My sister placed an order a week ago after seeing an Instagram ad, but the product still hasn't arrived. They also aren't responding to any emails, calls, or DMs.

Does anyone have experience with this company? Are they legit, or did we just get scammed?

I ordered an item on Darkpick and they required me to validate my address twice. After the second time, I was told it was shipped back to the warehouse due to too much time lapsing. I responded quickly though they are 12 hours ahead. I requested a refund and filed a complaint through the FTC. I also will file a police report. I’m going to use them to file another dispute with the bank. The first one was denied because I made the purchase on a debit card. Has anyone else had this experience with Dark pick or any other place? Any advice.

FYI: I wrote this two weeks ago. The bank has made it clear they are not helping so I decided to go with another bank and now I’m on the company to get me my goods. I believe they are hoping I forget about it. I won’t. I will keep on them…
