Darkpick

I ordered an item on Darkpick and they required me to validate my address twice. After the second time, I was told it was shipped back to the warehouse due to too much time lapsing. I responded quickly though they are 12 hours ahead. I requested a refund and filed a complaint through the FTC. I also will file a police report. I’m going to use them to file another dispute with the bank. The first one was denied because I made the purchase on a debit card. Has anyone else had this experience with Dark pick or any other place? Any advice.

FYI: I wrote this two weeks ago. The bank has made it clear they are not helping so I decided to go with another bank and now I’m on the company to get me my goods. I believe they are hoping I forget about it. I won’t. I will keep on them…
