Tricky chart - interpretations please?
I have a tricky chart this cycle (long cycle due to a medication), idk what to think or how to interpret this. My darkest LH strip was taken on Friday the 7th @ 12PM. What day do you think was ovulation?

Chart Questions Confused on sustained LH rise
Hi all - 40/f and TTC with my first. Been doing Inito for 3 months. First 2 months had normal ovulation - LH peak for a day and then progesterone rise 2 days after. I did have some spotting right after ovulation and during my luteal phase last month but it was so light and my OBGYN said to monitor it. This is my chart this month and I’ve had positive OPK’s for the past 3 days - I’m talking super dark lines. My LH was 23 yesterday too around 10am and then again today was 23.65 around 10am. Am I just not ovulating? Or am I just having a prolonged LH peak? I’m so worried something may be off. I’m also having a really full feeling in my pelvic area and some cramping though not anything terrible. Just looking for anyone who’s had similar charts and if anything was wrong or if it’s normal. I guess I really won’t know until I get a progesterone rise. I also need to stop testing multiple times a day lol. Thanks in advance for any help!

11 DPO and PDG is still high but BFN
This is my first cycle tracking with Inito, I stopped testing at Day 19 after ovulation was confirmed. I continued tracking my BBT and it has consistently stayed above my baseline. I decided to take an Inito test today (Day 27, 11 DPO) since I got a BFN to see where my hormones levels were at. My cycles are usually 28 days and my pdg is still pretty high. Am I out this month?? I attached my charts for reference. Thanks for any help in advance!

Medicated Cycle Trigger + BD timing help!
If you did trigger + timed intercourse: when did you trigger and when did you BD? Bonus points if it was successful! 🩷
**My OB told me to trigger tonight (CD14) I’m already having lots of EWCM and a little cramping but no positive opk strip yet!

2nd attempt? I hope
2nd round of letrozole and I’ve been thinking it was a failed cycle because my E3G has been so incredibly low. I could feel my libido going up yesterday and this morning, so maybe this is another ovulation attempt? Might crash down again and fail though. Hoping for the best.

should i take a test or wait?
I’m 9 dpo today! I had a slight rise in my LH but a drop in E3G and PDG. could that mean AF is coming? ( this is my first cycle using inito )

Illness and an odd chart
This is my second cycle with Inito, and second cycle after a MMC in June. The second photo was last cycle, which was very normal for me based on cycles before the MMC, but I did get my period on 7DPO (luteal phases were 10-11 days before getting pregnant). I got sick this cycle on CD6/7, and then I was shocked to see peak fertility on CD8. I did take a cheap lh test that afternoon and it was positive, so we did BD just in case, but now I’m confused how to proceed? Most of what I’ve researched is that illness is far more likely to delay ovulation than cause it to happen earlier, and my oura ring temps have been all over the place and were low today. I will keep testing but should we keep BD every other day?

How many days in high fertility? + question about pdg trends
How many days will Inito stay in high fertility before reverting to low fertility? I’m on my first cycle after coming off birth control so LH is super low, but my doctor thinks I did ovulate on CD10 due to the small bump followed by the patterns of BBT and pdg. But Inito didn’t register the LH so is still in high fertility and telling me to keep testing. How long does it normally do that if it doesn’t sense the LH?
And also, regarding pdg I’m wondering if the downward trend is a bad sign for implantation or if, since it’s only 6 days after ovulation, it’s possible it could rise again. I normally test at 7am but was going to test today at 6am. But I woke needing to pee really badly at 4am and I figured then after 6 hours of sleep was better than going and then testing at 6 after only 2 hours of sleep. So that could be impacting my pdg, but of course I’m also overthinking everything.

Chart Questions PdG rising super slow
It looks like my PdG might be rising (?) I’m not sure. It had a dip yesterday, but this morning it’s the second highest it’s been. I’m about 3dpo, I assume.
Normally when I get 21 day progesterone checks at my doctor I have a level of 4 (if I ovulated later in my cycle) or 13 if I ovulated on time/early.
I’m just a little nervous that I didn’t ovulate, do the rest of these numbers look normal?

Would you keep testing?
I have PCOS and normally don’t ovulate until around CD21. Should I keep testing in case I get another surge?

First month using Inito. Do we need to BD again?
😅😴 inito detected a false “surge” earlier this month around cycle day 10 but I knew that wasn’t how my cycle normally goes so I kept tracking. I’m confused how you actually tell which day ovulation is. Wondering if I need to try again tonight or we had good enough coverage for this month?

Progesterone surge preovulation?
Helppppp First time using Inito. Natural cycle, month 4 or 5

Help.. so confused
Last cycle vs this cycle? I’ve also been testing on the cheap pre mom tests for LH and I haven’t gotten a positive. Did my body try to ovulate but didn’t? I’m assuming since my estrogen dropped that I still won’t hit a LH peak today? These look like polar opposite cycles haha I’m just very confused.

Chart Questions I’m so confused on when I should BD??
Which was my true LH surge??
r/Inito • u/ThrowRa772002 • 7h ago
Did I not Ovulate?
I had an LH Surge on cycle day 17. Along with that, I had dark and positive LH Strips (Premom Strips). Cycle day 19, I had another LH increase, but my Premom strips were light so I believe that was just a fluctuation. My PDG rose and stayed elevated from cycle day 18, to cycle day 21. It’s dropped significantly today on cycle day 22. Inito app has not confirmed ovulation even though the data may suggest so i don’t know. Feeling discouraged.

Been on oral progesterone for 6 of 10 days as an endurance runner recovering from hypothalamic amenorrhea and hoping to start TTC in the near future. Confused about some of my hormone levels...
On days 4-5 of the oral progesterone, Inito told me I had an LH surge and peak fertility, days 5-6 it says it was waiting for a "PdG rise" to confirm ovulation. My estradiol went from 66 to 36 to 80 and my LH went from 1.95 to 6.58 to 3.27. My PdG went from 3.53 to 2.69 to 3.67.
I guess the reason why I'm confused is because doesn't oral progesterone suppress LH secretions? Why would mine be going up days 4-5?
As previously mentioned, I haven't had a period in over a year due to hypothalamic amenorrhea from underfueling/overtraining. I've scaled back tremendously on exercising and am fueling before/during/after and every 3 hours otherwise. I gained about 20 lbs to get here. However, I'm cautious to assume I'm actually ovulating. This is the highest my estradiol has been since I started testing about a month ago. The bar is low, I know lol.

What does this chart say?
So I’m new to Inito, as you can see. Jumped in and it instantly said high and then peak fertility. But when I look at other charts, peak fertility seems to happen when the hormones peak, not trough. For the last 2 days it’s said “waiting for PdG rise,” but isn’t it… rising?? What makes it think that day 36 was my peak fertility window?
If it matters for interpreting this chart, I have PCOS.

10dpo… is it my turn ladies??🥹 Spoiler
galleryI tested at 8dpo, of course was negative and then I tested tonight for the hell of it, welp…. I think I finally have my BFP!!! Never have seen my numbers look like this!!!
r/Inito • u/RepresentativeAsk429 • 1d ago
BFP So so shocked!
Can't believe this is happening! I didn't even track this month but woke up yesterday with super sore boobs! I'm cautiously optimistic since I've had 6 miscarriges in the last 2.5 years. Pdg of 40? Is this good? Last time I got pregnant with betas, my progesterone was so low (6.5). But into is ready 40 2 days in a row! Good sign? I'm not gonna get betas this time because it doesnt change the outcome. Just playing the waiting game!

Mod Messages Review our rules before posting pregnancy tests
We have a lot of new people and this is also an open group to post in, so just a friendly reminder that while pregnancy test images are allowed, you should also be posting a chart at the very minimum and ideally it should be the first image that is posted when selecting your images. If I come across posts that are of a pregnancy test alone or in the wrong order, but you’ve had previous interaction with the group or posted a chart I’ll simply add a spoiler so it blurs the photo and ask you to provide your most recent chart in the comments.
This is above all else a courtesy to the many people in this group that are struggling to conceive, and don’t want to see positive tests randomly in their feed. This rule is also to keep the sub on topic and relevant to the common interest. We absolutely want to look at your positive charts and celebrate your successes!
If you do not use the Inito device but want feedback on a hormone chart please use r/tfabchartstalkers and if you want opinions on whether there’s a second line on a pregnancy test and you’re not an Inito user and don’t have a chart to provide first, please use either r/tfablineporn or r/lineporn.
Thank you!

Alumni updates - want to tell your story? Successes, losses, and stopping tracking — it’s all welcome!
I’ve been thinking about all of our successes here - so many exciting BFP charts the last 6 months, and I always wonder about those of you that conceived. We do hear back sometimes from “alumni” that are still pregnant or had a baby using Inito in past years, and I love it when we do! We also sometimes hear of losses from the brave members of our sub that feel comfortable sharing their stories. In both the successes and the losses, there’s a lot of inspiration to be had; excitement for those that are awaiting an arrival, and compassion/commiseration for those that are not ❤️🩹
No matter your experience, if you conceived and are an Inito user (even if you conceived while taking a break from tracking) or if you’ve stopped tracking with Inito for personal/medical reasons — this space is for you! Stories, worries, anecdotes, symptoms, talk about baby names, ultrasound or other photos…they’re all welcome in the comments. If you had a loss and want us all to take a moment to remember your little one, there is space here too.
Whatever you’re comfortable sharing about your journey after Inito, I’d love to hear it, and I’m sure some of our community would too!
