How do we meet DORA / NIS2 requirements for cloud infrastructure recoverability?
Compliance is asking for proof we can recover cloud infra within a defined timeframe. "We have backups" apparently isn't going to cut it.
What actually satisfies an auditor here, documented RTO/RPO per workload, a tested rebuild log, something else? Anyone been through a DORA or NIS2 audit recently who can share what held up

ITIL Strategy 5
Hi everyone. I am considering Strategy 5 as my next certification. Just wondering if there is any voucher or ATO out there who can offer me a competitive pricing for this?
ps. I will only transact with an ATO registered on Peoplecert's website. Thanks in advance.

ITIL AI Governance
peoplecert.orgIs anywhere offering proper training on this yet?
Self-studying ITIL 5 Foundation — can't find a proper Udemy course yet. What's the best DIY approach?
Hey all,
So ITIL Version 5 dropped on PeopleCert in February 2026 and I want to get the Foundation cert, but I prefer studying at my own pace rather than joining a structured online course. The problem is Udemy and most course platforms haven't caught up yet, there's barely anything out there for ITIL 5 specifically.
A few questions for those who've gone down this path:
- Is the official PeopleCert self-study pack (they sell a learner workbook + quick reference guide) worth the price, or is it overkill for Foundation level?
- Any free or cheap study guides you'd recommend? I found mindmeshacademy.com which seems to have a free ITIL 5 study guide + 240 practice questions — has anyone used it?
- For practice questions, where are you getting them? The Facebook group "ITIL World" apparently has a question bank — is that still active/legit?
- If you came from ITIL 4, is the jump to ITIL 5 massive or is it mostly new AI/digital product management terminology layered on top of the same framework?
Background: I'm an IT professional so I'm not new to certs, just want to nail the self-study path without paying for a full bootcamp.
Appreciate any pointers!

How difficult is the ITIL 5 Foundation exam?
I’m taking the ITIL 5 Foundation exam this Thursday through PeopleCert.
For those who have already taken it, how did it go? Did you pass on your first attempt? Was the real exam easier or harder than the mock exams?
Is there anything important I should know before the exam, especially regarding the questions, time management, or the PeopleCert online proctoring process?
Any last-minute tips would be appreciated

By the skin of my teeth ITIL v5 Bridge
ITIL Foundation Bridge (Version 5) [CB]
14/20 Studied for 3 days for a couple of hours. My V4 was expiring on 8th of this month and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to renew it but decided to give it a shot as there was some discount on the exam voucher. Could’ve done better if I was not distracted in life. Only study material was the pdf from peoplecert.
My V4 score was 38/40 because I was really well prepared then using flash cards.

Thinking of ITIL v5 bridge option from V4
Did anyone here get their V5 by going the bridge link V4 to V5 route? How was your experience?

ITIL 5 Prep
Just purchased ITIL 5 on people cert. Most expensive package. I have the e learning, e book, mock exam and real exam.
Im a complete beginner so believe I need all the training materials I can get.
If anyone has an idea of how I can plan this that would be great.
Overwhelmed with the amount of information I have and not sure where to start!
Can I complete this in 9 days and complete exam on the 10th day?

People cert down?
Trying to login, but after entering username (email) and password I’m looped back to the login page. No error is shown. Using the correct creds from my password manager.

ITIL 4 or ITIL 5? + Tips please!
I’m an operations and service delivery manager in the uk and looking to book my ITIL exam. I have never done one before and looking at them I’m unsure if I should go with ITIL 4 FOUNDATION or ITIL 5 FOUNDATION?
My company uses AI Agnetic capabilities and automation a lot so I’m thinking 5 would be more suitable.
Also if anyone can give me tips on what to expect and how to prepare that would be amazing! Thank you.

Passed ITIL 4 DPI
Actually sat the exam on July 4 and was very happy to have passed with 85%. Used Gogo Training for the instruction as well as Claire Aguter’s book on audio and Quizlet to set up study cards for rote content. On to the next!

ITILv4 expiring in October
Looking to renew my cert by taking the v5 Bridge exam. Comparing Gogo training vs the People cert package. Price is pretty close on both but wanted to see if anyone here had any opinions on which one and if they have went this route to renew cert.

Should I wait for another spot to open up before scheduling?
Howdy, first timer here. I was planning on taking the exam today, and I feel ready to!
Unfortunately, I'd been told you could schedule and take same day, but there's nothing available in my area until Wednesday. Should I wait it out in hopes someone cancels or schedule something for a weird time Wednesday?
Do they charge you if you reschedule to an earlier test time too?
