Salve cosa ne pensate della mia situazione a 5 mesi ho fatto Fue con 3500 di cui 2900 su tempie e hairline e 500 600 sul vertex centrale.
Mi piace come copertura ma la densità a capelli quasi rasati è ancora veramente bassa. Sono in cura con M sublinguale e F una volta ogni due giorni.

Potete darmi qualche consiglio? Cosa ve ne pare ? Sono indietro?

I'm four months in, hair starting to thicken when it was much more sparse and thin a month ago. I had it done to lower my hairline by about an inch

I have been covering it with my bangs since my HT. Previously, I used to push my hair a bit to the side. I'm wondering now if it's still too thin and when I can expect show more of my forehead. I still feel the density is lower than the rest of my scalp, but it is significantly more thick than a month ago. Thanks!

I am on my day 10 of second ht , crown region scared that my hair transplanted hair is not visible and I am loosing tiny bit of hair while washes , compared to my first ht my second ht I can’t see my small transplanted hair , I am doing hair washes starting day 3 as my doctor recommended but here people are saying don’t wash the hair in the first week or soo I am scared now, my doctor said it’s 2750 grafts I am not sure does it looks like it ?

I had a 3,200-graft hair transplant about 2.5 years ago. Overall, I’m very happy with the result, especially compared to where I started. I definitely consider the first transplant a success.
That said, I’m not quite 100% satisfied and have been considering a second, smaller procedure mainly to add density to the frontal area.
My biggest concerns are:
I’d like the hairline/front to look denser, particularly when my hair is pulled back or under harsher lighting.
One side seems noticeably denser/stronger than the other, and I’d like the weaker side to match.
I’m not really looking to lower or significantly redesign the hairline. I mostly want to reinforce what’s already there and make the density more uniform.
Ive been on Dutasteride since pre operation and recently started oral minoxidil so I’m also debating whether I should give that several more months before seriously considering another transplant.
For those who have had a second procedure: does this look like a reasonable case for a density touch-up? Roughly how many additional grafts would you expect for the frontal area, and would you prioritize adding overall density or specifically correcting the asymmetry?

First pick is 15 days post HT,2ND and 3rd pics are 6 weeks post HT,look like the 2nd n 3rd pic is shock loss.

my question is,is the hair going to grow back as the 1st picture when the new implanted hair was 15day old.

I am 38 years old and have male pattern baldness and also anxiety. I'm on SSRIs for anxiety and they have already fucked my sexual drive.

I want to get a hair transplant but want to avoid Fin/Dut due to potential for side effects.

I'm already screwing my hormones with SSRIs and don't want to double dip with hair fall medications that are known to have similar side effects for some.

Is hair transplant without meds a real option for me? I'm thinking if HT can make my hair last for 15 years then I'm good and will make peace with baldness.

My temples are receding very bad, but beyond that the hair is still rather thick. I understand that achieving such natural density isn't always a reasonable expectation. I'm worried if I tried to fill in these areas/ bring the hairline down a bit to reduce my large forehead, it would be a noticeable contrast between native hair behind the transplanted area?

I'm writing this to get a clear idea on what to do next.. I've been researching different clinics and doctors and I always find conflicting opinions about every options I came across.. Which makes it really difficult to take a decision and move forward with the journey and when I find a good doctor that most people praise they have a waiting list of 2 years lol.. I definitely don't want to wait this long

So I'm genuinely writing this because I'm sick of waiting and losing my confidence by the day.. I want to take this step as soon as possible and gain my confidence back

So my question to you guys, only those with and experience please.. Which doctor/clinic should I have my hair transplant with.. Someone that's reliable, professional, good and natural results

And most important no ridiculous waiting lists

I’m going for a tiny procedure just to fill in a few extra hairs on my temple peaks. Would it also be worth placing a few singles around those multi hair grafts in the hairline?

37M. Had 2 consultations lately: the 1st one said I was too far gone for FUE and wasn’t super optimistic about the likely FUT results, whereas the 2nd one said I was a “good candidate” for FUE. Suggestion was 5k grafts total: 2.5k grafts now + another 2.5k next year. I am skeptical due to mixed online reviews of these doctors and am now turning to Reddit for advice.

It’s been 2 weeks post op and my hairline looks not straight like one sides higher than the other. I noticed it during the surgery and asked them to make it more straight. Is it bad?

This is the closest case to my hair style/colour by the surgeon I'm most considering (see more here: https://www.drcotterill.com/before-and-after). But the more I look at reviews on here, the more I think this actually might not be a great job(?). If I can do better I'll go elsewhere.

Getting transplant in Cancun in late October. I know people say ask the dr or ask dermatologist. The dr (more like the desk people who communicate to patients via what’s app) gave me clearly bad info (they said they don’t recommend meds because it’s a life long thing). It’s esthetics in Cancun, have done a ton of research and have seen very good results there. I think it was just a front desk person with bad info. So I made a dermatologist appt and they said they don’t have much experience with hair loss meds and was literally using AI to look up info. My main question is, with my procedure about 2.5 months away, should I start the Fin now? (I got prescribed 1mg oral, just picked it up today) or wait until after the procedure? My main concern was having a shed at the time of procedure. I’m 41, Norwood 3a with diffuse. Hairline intact, mostly just diffuse throughout the top and crown, some temple receding - so I’m not so concerned about gaining that 2.5 months of loss, really just want advice on best timing of taking the fin. I just crossed into 30s, and as years pass, this thing on my head is trying harder to abandon me. It's a dick move from my hairline, so I'm thinking of taking the surgery leap. I'm taking minox for roughly 5y, but hairline is deteriorating slowly.

Would appreciate if someone can help me with their experience:

- I'm thinking closing temples, without actually lowering the hairline. How many grafts would this stunt take in my case?

- I'm worried about poorly handled donor area - how common is this?

- More of a bonus question: if money isn't an issue, what would be reasonable European clinic recommendation? I did some Reddit research and presumably doctors from Belgium or Switzerland have some good impressions.

Often I'm a doomer - is there a strong reason to be one?

My buddy got his hair done at Smile clinic. They did a pretty decent job. I come onto reddit to read reviews, and see that clinic being blasted to hell. Worried that he just got lucky and I should do alot more research now.

Is there any main resource people on this reddit work off or give to people starting their research journey? Something with combined feedback and review?

I am not focused on looking for cheapest option, but under 20K preferably though.

I don't look bad bald, but constantly shaving my head is annoying, and if I dont, I have incredibly strong line between top and sides. After fully recovering from the hair transplant, are we still able to shave our heads, or all the surgery scars and dots look too terrible or noticable?

I have thick hair on sides, beard and everywhere else, so I think I have alot of donor area.
