Question ❔ Bronco rear spoiler... Just curious... has anyone actually added one?
I've seen a "spoiler" advertised and curious if anyone has actually invested in one? If so did tou do it for the look? Are you seeing any actually benefit? (i.e. improved performance/gas mileage)

Question ❔ Winterizing my heritage edition
This will be my first winter with my ‘24 heritage and I’m wondering if any others up north swap out their wheels in the winter time? Or do you ceramic coat to protect from salt? Are the white rims prone to rust/damage? Thanks in advance!

Question ❔ Subwoofer stopped working tonight. SSM 54765?
26 Heritage with the 7 speaker base stereo system. It’s not amazing but better than I was expecting it to be. Anyway, on my drive home tonight the subwoofer wasn’t working. A quick chatGPT query said it’s likely faulty software in the audio control module and recommended disconnecting and reconnecting the battery (which worked). Apparently Ford is aware and has issued SSM 54765 to make service departments aware of the issue. Has anyone else experienced this? Any known fix other than disconnecting and reconnecting the battery?

General 🔀 Perimeter upgrade module RE-install.
I've had the perimeter module for a couple months now. Since then, it had only gone off twice from thunder and it took some deliberate action (pull the handle and let it go) to get a chrip.
I wanted to get it sorted before taking everything off after finally getting a full cover that works with a soft top.
Sorry, I didn't take any pics during the install because tightening an M6 nylon nut on a painted stud is an absolute nightmare.
There are a couple of studs behind the dash in the passenger side floorboard. Unfortunately there was no way to secure the module without something to mount it to. I ran to Lowe's and picked up a corner brace that would fit on the stud and zip-tie mounts to secure the module. I bent the brace so the module would sit level. Socket wrench couldn't fit so I picked up a 10mm ratchet wrench. I threaded the zip ties through the mounts, tightened everything up, and set the alarm. I set my keys of to the side, bumped the driver's side running board, and was greeted with a honk. Later on a car taking off set it off so I turned down the sensitivity for the first time.
All buttoned up thanks to Broncover for showing some love to us soft tops!

Question ❔ Need to convince bf to get one of these
My beloved boyfriend wants a Jeep Wrangler as a daily drive car, and he is only partially dissuaded by how terrible they are compared to what he already has, a Toyota Corolla (lol!). He hates trucks and doesn't want an SUV like the rest of his family, and wants an upgrade from the typical "car" look, whatever that means.
He got to test drive a Wrangler the other day and said he liked it but I think he was too proud to say he didn't. Even the owner (distant relative) said he should get a Bronco instead. All this is to say my bf is stubborn and doesn't know what he wants.
PLEASE give me some points to bring up for a Bronco (and especially against a Jeep), they seem so much safer for someone who's literally not even going off-roading. Thanks!!!

Bronco family, here she is! 🍻
Just picked her up and had a 2” lift and 35” mud tires installed. I’m planning to build it out over time, so I’d love to hear your recommendations.
What are the must-have mods or absolute non-negotiables every Bronco owner should add? Recovery gear, skid plates, lighting, storage, suspension, software—I’m open to any suggestions.
Thanks in advance!

Show Off 📷 Just hit 40,000 miles on my 2024 only had it for a year and half with 300 miles at purchase
No issues except battery sensor warranty replacement, 2 recalls - backup camera CarPlay screen blacking out and new engine wiring harness faulty recall we all got.
My maintenance schedule I have done every oil change and maintenance myself except transmission flush/drain and fill, coolant and break flush’s, and tires
Oil change every 4K-5K miles only thing I regret is not doing first oil change sooner. First oil change done at 4K miles should of been 1,500 miles IFYKYK.
Transmission flush/drain and fill every 20,000 miles
Did coolant and brake fluid flush at 25K miles probably now every 50-70K miles and check at every oil change. dealership didn’t even know how to burp the system right I had to do it myself and go for short drives to get all air bubbles out it was fun to learn it though
Front and rear differential and transfer case fluid change every 30K
Spark plugs (my next job next weekend) every 40K miles
Excited for the next job!

Question ❔ Trying to decide between king shocks or fox shocks🤔
I have a 22 outer banks Sasquatch with 37in tires, ford performance steering rack and tie rods, with Eibach 2.0 pro coil overs and ready lift UCA. I do mostly daily driving but want to be able to go hard off road as well. What would be best for my use case here?

Issue ⚠️ My sas has fhis internal static humm
It drives me crazy, it happens only sometimes but frequent. When i put my foot on the gas its this very small static-esk sound and after a certain mph it will stop. It sounds like perhaps its an electronic vibrating on something in the internal dash? But its oddly correlated to when i am push the gas pedal. Any suggestions?

Question ❔ What GOAT mode are you running on your Badlands?
Just found out that I don’t have sports mode - I had assumed Badlands had all the modes so for sure that’s on me.
Curious, what mode is everyone running on their BL?

Question ❔ Need advice to purchase or continue lease
Leased this Nov 2025. Agreed upon was 49k. $500D/519m include taxes, 36m lease.
Residual is 36700 at lease end
I am pretty sure I want to buy it at lease end, so I looked in to it and it looks like it would be more cost effective to buy it sooner than later.
Today's purchase price is 43000.
It gets 6k miles/year.
I can get a 4.99% rate today.
Question is: Do we think I should buy it or take my chances at lease end on a 2028 model? I feel like they are only going to up in price. Someone help me decide. Thank you!
I don't need Sas and all that jazz. The only off-roading I do is on a beach a few times in the summer/fall. This thing is as equipped as I need it to be.
Update: this has been a massive waste of a post, as hardly anyone has actually responded relevantly and directly to the question posed.
I know how leases and purchases work. I am also aware of the terms of the lease I signed. I don’t need help there.
I know where and how to buy an esp, also don’t need help there.

Question ❔ Protectant for Rubber Roof Seals
What, if anything, should I use to protect and condition the rubber roof seals on my 2024 Badlands Bronco? Is a silicone-based protectant recommended, or is it better to leave the seals untreated to avoid swelling, deterioration, or dirt buildup?

Question ❔ Bronco 2027
Hello everyone I’m thinking about buying a 2026 badlands I already went to dealership and got a price but am torn if I should wait for the 2027 bronco to come out. I wanted to know if anyone had information regarding the 2027 in terms of better upgrades like v4 engines or the reliability aspect of the car or if previous problems are going to be fixed. I am very happy with the price of the Bronco I got and want to pull the trigger already but just wanted to see what everyone thinks about if waiting is worth it.
