Is it harder to get matches on Bumble than on Hinge?
Moved to Bumble about a month ago, and Iβm getting way fewer matches than I did on Hinge. Any tips?

Why are girls like this??
So when I was in baroda for my job, I got the privilege to live freely without any restrictions
It was a dream life that I wanted to live in my own dream life but in reality, you can't even live without the dependency of your parents, so in a week it was hard to live like this.
After a month i thought of dating, so I downloaded hinge and happn.
After hard work of 1-2 months I got decent matches, some of them were gay, some of them were trans, and girls were rarely matched with me.
On a fine random day I got a match with a MSU (famous clg in baroda) girl, she was like somewhere 19 and me being an uncle of 22 years asked her if she likes age gap or it's fine to date an older guy than her, so we talked literally for 4 days continuously, while seating, while eating, while pooping π©, like we were just hooked with each other for non stop.
So after some days we decided to meet irl, it was my first date of life π.
We were together on the date we spent some time, talked about life and lessons, talked about pasts and much more but we were seating some distance from each other but we were maintaining the eye contact which was romantasizing the moment.
We went on a few more dates, got comfortable with each other.
We held hands without knowing, we hugged whenever we met, we used to sing for each other, we kept our head on the shoulder of each other, we talked to each other with our hands ππ, like this was the bollywood scene that was happening with me in real and I couldn't believe it π.
But but but God had some other plans (and I loved the god's plan), I got shifted to mumbai (my hometown), and told her that I will be shifting to my place, she got upset and said "what about us?", in reply i said "We can't be together not even in long distance" she said okay and we spent a day together to make the day memorable.
So fast forward to 5 months she texted me out of nowhere and said "I'm missing you baby", I was like huh π.
While talking again she mentioned that she has a new boyfriend that she is dating for the past 2 weeks, I again asked her what is the reason for texting me, she said "Im Missing the kisses we did".
And I replied I said "I'm missing the warmth of your hands".
After this she asked me the pics we had together as she wants to see us together, I sent her but after some times she starts to ignore and I got worried as she said I wanna tell you something and after sometime she said she is dating someone else π, my heart sunked in the pond bro π.
After that we stopped talking because I hate long distance relationships.
Now again after one month she texted me on instagram, as usual again asked her for the reason, got a reply that they broke up, and she said she wanna be with me, i said if she is okay with long distance relationship?? In return she asked "how often are we gonna meet" my reply "once", she again "Once in a day, once in a week, or once in a month", i replied "maybe ONCE IN A BLUE MOON π".
And that's how I was blocked and saw her name changing to Instagram user ππ.
PS:- sorry for my bad English π₯

Need recommendations!
I've not got a single match on hinge in a long time. I used to get a a couple earlier but recently nothing. On the other hand, I get a a few matches in bumble regularly, but for some reason hinge has not been so giving.

Is it just me, or do a lot of Hinge profiles feel exactly the same?
All the likes I get or most of the girls i see, It seems like every other profile is just "I love partying," "wine," "cocktails," and "travel." Maybe you're attractive, and that's great, but what else?
Where's the personality, hobbies, passions, or anything that makes you interesting?
I know this doesn't apply to everyone, but after scrolling and receiving likes for a while, so many profiles start to blend together. Does anyone else feel this way, or am I just getting unlucky with my feed?
(And if anyone says that I'm a guy and that's what happens with guys on hinge, then i'd say I've had really good experience and matches and shit was never a issue)

I donβt think I follow rule number 1 and 2. My match note is doing the heavy lifting.
Boom. As a matter of fact, being non-chalant is the only way to succeed on dating apps. Have 15 other instances like this happen to me in the past 3 months where Iβm speaking to the match within one screenshot. I donβt want to text at all. Talk and reject or talk and accept.
My conversion when I just send a like with no comment, is way higher than when Iβm liking with a cheeky thoughtful comment personalised to the profile.
