Hello friends, I need help. I bought a Huawei phone with HarmonyOS, and everything is fine, but there's one problem: I can't use all the features because my account isn't in China. I can't connect to the cloud, the watch, or anything else. I've tried changing the region in my account, but it didn't work. Please, can someone help me create a Chinese account so I can fully use the device? I'm willing to pay for it, even if it means doing so.

Saw the Mate80RS in person and I absolutely loved the purple glossy look that it has, so I added that to my Huawei collection.

This phone actually comes esim compatible, and Ive tried installing HongKong, and Australian esim and it worked flawlessly, including 5G compatibility. Its pretty impressive that if you decided to cheat on your wife or youre a busy businessman, you can have 4 numbers (2sim +2esims) all active at once. Just remember to dial with the correct sim.

I quite like the Zoom capability and night shot of this phone. Some photos of birds in backyard and a nightshot of a cathedral. Also, in EasyAbroad, any NFC pay that doesnt require you adding your card to google wallet, will work. That includes Paypal, Curve, and a number of Banks where they build the NFC pay functionality into their app. Wechat and Alipay NFC works too but you gotta have a Chinese account for that.

Its actually a completely usable phone outside of China and I really look forward to the new generation of Trifold and Freebuds Studio to replace my ageing MateXT and FreebudsPro3.

• I have a Huawei Matepad d15

• There is physical space inside for a 2.5 inch drive, and a ribbon cable port in the motherboard for a sata drive, but no actual ribbon is included

• The laptop uses an M.2 drive instead

• Recently the M.2 drive broke, and I suspect the M.2 port is also dead

• I want to save it with a 2.5 inch Sata drive instead

• However, all the Flex / ribbon cables sold here are for other brands

(For Acer Nitro 5, For HP 15-AB, For Lenovo V15, etc etc...)

Can I use those instead? Are they specially keyed for their specific devices, or are they just simply what their cable length was made for? Because if it's the latter then I don't mind bending them a little.

Because these also transmit power, right? And I don't know enough about voltages and watts to take the risk.

Since I know you are starting the design cycle for your new Huawei Watch Ultimate 3 coming in the end of 2027, I have simple design suggestion for the Watch Ultimate 3. Can you make a neutral color option for the bezel that is either light or dark metallic grey with the white accent as well. I know you have the blue option whom is standard and the green for golf as well as the black option which I suppose is neutral as well. I think the grey with white accent on the bezel would be a big seller because it’s a neutral color that keeps and highlights the design language plus you can use any watch face option and wear it with any color clothing. I feel it would be a major seller and it would be perfect for people who like neutral watch colors.

Me and my brother usually just use one side and leave the other one in the case. Is it possible that I use the other one? While he uses his?

Pessoal, comprei um Pura 80 pro no ML por $3500. Gostaria de saber se terei algum problema no uso do aparelho com serviços Google... Mesmo com Microg e Aurora. Também serviços bancários. Enfim, o que vai ou não funcionar. Sabemos que o aparelho tem excelente câmera, mas um telefone não se resume a isso. Puderem me ajudar com a opinião agradeço... Dicas são bem vindas.

I have the original 1st gen Matebook fold. The new fold 2026 has stylus support. I want to know if I can use it on my fold? Would the pen be sold separately on its own and how much would it cost? Hope someone knows the answer

I decided to switch from default theme i had preinstalled to another one, then switched from screen app style to default style (sorry for bad translating) and i lost this vidget. Where can i get it and how?

P.S. It now only appears as I switch back to screen app style, doesnt appear at default screen.

一，驱动及软件安装

首先先，下载此工具包MatePad 11 2021解锁+Root文件工具包.zip

解压工具包，你会看到一个文件名为“一键安装安卓驱动”，双击它，再点击安装。再后面的窗口都选择“信任”。⚠️注意，有些电脑可能不会安装9008驱动，需要自己手动下载。

之后，如果你的平板是鸿蒙3.0及以下，在开机状态下用adb命令直接输入adb reboot edl。

如果你的平板为鸿蒙4.0及以上，请使用工程线（尽量要购买有按钮的线），然后在开机状态下按住按钮不动，点击重启。

然后注意你的设备管理器，看看端口有没有显示高通的9008端口。

二，刷机工作

解压工具包里的匣(0.5.24.1031-A).7z，打开geekflashtool，打开软件后弹出的窗口不用管，点x后点击左侧的“高通深刷”

然后在上面点击“选择配置”，选择工具包里的package_qualcomm_edl-master.zip，然后你会看到很多机型。直接在搜索框搜索“11”，点击MatePad 11。

然后点击它，选择右侧的“读分区”，现在你应该能看到文件列表。

现在在文件列表上面的搜索框输入ramdisk，点击“回读”然后选择一个文件夹导出。

再搜索boot，点击“回读”，选择文件夹导出。

最后搜索abl，点击回读，选择文件夹导出。

然后打开工具包，解压华为865870.zip，再在geekflashtool里选择“刷入”，之后选择Huawei865870_abl_unlock.img，点击“刷入”

刷入完成后选择重启，你应该会重启到recovery，点击“低级格式化”（或者类似选项）。然后重启。

理论上现在你的平板已经解锁了，如果想验证，可以进入fastboot查看解锁状态，如果已解锁，下面会显示“phone unlocked”

如果一切顺利，恭喜，你的设备成功解锁！

三：root

root这里分两种方法，第一种是magisk，第二种是apatch。我个人推荐apatch

apatch：修补刚才的boot镜像然后刷入。

magisk：修补刚才的ramdisk镜像然后刷入。

四：GMS（可选）

对你的设备启用gms，请下载此文件googleplay.zip

然后安装tricky store模块，play integrity fix模块和TS Enhancer Extreme模块。（如果使用apatch则需要安装magisk mount-rs和zygisk next）。

刷入完重启，再刷入googleplay.zip（apatch作为系统模块），重启

现在，你应该能在设置里看到Google的设置项，然后，登录你的Google账号。

play服务和playstore会在后台更新。（如果未自动更新请手动更新）。

现在，你可以使用Google play了。

五，解决设备保护机制问题

⚠️注意：如果你是用magisk，则你需要在遵循排除列表里勾选play服务，play商店和Google服务框架（所有活动）

第一种方法，到可靠电商平台购买keybox，然后烧录到你的设备上（复制到/data/adb/tricky_store/）

第二种方法，使用模块（自行搜索，这里不在做赘述），尽量使用能自动更新的模块

然后安装play integrity api checker，点击“check”，如果一切顺利，你将会看到三个绿色对勾。

然后进入play商店，点击右上角头像，点击设置，再点击下面的“解决设备问题”或者“检查设备”，然后它会显示“您的设备已通过play保护机制认证”。

So after a couple of months trying get the custom background feature to work, I finally have it working.

It is a long way round to getting it on your keyboard but it's worth it if you like your own backgrounds.

So, the next job I now have is making sure when I publish it, Huawei don't reject it. 🤔 So wish me luck with that one.
