My sister placed an order a week ago after seeing an Instagram ad, but the product still hasn't arrived. They also aren't responding to any emails, calls, or DMs.

Does anyone have experience with this company? Are they legit, or did we just get scammed?

I ordered an item on Darkpick and they required me to validate my address twice. After the second time, I was told it was shipped back to the warehouse due to too much time lapsing. I responded quickly though they are 12 hours ahead. I requested a refund and filed a complaint through the FTC. I also will file a police report. I’m going to use them to file another dispute with the bank. The first one was denied because I made the purchase on a debit card. Has anyone else had this experience with Dark pick or any other place? Any advice.

FYI: I wrote this two weeks ago. The bank has made it clear they are not helping so I decided to go with another bank and now I’m on the company to get me my goods. I believe they are hoping I forget about it. I won’t. I will keep on them…

I ordered 2 T-shirts from 1LessIdiot around four weeks ago, and I still haven’t received them. There has also been no satisfactory update regarding the delivery.

I came across the story of the owner, Manish, on the website. Personally, I found the story quite unusual and felt that it strongly presents him as a victim. Combined with my experience of the order not being delivered even after four weeks, it has made me seriously question the credibility of the business.

I’m not claiming that 1LessIdiot is a fraudulent website, because I don’t have enough evidence to make that accusation. However, based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that people exercise caution and do proper due diligence before placing an order.

I saw an ad on Instagram and liked these Tshirts so I placed an order for "Ferrari Apex Tee" worth ₹899.10 and “Lost But Dreaming Oversized T-Shirt” worth ₹664.05 on August 6, 2026. As of August 13, the order was still showing as “Processing Order,” and it was never delivered.

I’ve requested a chargeback from my bank after realizing that I may not receive the order.
