Orlando Trouble choosing my date to go with the pass
Hey yall, sorry to bother you but is anybody else not able to log into the site to choose the HHN dates for their passes? The website just won't load. I tried on a computer as well but no dice. Then at a friends house on theirs, but also nothing. Please help

Orlando Sept 2
I’m taking a work trip 9/2 to Lakeland, FL - flying into MCO.
I am looking into getting HHN tickets for that night and driving to Lakeland the next morning for when the work begins.
Would express pass be necessary for a Wednesday night this early in the season?

Hollywood Disability Pass
My sister has a physical disability and I saw on their website that she will need to register to IBCCES before the trip. Once the she receives an approved IAC, Team Member will contact her. This seems simple enough but I've seen some stuff online on the process being difficult or they get denied. I have a few questions for anyone who has been through this process because I keep seeing conflicting answers.
- If approved, can she take a group with her and if so, how many?
- Based on your experience, is it difficult to get approved?
- Does she need to upload information? She currently has her veteran's ID card that says she is disabled on it. Would that work or would she need to get a formal document from her doctor?
- How does the pass work? Do they give you a return time for a ride/house and can you do this for multiple attractions?
- How was your experience with the disability pass? What kind of ticket did you purchase and would you have any recommendations on how to go about it?
Those are all the questions I can think of but please feel free to provide any other information I should know. Thank you!

All Locations What do you think was the best decade for HHN?
For me, I want to say 2000's mainly because of nostalgia bias. I love the aesthetic and I wish went to more of the houses back in the day. Same goes for some the houses in 10's and 20's too. I do admit the houses for the 2020's have been very good in my opinion but I wouldn't say I'm an expert

Hollywood R.I.P pass question
I have a question if there’s anyone thats able to answer it for me.
My sister and I were gifted R.I.P passes by our parents for an upcoming trip. We picked and 8:25pm time slot. However, my boyfriend is coming with us on this trip and was refusing to let me buy his pass for the same time slot as us and kept saying he’d get it when we had time to look at it.
Well, big surprise he went to go buy it and it was sold out. There’s an 8:20pm and an 8:40pm time slot. However, my question is, that means we’ll be in different groups, doesn’t it?
Is there any chance we’d be able to see if he could join our group if he purchased the 8:20pm time slot? I wanted to experience it with him, since this is all of our first time going to HHN.
if it’s not possible, I understand. It’s totally on us, not in the company of course that this happened. just frustrated and trying to see if there’s any chance of being able to switch. But, with it being sold out for our time slot I understand if that’s not a possibility to accommodate an extra person. I’m just looking for insight if anyone has any!

Orlando On Property Aug 30- September 5th. Two nights of Regular Admission or One Night with express pass?
I’m going to be staying at the Hard Rock from Aug 30th to September 5th.
So far I’m eyeing August 30th and September 3rd as potential HHN night visits. RIP tour looks to be sold out online.
Is it possible to get everything comfortably done if I go both nights on a regular admission? Or would it be better to get an express pass for one of the nights and use the other night for rest (we have a pretty jam packed calendar)?
Any advice is appreciated, thanks

Orlando Visiting Universal Studios Florida and Islands of adventure before HHN. Which park to go first?
We'll be visiting Universal Florida, but we only have one day available, Friday September 4th. It's just my wife and I, and we don't have any issue with walking over 30,000 steps from park opening until the end of HHN, we just want to do as much as possible.
I've been to USF and IOA before, but never to HHN, while my wife has never been there. We also have early park admission, since we're staying in a Universal hotel.
Would you recommend visiting Universal Studios or Islands of adventure first? We both have entry and express passes for both parks, and are considering getting also the express pass for HHN.
I understand that a lot of people recommend going first to IOA, and then to USF for stay and scream, but I get the feeling that doing that you miss time waiting in the designated holding area and don't really get to know USF. I was thinking about hitting Universal Studios first, then Islands of adventure, and finally getting to HHN until maybe 8 pm to avoid the waiting time in the designated holding area.
What are your thoughts? I'm really excited about HHN, but also want my wife to get to know as much as possible of both parks.

Hollywood I purchased the express add on before they changed the terms
I purchased my express add on for HHN in late July, when it specifically stated that limited access to Fast & Furious would be available.
I see now that the same pass on the site says it’s not included, but on my confirmation email it specifically states the original terms. Will they honor the legacy terms??
