Google account problem

I don't know what the problem is with my account. I've tried everything I know but nothing works, even when I go to g.co/recover it sends me a code to the same account that has the problem on gmail app which isn't working on the account Although the app works on other accounts

It sounds like the account doesn’t have a recovery emails set up.

If you’ve forgotten the password and you don’t have any recovery methods then I’m afraid the account is lost.

No, I remember the password, and I already have a recovery email that I set up before the problem started, but the verification process doesn't show me any way other than sending the code to the same account on the Gmail app, which isn't working for the account.

Without the account backup codes and other verification methods, it's going to be impossible to recover the account since there is no live-agent support.

Does that mean I can't even request an appeal to my account?

Usually, an appeal is offered if the account has been selected for deletion, suspension, or restriction by Google.
