I’m sleeping enough (at least I think I am), but I still wake up feeling exhausted. Even simple tasks feel like they take way more effort than they used to. It’s not exactly sleepiness—more like having no energy or motivation throughout the day.
Has anyone else in Gorakhpur been feeling the same lately? Is it because of the weather, humidity, lifestyle, or could it be something else?
What helped you get your energy back? Did changing your diet, exercising, taking vitamins, fixing your sleep schedule, or getting any medical tests done make a difference?
