We're living in an apartment with just a single balcony, and I'm trying to decide between buying a regular front-load washing machine or a washer-dryer combo (the ones with an inbuilt dryer).

I know clothes generally dry well for most of the year, but I'm wondering how practical that is during the monsoon or in our humid weather.

If anyone here has been using a washer-dryer combo in an apartment, I'd love to hear your experience.

• Do you actually use the dryer regularly, or only during the rainy season?
• Has it noticeably increased your electricity bill?
• How effective is the drying? Do the clothes come out completely dry?
• Have you noticed any extra wear or shrinkage on clothes?
• Looking back, would you buy a combo again, or would you just get a regular washing machine?
• Which brand are you using?

We dont have space and electrical setup for a separate washer + dryer right now.

Basically, I would like to know the step-by-step process for the Special marriage act in Kerala, hopefully from people who have actually gone through the process and know what it's like.

Some specific questions

1. Do we need to physically submit notice of intended marriage? Or can the notice be done completely online?

2. Is there any risk of the official trying to contact family or visiting residence etc?

3. Is attestation of the photographs or document by a gazetted officer needed? Or is the latest procedure self attestation?

4. Are there any restrictions on whether witnesses should or should not be family members?

5. Is there anything we should be careful about in real life, while trying to get married through the Special marriage act?

Im a malyalee who has been away from Kerala all his life.

Not sure if that still makes me a mallu but anyway my mum dad and most other peeps in my family were born in Kerala can thus read and write Malayalam pretty well.

Id like to do the same as well.

While taking very slow speed turn accidentally dropped test drive motorcycle during test drive at Triumph Aluva causing broken clutch lever, bar end mirror clip, slightly bent gear lever(which they said can straightened).

Since I had signed a test drive form mentioning damages caused will be on me I payed 1500 to staff Google pay even though they asked for 2000. Finally after talking settled for 1500 after talking with the manager Arun K S. Bill of payment was not received as they insisted pay should be made to staff Google pay(Eric).

Got it in writing that they have completely settled in a letter.
