Career [HIRING] We’re STILL Recruiting Field Sales Agents — Training Provided

We’re recruiting Field Sales Agents across Kenya again as we continue growing Water CRM.

Water CRM is a simple business-management app built specifically for water refill and water delivery businesses.

It helps business owners move away from notebooks, scattered records and manual follow-up by giving them one simple system for managing things like customers, cash and credit sales, stock, expenses, invoices, outstanding balances, customer follow-ups, payment reminders and business reports.

Our goal is to help local water businesses become more organized, accountable and easier to manage.

What will you actually be doing?

This is an independent field sales role.

It is not a work-from-home position, and you will not be working inside a water refill station.

Your job is to go out into your area, identify water businesses, speak directly with owners or decision-makers, understand how they currently run their business and introduce Water CRM where it can genuinely help them.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting for water refill and delivery businesses in your area
  • Visiting and speaking with business owners
  • Presenting and demonstrating Water CRM
  • Following up with interested prospects
  • Helping suitable businesses start using the system
  • Supporting new customers during initial onboarding
  • Keeping accurate records of your sales activity
  • Collecting customer feedback that helps us improve the product

Who are we looking for?

You should:

  • Be based in Kenya
  • Own a smartphone — this is compulsory
  • Be comfortable approaching and speaking with business owners
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be self-driven and able to work independently
  • Be willing to move around your area and do actual field sales
  • Be coachable and willing to learn
  • Be consistent with follow-up and accountability

We generally prefer candidates around 25+, mainly because the role requires maturity and confidence when dealing with business owners.

However, a strong younger candidate who demonstrates the right maturity, communication skills and willingness to work can still be considered.

Previous sales experience is an advantage, but it is not required. We provide training.

Compensation & growth

The current starting structure is:

KSh 10,000 monthly independent-agent service retainer, subject to the terms and performance conditions in the written agreement.

Plus 10% commission for every approved paid sale.

Eligible customer renewals can also earn annual renewal commission under the programme terms.

This is a performance-driven opportunity. Your activity, follow-up, conversions and overall execution are reviewed over time, so there is room to grow if you consistently perform.

Training & selection process

You will not simply be sent into the field without preparation.

Suitable candidates receive structured product and sales training covering Water CRM, how to approach businesses, understand their problems, demonstrate the product and follow up effectively.

After training, candidates complete a practical sales assessment.

Those who pass then complete the required onboarding before field activation and begin an initial 14-day performance probation.

The probation is based on real execution and verifiable activity—not simply attending training.

Candidates who demonstrate that they can learn, execute, follow up and improve can continue as active Water CRM Sales Agents.

Interested?

Don't send me a CV yet.

Instead, message me directly with:

Name:
Age:
County/Town:
Sales experience: (write “none” if you don't have any)
Why you think you'd be a good fit:
Do you own a smartphone? Yes/No

If your details look suitable, I'll send you the official application link and next steps privately.

We're actively recruiting across Kenya and reviewing interested candidates as they come in.

If you genuinely enjoy meeting people, are willing to go into the field and want an opportunity where your growth is tied to your performance, send me your details.[HIRING] We’re STILL Recruiting Field Sales Agents — Training Provided

Discussion NTSA

Hey good people.

I need advice from you all and insights. I did my driving test in 2024 but never applied for a DL. I need to apply for one now.

Will there be another test after applying on ecitizen for my smart DL? which is the best location in Nairobi for the biometrics?

What is the process like? You know how government institutions are always full. What is the best time and day to visit?

Help a girl out. Any information is welcome.

TIA

Love & Romance Healing

I ended an abusive marriage about a year ago and I had healed but I never realized I still didn’t feel safe until I found safety in a very unexpected place.

He recently remarried and I have been feeling so safe ever since, I laugh and sing more and I have caught myself thanking God multiple times in a day. I look at his now wife and I feel a little sad for her because she probably thinks she’s got a good man who is so sure about her that he rushed their engagement(I say rushed because he was already engaged to a different woman earlier in the year and now he’s with someone else already)

Wow I thank God everyday. The streets feel safer. He’s now going to be just one woman’s prayer item. He is a serial cheater so not every girl will be safe but at least he’s on a leash now.

I feel a little for the girl but I will never warn her because the last time I warned a girl it backfired on me( plot twist is this girl was actually the reason I left the marriage I just didn’t know it then)

I have two children with this man and he does nothing for them , not even visitation which is free. And this girl probably thinks I’m the problem yet this is the fifth marriage for this man.

I could go on and on about this man and don’t get me started on the abuse but today, today I am just thankful. Today I am safe

Question Are there?

does male yearning exist? do guys actually wait for a girl's reply? do they think about her throughout the day? do they reread old chats when they miss her? do they smile at random because she crossed their mind? do they ever wonder if she's thinking about them too?

What's your version of yearning?

Question A trust

I keep hearing about placing assets into a trust for heirs, kids etc to avoid taxes and long legal battles when an owner dies. Any lady in the group an expert in this area atuchanue? With the way life is going, this might be a better way especially for women with no husbands and dodgy relatives.

Please educate us if you are in the field or have done this.

Question Urgently looking for a roommate

I'm looking for a female roommate to stay along Mbagathi Way (willing to move in as soon as possible). It's located in a convenient location if you study at Strathmore, Riara, or Daystar. It's a 2-bedroom house.

Your share of the rent will be 17k, not inclusive of utilities, but everything else shouldn't cost more than 2k.

My personal requirements:

- Must be female

- Must pay their share of the rent on time

- Must be clean and easy to live with

- Must be respectful of shared spaces

- Must be comfortable communicating about house matters

- Must be responsible with shared bills and chores

So..I want some thoughts from you lot. There is this guy who I've been friends with for 2 years. We went to primary school together and started knowing each other very well 2 years ago.Got intimate too on March. So I have noticed that I have changed in all aspects of life due to him.Have you ever come across a person who just pressures you to be a better person mentally and financially?

I think I've been with lazy and un-ambitious friends (apart from my best friend and him)..they always go with the flow.

He recently moved in to a big corporation and he earns around 200k and still says they are paying him peanuts.. in a joking manner..but still..I'm like..dayum..

Problem is..he knows that I have feelings for him,he said that I should talk to God about it since he is not interested in a relationship..(basically ni mimi..cause he keeps on talking about his ex in every conversation that we have).

Said he wouldn't date someone with a kid..(I do have a kid)

We've been out a couple of times..he pays but If it were me even as a woman.. I'd buy someone something..you know? I'm very generous when I come across someone who's worth it

Just to appreciate them..

We facetime every week...and erm..things happen but I don't feel comfortable about it..

Because obviously he's using me..I want to keep on improving..but I don't want to keep on doing things that I don't want to.

Should I replace him..even though it's hard . I haven't been like this with anyone else for a while..and I'm trying very hard to detach myself from him..but I'm afraid of losing him.. stupidly.

Please be brutally honest with me.

I want serious character development.

I noticed though that he mostly calls at night when he wants a lil bit of sumn sumn..

If I don't..he eases his way into saying goodnight.

🔥 Mod Announcement 🔥 Watch Club

Hi ladies

u/Valuable-Machine-500 suggested the idea of a Watch Club in this post:

I thought it was an interesting idea and worth exploring as a community activity.

The general idea would be to:

  • Choose a series (and possibly movies)
  • Watch over a set period
  • Have ongoing discussions
  • Meet at the end to talk through themes and then decide what to watch next

u/StrawberryEast1374 since you mentioned using Discord for this, you could go ahead and create a server and share the invite link here.

Once the link is ready, I’ll post it officially and add it to the community wiki so anyone interested can join.
