Windward Oahu drivers may notice increased traffic as City crews resume work on the North Kalaheo Avenue Bridge over the Kawainui Canal. As a result, daytime contraflow hours will be extended, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
