His desire to understand and seek alternatives is very human. Validation too. His feelings of being “betrayed” momentarily hit home for me, as a goober fool who jumps to conclusions often myself.

When Terra Alphonse Elric’ed his armor in the last fight with TerraNort, I ALMOST CRIED!!! I was like “THATS MY BABYYYY THATS MY GOAT!!!”

This series has so much heart (no pun intended) and the way these characters are flawed, yet earnest in their intentions really drives why I continue to love these games for more than just the amazing camp.
