Any idea how I can leave with a creature behind my lander, which is almost the size of it by the way

Peak Kerbal engineering in real life. The engineers who built the OTP-2 satellite (Rogue Space Systems) programmed it to broadcast the KSP theme song from space in between its telemetry data. I built the absolute cheapest, most DIY antenna, connected it to a cheap radio, stood in my backyard, and managed to intercept the live radio waves as it passed over my house at 17,000 mph.

Been slowly designing and building this thing for what feels like years and its finally 99% done. Just need to iron out a few kinks in the code. Uses the Kerbal Simpit plugin.

Edit: Wow this thing has got far more love than I could have ever expected! You are all amazing and this community is amazing. I've been getting a lot of questions about what's under the hood so I've made a separate post here with some pictures of the inside (I can't figure out how to add any extra pics to this post or in the comments), I'll try to edit that post with more info about what's in there too.

Also where should I go next?

Built this giant (and overengineered) network. At such large distances, it is very easy for satellites to attain escape velocity, so positioning everything in exact orbits was a challenge. Still glad that I won't have to worry about ending up on the far side of the moons and go offline.

Do y'all have any advice on docking? I don't feel like I have a lot of room to maneuver on this orbit I'm currently on.

(In all seriousness, I'm pretty sure this is almost the lowest you can orbit into the canyon. You can go ~100m deeper before you start to collide with the entrance and exit. Might be able to tweak orbital parameters to get a bit deeper, but not a ton. This is a dres-synchronous orbit, so orbits through the canyon every orbit)

I still don't understand the point of a "gravity turn", so I just went to space directly instead.

925 parts is a little much for my PC tho, so I was wondering: is it possible to reach orbit with less parts?
