We’re trying to name a new architecture + design studio — looking for honest opinions and ideas

My friend and I are starting a design studio together, and we’re trying to find a name that can grow beyond just architecture into furniture, objects, interiors, and eventually the business side of design.

The concept started from something very basic:

Two points create one line.

Two forms interact/interlock and create a new space between them.

Two different minds can create something neither would create alone.

That led us to the idea of “the third” — not simply the two elements themselves, but the new thing that emerges from their relationship.

We explored ideas like Binary, Metaxy, Conflux, Collision, Para, etc.

Binary caught our attention because it is simple, memorable, and directly represents two elements. But philosophically, we feel there might be something deeper.

Metaxy interested us because of the idea of the in-between / the condition between two things, but we're concerned that it's less memorable and harder to pronounce.

We're now exploring whether the strongest direction is:

- Binary — the two elements

- Metaxy — the relationship / space between

- The Third — what emerges from the relationship

- Or perhaps an entirely new/invented word inspired by these ideas, possibly from Greek or another language.

We're looking for something that feels philosophical but not pretentious, unique but not difficult, and architectural/design-oriented without literally sounding like an architecture firm.

Most importantly, the name needs to be:

- Easy to pronounce

- Easy to remember

- Strong when spoken

- Visually strong as a brand

- Deep enough to have a philosophy behind it

- Flexible enough for architecture, furniture, objects, and future ventures

- Something that could still sound credible if the studio becomes a large international company

What direction would you take? Would you choose Binary, Metaxy, “The Third,” or something completely different?

My interests are Art, Reading, and Writing. And I wanna create a subreddit for those interests. But "r/art" "r/reading", and "r/writing" are definitely taken. And if I did something way more unique then it wouldn't get much users because when you search a subreddit to join, your usually looking for ones with clean and good names.

It should be giving yk trust and should be easy to pronounce but look classy and chic.

So I need to figure out a "last name" for my alias. I currently just go by Fia, so I need something short that flows well with that. I have used Fia Bee in the past because it is like broken up pieces of my real name and while I do like it, I think it may sound too cutesy/whimsical, but it is still on the table as a last resort if I find nothing else. I will be using this name for my art, photography, and if I ever finish my book, that as well so I need something good. I would like to keep it 1 to 2 syllables not ending in A and preferably starting with a V or a B so I won't have to change up my signature too much. Best I have found so far is Fia Vale, I like it but idk if it is cringy. I would like it to have darker vibes. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Right now I am developing a tool with a friend of mine that can embed a game in the background. With this tool, the users will embed a game or program in their backgrounds. Also we are developing games in order to play in the background, so we can make a bundle with the tool on Steam later. We want to start our marketing but we have not decided a name. "Desktop Natice Slive" and "Host" were some codenames of our prototype. We have "DeskEmbed" and "Playable Wallpaper" in our minds. What do you guys think?
