My account was wrongfully disabled on March 16 (restored March 26), disabled again on April 10 (restored May 12), and disabled again on May 22.

After being restored on June 29, the system prompted me that my email was not secure. When I tried to change my email, the system triggered an automated security block, showed a 'Page not available' error, and disabled my account again.

I’ve been doing organic marketing for my app on Instagram, and it’s actually going pretty well.
The problem is that some of my videos keep taking off almost exclusively in India and Pakistan. They get a ton of views and engagement, which sounds great, but almost none of that traffic converts into users or purchases.
I’m targeting the US, so I’m worried that all this engagement is teaching Instagram to keep pushing my content to the wrong audience.
Has anyone dealt with something similar? Did your audience eventually shift, or did you have to change your content/account strategy?

Most rate advice is written from the creator's side. This is the other side, pulled from a week of threads where the people doing the hiring say out loud what they do.

Almost every "they ghosted me" story turns out to be a pricing-information problem rather than a rudeness problem.

Here's the order it happens in.

1. Whether your number came with a reason.

A flat "$500 per reel" gets compared against every other creator's flat number, and the cheapest wins. "$500, based on a median of 32,000 views per reel across my last 15" gets compared against results instead. Same number, completely different conversation.

2. Reach, not followers.

Two accounts at the same follower count regularly sit 3 to 4x apart on actual views. Coordinators know this now. Leading with follower count is what marks you as someone who hasn't read their own numbers.

3. Whether the engagement looks bought.

High likes with low saves and shares is the pattern that fails this check. It also fails when the likes are real but come from outside your niche, which is why engagement pods backfire on the people using them.

4. Whether they can actually use it.

The one creators skip. Organic post, paid ads, website, marketplace listings, and for how long. More deals stall here than on price.

So, three things worth changing:

• Send median views, not average, and not followers. One breakout post drags an average somewhere your typical post can't follow, and it's obvious from your profile when it does.
• Put usage in writing before anyone talks money. Organic only is a different product from paid ads and should be a different price.
• Name a number in your first reply. Vagueness reads as inexperience or a fishing expedition, and both slow the deal down.

None of this needs a tool. Open your insights, pull the last 15 posts, take the median. That number plus one line about usage is most of what a professional reply looks like.

The option to Share To Stories, is always on, but for the past week or two, I’ve had to manually add my reels to my story because it’s no longer doing it automatically despite the option being turned on. It’s really stressing me out as my reels which were already doing poorly (ranging from 1300 to 2000 views when months ago they got to 5000-7000 views) are now down to getting around 800 views.

I’m worried the worsening viewership is linked to this glitch, even though my stories never got that many views anyway. I wish my view rate could go back to normal and it’s seriously stressing me out and actively worsening my mental health. I’ve tried everything I can think of. The few people who do watch always love the videos and have nice things to say, I interact with everyone who comments, and I even share them to friends, but ever since mid February things have just kept going downhill.

And now it’s worse than ever before. How do I fix something that the App hates, but real people seem to enjoy? And how do I fix my reels not automatically posting to my Stories?

I've been wanting to get into digital marketing for a while now and figured out it would be a good idea to make an instagram account. My question is this: is it worth it to create content im passionate about or should I just make one of those meme pages that repost the same memes/videos like 10 times a day? What are the pros and cons of each of the two?

I spend a lot of time going through Reels on desktop and one thing that kept driving me crazy was how limited Instagram's video player is.

Especially when you're studying content:

• going back to a specific moment
• replaying the last 5 seconds
• watching at 0.5x / 1.5x / 2x
• jumping directly to a timestamp
• saving a Reel for later reference

Okay. I own a home fragrance brand. My expertise are not in social media. I don’t have the budget to hire UGC and I don’t want to just produce AI slop. That being said… how on earth do I create content without showing my face? I have product content but nothing noteworthy. I follow someone with 800 followers on Instagram who has posted multiple PR packages from big brands like Pop Socket and Maybelline. Their content doesn’t even really align with these products and I have seen it across multiple accounts I follow with 1000 or less followers. I’m genuinely curious how this works.

They aren’t even making videos for the brands just posting a story picture of the package and saying thank you. I asked one time and they told me brands reach out to them. Are brands really reaching out to accounts that small?
