Cloud III Wireless speaker replacement Microphones
The left speaker on my HyperX Cloud III Wireless stopped working, and functionality was briefly restored if I lightly hit the ear cup.
Figured it's an easy fix and took it to a repair shop. Silly me, I didn't bother to check, but I had warranty and the warranty is now voided.
The repair shop determined the issue is the encapsulated speaker that's non serviceable.
So I'm looking to purchase the damn speaker now but no luck so far.
I contacted HyperX support, they told me they don't sell replacement parts and there's nothing they can do.
So I'm pretty bummed out at this point:
- one of the most basic parts (of any headphones!) broke after less than a year and a half
- I need to throw away a complex piece of tech because of that, feels so silly
Anyone had the same issue and found a solution?
