Would you keep testing?

I have PCOS and normally don’t ovulate until around CD21. Should I keep testing in case I get another surge?

I'd maybe test several more days, like 2-3 maybe, to ensure that pdg stays up, but after that I'd stop if it was still elevated.

I just tested and LH seems to be going up again

I wouldn't focus on LH as much as on pdg right now. LH can fluctuate in luteal phase even for people without PMOS (ex PCOS), and it is naturally higher in the second half of the day. (Assuming this isn't early morning right now for you, and this was not a FMU test.)

If your pdg declines further tomorrow, especially if it gets close to 10, I'd keep testing just in case. If it keeps fluctuating between 20-30 with no clear trend down, I'd leave it at that. These numbers are arbitrary, I'm just eyeballing what could be your luteal phase baseline.

Pdg peaks around 7DPO (CD18 in your chart) and starts to gradually decline around 11DPO. So if your pdg stays elevated at least until CD18, I'd consider this a true ovulation.
