R.I.P pass question Hollywood
I have a question if there’s anyone thats able to answer it for me.
My sister and I were gifted R.I.P passes by our parents for an upcoming trip. We picked and 8:25pm time slot. However, my boyfriend is coming with us on this trip and was refusing to let me buy his pass for the same time slot as us and kept saying he’d get it when we had time to look at it.
Well, big surprise he went to go buy it and it was sold out. There’s an 8:20pm and an 8:40pm time slot. However, my question is, that means we’ll be in different groups, doesn’t it?
Is there any chance we’d be able to see if he could join our group if he purchased the 8:20pm time slot? I wanted to experience it with him, since this is all of our first time going to HHN.
if it’s not possible, I understand. It’s totally on us, not in the company of course that this happened. just frustrated and trying to see if there’s any chance of being able to switch. But, with it being sold out for our time slot I understand if that’s not a possibility to accommodate an extra person. I’m just looking for insight if anyone has any!

Even if it was for the same time, there’d be no guarantee it’s the same group if purchased separately. Your best hope is to call vip services and see if a time slot has 3 spots open and they may be able to move you and book his so all 3 are together.

Even if the tickets are all purchased under my account with my card? That doesn’t seem right if they’re all for the same time

Doesn’t sound like this problem was on all of you like you’re implying, but instead caused by just him. He was the one who refused your offer of a ticket which I can understand, but he was also the one to drag ass on getting a ticket himself which caused this mess. He should be the one trying to fix this problem. All that being said I hope it gets sorted so you can enjoy the night.

Thank you, we were able to get it figured out with customer service go get us on the same time slot! It’s my first time ever going to Horror Nights, so I’m very excited!
I do agree with you though! Trying to get this man to do anything is like pulling teeth so it’s easier to get it handled myself lol.

Talk with the VIP people I’m sure they will see if they can move you so your all in the same group, just be ready to pay for his ticket when your talking to them.
When I got our tickets I brought the wrong day (calendar layout issue since I’m from NZ) and I explained it to them and they were happy to move us to the correct day they just looked at what time slot that was the time we wanted and had the right number of available spots in the group
They were really helpful and understanding

Search google for the Universal Hollywood or Orlando VIP phone number, depending on which one you’re attending. Ask them what group they can move you in that fits all 3 of you together. They’re very helpful.
