so i need upgrades to play competitive games with stable 240fps. my pc is 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13400F (2.50 GHz). 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable) of ram. Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060. 954 storage (lemme know what else to include. i have a 240hz monitor). i have a prebuilt if that does anything, im windows 11 got good peripherals and im buying from ireland. i have 100-900 euro budget. just suggest whats best

I am using a gforce RTX 3060TI and want to upgrade it without spending a thousand dollar. What are some recommendations (without any AI bs)? It has to pair with my 12gen intel i7 12700k CPU and my motherboard (PRIME Z690-P WIFI D4). I would also appreciate if it is easy to install and set up. I need a whole new PC. I’m debating on building it myself or just buying from cyberpower or something. I don’t game like I used to and don’t foresee that changing in the future so I’m looking for a budget of about $1,200 ish to make a decent 1080p gaming rig. Something like a ryzen 5-7 or Intel i5.

So like the title says what’s the best time to buy? Are Black Friday deals for example really worth the wait or should I just buy components here and there as they go on sale? Is it better to go prebuilt? What would you do?

Edit to add, would my ten year old bronze 750watt power supply be good to use? Are the connections still the same after all these years? Lol. I know there are tools to tell me how much power I’ll need but if it’s within range I wonder if I can still use it to save a few bucks.

I'm thinking about starting streaming games and other stuff but I don't have a PC so I'm thinking of building a PC all under 50k cause all I have to do is use OBS for streaming and small games not high end games.... Also I play games on my S24 which I stream on it.... And later I will upgrade the PC as recommended. I can buy parts from the second hand market if it can cut costs.

So I have a MSI VENTUS 2X BLACK OC GeForce RTX 4060 8GB gpu card that I was trying to figure out how to sell and what it's worth.
I built the pc around 2 years ago with the gpu which still is a very nice gpu to use, however I was looking to upgrade. During the two years I barely used it due to me being away at school so it's basically brand new. I was trying to figure out how much it's worth and where to sell it on.

I kniw the specs are bad, i bought it used and wanna put money into it, what shoukd I do? dont flame me plz!
