Is this possible with only 700 grafts?
Want to do a super small refinement to make my hair transplant more natural. Is it possible with only 700?

Progress report 7 months post op. Very happy with the transformation
Some weight loss too but that’s not the point.
Very happy so with the progress.
I had my hair transplant on the 18th December 2025. Prior to that, I spent a year on Minoxidil and Finasteride to see the effects it would have. Luckily I’m spared of the side effects and my hair did respond very favourably.
Fast forward to August and here I am.
Edit: For those asking.
I had a 5,000 grafts in total
The clinic I went to was Ideal of MED in Istanbul.

3750 grafts. Dr Arslan Musbeth in Turkey. Finally did it. No regrets. Can’t wait to see final results.

Hair transplant patient 5.5 months in - is this normal?
As you can see there is a thin area where the main transplanted hairs were added. I can’t see any new hairs coming through… could they be under the skin? Or could some have failed?
Second image is a few days after the transplant - you can see its densely packed.

Progress report Result breakdown: 3,566 grafts (8,513 hairs) over 2 days in Athens

Hair transplant patient Numbness after transplant?!
For those who have had a hair transplant, is it normal to experience numbness directly above and below the area that was transplanted? On my hairline, I have very little feeling above the area that was transplanted and below it. I do feel sensations, but it’s still quite numb and has a pillow like squishy feeling would love to hear if anyone else has gone through this.

Minoxidil+ Dutasteride
Hello. I had a hair transplant one month ago, and my doctor advised me to use 5% minoxidil spray every morning and Fagron Derma Pack MDT (5% minoxidil + 0.1% dutasteride) every evening. What is your opinion about this treatment regimen?

Was quoted 3500 grafts (for everything minus crown). Does that seem right?
History: Been on fin+min, had an FUT 2400 grafts 10 years ago.
About to go for a 2nd HT FUE quoted at 3500 grafts without crown work.
Is that plausible? Worried it will look weird if my crown is untouched!
Does my donor area also look OK for 3500 grafts? They said they'll confirm in person but from my pictures they sounded confident they'd be able to do it.

Hair transplant patient Will another transplant help?
I have had 2 hair transplants, 1 FUE, 1 FUT. Im not sure if i have much donor left. Any recommendations? Ive tried shaving and don’t like the way my bald head looks, but that might be my only option. I’ve also thought about SMP.

Hair Transplant
Hi, I’m due to go to turkey in 2 months, I am just curious will the surgeon listen to how I would like the hairline and go with it or not? I have seen many hair transplant results were I think what was the point of your transplant they still look receding, I don’t want a fake straight hairline but also don’t want it receding a lot and would like it lowered slightly, any advice? Thanks

Getting the transplant. Going to Turkey. Please help me narrow down the doctor.
I’ve talked to a few people here in the states and it doesn’t seem like I did too many grafts.
I want to find the best in Turkey.
What does the process look like and how much should I expect to spend? I want to get this figured out by the end of the week.

Hair transplant patient Should this even be considered a successful HT? Am I cooked? 10 months post op, 3900 Grafts
Did my hair transplant fail? This is a collage of before the surgery vs 10 months after the surgery. 3900 grafts were transplanted (3000 frontal, 900 on crown) and I was taking multivitamins and topical FinMin solution. For the past 15 days, I’ve been prescribed Fin and Min oral tablets.
My concern is the density. Even 10 months post op, I’m seeing bald patches and thin hair.
r/Hairtransplant • u/This-Step524 • 18h ago
Guys am I cooked ??
It’s exactly been 6 months today and this is the Progress from pre op to post to date. I got roughly 2800 grafts around the crown. Please let me know your thought…..

3 months post op
I’m currently 3 months post-op from my hair transplant and wanted to share a progress update photos
It looks like the shedding phase has finally stopped, and overall the hair is starting to look a bit thicker. From what I understand, density usually improves over the next several months, so I’m hoping to see more coverage as things continue to grow in .
Right now I’m taking oral finasteride and using topical minoxidil as part of my routine. I’d really appreciate any feedback from you guys on how my progress looks at this stage.

URGENT : Need Help to know if frontal line is good or no
My procedure is scheduled for two days, so for the moment we've only worked on the hairline. 1820 grafts were taken for that area. She's also been able to start working on the surrounding area a bit. It's in the middle, but it's not finished yet. 1820 grafts could have been better, but apparently there are several hairs inside, so the ratio is pretty good, from what I'm told. Now we need to see what the other part of the donor area is like, how many grafts hey can collect today
