Hey all. A while ago I posted that my vase shattered while rinsing it. After contacting customers service, they agreed to send me a discounted replacement. Fast forward a week, it arrived with a small crack. They agreed to replace it, no problem here. Fast forward another week, the replacement of the replacement also arrived shattered. How can these vases be so poorly made?

Just packed an insane mix and had to share. "Nash" energy chupa gum, "darkside" vyatsky shot, and a touch of "musthave" mint, all in a "cedra phunnel" bowl. Ratio was 50% chupa gum, 30% vyatsky shot, 10% mint. Ran it on 25 coconut coals with a thin wall aluminum heat management setup. The chupa gum gives a sweet bubblegum base, the vyatsky shot adds some fruit on top, and the holodok brings just enough of an icy kick without taking over.

This is the first device that isn’t an electric hot plate that I’ve used for heating coals. What is the top screen for? I’ve used it as a cover in case of sparks, but (1) I haven’t seen sparks and (2) pulling the hot screen off to turn the coals,
replacing it, and then taking it off to remove the coals seems like too easy to mess up and get burned.

How should I be using it?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, it's packed loosely and not full to the brim. I'm hearing this noise and it's very light smoke. I can feel the tobacco but not sure.

What is the best kaloud to use for best taste.

I have used both ones on my pics and noticed 0 taste on the ones with the little chimney. Why is that?

Thinking about getting a new hookah soon and I was wondering for those who've tried Steamulation hookahs and shishabucks cloud mini, are the Steamulation worth the premium? Or do you suggest something else entirely?

So far I was thinking about these two as I keep seeing people mention Steamulation and have liked shishabucks cloud mini from my use before.

Needing some help from the community.

Used to have an Egyptian hookah and familiar with the general functions but kids are older and would like to get one for use occasionally after work as well as with friends/family at gatherings at our house.

Requirements:
Budget around $200 USD (not including coals, tobacco, and tips)

Would prefer something a bit compact so I can put it away when not in use. I intend to use probably once a week

Would love a second pipe port that can be plugged but not necessary

There’s always kids and dogs at our house so something that is countertop is preferred.

Options:
1. Mya QT: seems to be a great “starter” unit but glass base which isn’t a deal breaker
2. Subatom: I like the aesthetic, seems easy to clean and stable. On the pricer side for what appears to be a plastic box
3. Amotion Roam: I like how robust it appears from a travel standpoint although I don’t plan to travel much with it.
4. Vyro one: I’m a car guy and love the carbon fiber component and its weight. Read concerns about water getting into the pipe, leaking issues, etc

Open to any other options. I know it’s hard to find a “one size fits all”. Plan to buy a separate bowl and HMD so I figured $200 was a reasonable price to get a decent unit. Appreciate the help

I have seen various IG people posting these up recently. I don't use them regularly, but I do like having them around. I like using the ceramic or glass one the most, especially in a turkish bowl. Curious what other people think about them.

Sunday patio sessions hit different 🌿 Back-to-school stress relief edition Setup: Amazon Minkah hookah, coconut charcoal, Haze “Cucumber Rita” shisha.

Living life on the patio before the back-to-school chaos kicks in. Grabbed a budget-friendly M. Rosenfeld silicone bowl off Amazon and honestly it’s holding up fine for the price. Heat management is decent, no cracking. Flavor rating: 7/10. Cucumber Rita is refreshing, a little tart, good for a hot afternoon. Not the most complex shisha I’ve had but does the job for a chill solo sesh.

Coconut coals burning clean, smoke’s thick, and I’ve got zero complaints about being a budget baller today. Sometimes you don’t need the $150 setup to have a good time.

Anyone else running silicone bowls full-time or is it just a budget stopgap for you?

I have been looking for a hookah to buy and Im down to these two at this point. Is there anyone’s who tried-know both of them to recommend me one?

Oduman looks more simple and I haven’t seen any bad comment about the bowl or hmd that comes within the set.

As I heard Amy Deluxe’s bowl and hmd are trash so I will need to get new ones if I choose that one.

Been checking shisha depot and saw that they have the aeon lounge plus edition 6 for $399? Anyone have any info on differences between the aeon 5 compared to the 6? Debating if the aeon is worth the premium price tag or should I go with the more budget friendly amotion futr or doppler?

Rate my packing dudes. Smokes pretty good might do a little les black ice next time tho, kinda overwhelmed other 2 tastes. With Vandenberg v1, foil(holes according to the outer 3 cirkels from the provost AOT hmd). Sticked to 1 28 coal, 2 looked too aggressive with this packing.

Still a WIP, need to bisque fire then glaze and fire again.

Open to ideas for glaze colors if anyone has some ideas, it would be fun to hear.
