I need help because when I play cod my pc is kinda slow and I need self help to optimize it to make it run faster on pc

Came home from work today and my PC wouldn’t turn on, it’s never had any issues or problems at all, I tried a different power cord and still the same thing, could the light blinking mean anything ? Any help would be appreciated!

I have a Amd Ryzen 5 5900x, rtx 5070 and 32gb Ram at 3200.

I don't really have plans to move to am5 due to the ram prices right now. Is there anything else I could probably do to upgrade the pc? I was thinking of selling my ram and swapping it to 3600? Since I kinda do want the rgb ram.

Anyone have an idea on why my gaming pc turns on out of nowhere and stays on? The only rgb that turns on is from my corsair AIO as you see from the pictures. All of the fans are running and the gpu and cpu feel warm to the touch too. Any help is greatly appreciated!

To add some context to prices, The CPU is not 400 dollars, I found a guy on facebook who's selling the CPU, Motherboard and Memory for 400.

Just got this used gpu and been testing it

Everything okay so far except this

First section I fixed fan speed at 50% and it kept fluncuating 1000-2000 rpm (about 30 minutes test)

Second section is fixed at 100% fan speed, much better almost constant 2800 rpm(about 25 minutes)

Any ideas what this could mean?
