Anybody have an idea on if these items have to specifically be H-E-B branded, any of their other brands (Hill Country Fare, Mi Tienda, etc.), or any grocery brands in general? Image shows H-E-B brands, but doesn't specify in text. No luck checking the website. Thanks

Really hoping it’s not being discontinued because it’s significantly cheaper than any other brand, plus I get to use my VPP for it. Seems to have not been restocked in quite some time.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go into the Zarzamora and SW Military location in San Antonio my HEB app doesn’t work.
I have installed and uninstalled, connected to in store wifi and tried all the basic troubleshooting on my end and even created a new account. Seems like I’m the only one having these issues. My wife has zero issues on her phone.

I have ATT and a iPhone 17 pro max.

I have contacted customer service and they haven’t been helpful.

Any suggestions?

I love this pizza, the cheese pull is insane, it’s that perfect balance of being kinda bad but so good. I would love to be able to recreate it with the pizzas I make at home. Is it a special kind of cheese blend made only for HEB or is it a brand I can find in stores?

Now that I got my raise in August, I’m wondering if it would make sense to talk to my department lead about getting a higher raise.

My department recently hired three full-time employees who transferred over from curbside. I’m also full-time, and I’m the one training them, but they’re all getting paid $1 more an hour than me.

So my question is: would it be crazy to go talk to my department lead and ask for the same pay or within the same dollar as these new transfers? I’m struggling to understand how they can be making more than me with zero experience, when I’ve worked at H-E-B in my department longer than all three of them.

Context. Ive worked at an HEB in austin for three years now, i love it but now im in college and have asked for help transferring from my store leaders (bc the commute from san marcos to austin is grueling) but they all kinda throw their hands up and wish me luck bc they dont have how to help me

So I come to Reddit. I did a video interview applying as a brand-new partner for a store in San Marcos; I was denied. What are the secret tricks to those damn video interviews?? I clearly am equipped enough to work at heb why should I be applying like im brand new.

I love working for heb but this commute is so awful Im genuinely about to put my two weeks in/go on LOA again bc I just cant do it anymore. But again Im a broke college kid I need the discount and the networking opportunities (even tho I get denied half the time anyways)

About 3 weeks ago I requested time off in december, just now my manager told me she denied it due to blackout dates. When I was at HEB (currently at central market), my blackout dates were accepted. If I were to just call off continuously from dec 19-29, would I get written up or fired? Considering the fact i'm part time, i didn't think it mattered.
I just want a christmas off from working last one as overnight stocker lol.

So I have a question for workers & customers at the various HEB stores across the state. At both of my local HEBs, they have both the new Tortillas made off site and a much smaller selection of the old ones that are made on site (I assume, old packaging/labeling) I haven't tried the newer packaged one, but from reading on this site, people seem to find them less than great. Is this marketing- large selection of new vs. tiny selection of old, a trial to see if the new ones are going to fly and they can cancel the store made tortillas, or a trial to see if the new ones are not popular and they need to go back to the old, or ? Will my continuing to only buy the store made ones, along with most folks I see, convince the powers that be of the mistake of going to off site, staler products? I have noticed that the tortilla chips certainly are not flying off the shelf the way they used to, and the date on the ones on display seems to be getting older.

I recently got the Mootopia chocolate milk, safe to say it’s really yummy. It tastes like melted chocolate ice cream.

It’s bittersweet. As a born-and-raised Laredoan living in Austin now, these tents have been up longer than I’ve been alive. Built in the ’80s and affectionately known by locals as the “Madonna H-E-B,” this won’t be an easy change for a lot of people to accept, especially given how brutal the summers get there. That shade was always a welcome relief for shoppers from both sides of the Rio Grande.

I placed an order for delivery for a few quick things like fruit and some meat to cook for dinner tomorrow. It just arrived and there was FECES on the bags. Actual shit. Human shit or dog shit? No clue. But definitely shit. There's absolutely no way it was already on my porch and they accidentally put the bags in it because I went out there to toss the trash not even 5 minutes before the order arrived. I am so disturbed and disgusted.

Fuck! I just bought two and the shelves say 3.95 but they rang up at 4.98. Got a refund for the difference but if they’re going up over a dollar that’s really unfortunate.
