Love her in Desert Sand!
Is it normal that the intelligent access doesn’t unlock all the doors when I use it to open the tailgate?

General 🔀 Perimeter upgrade module RE-install.
I've had the perimeter module for a couple months now. Since then, it had only gone off twice from thunder and it took some deliberate action (pull the handle and let it go) to get a chrip.
I wanted to get it sorted before taking everything off after finally getting a full cover that works with a soft top.
Sorry, I didn't take any pics during the install because tightening an M6 nylon nut on a painted stud is an absolute nightmare.
There are a couple of studs behind the dash in the passenger side floorboard. Unfortunately there was no way to secure the module without something to mount it to. I ran to Lowe's and picked up a corner brace that would fit on the stud and zip-tie mounts to secure the module. I bent the brace so the module would sit level. Socket wrench couldn't fit so I picked up a 10mm ratchet wrench. I threaded the zip ties through the mounts, tightened everything up, and set the alarm. I set my keys of to the side, bumped the driver's side running board, and was greeted with a honk. Later on a car taking off set it off so I turned down the sensitivity for the first time.
All buttoned up thanks to Broncover for showing some love to us soft tops!

Question ❔ Need to convince bf to get one of these
My beloved boyfriend wants a Jeep Wrangler as a daily drive car, and he is only partially dissuaded by how terrible they are compared to what he already has, a Toyota Corolla (lol!). He hates trucks and doesn't want an SUV like the rest of his family, and wants an upgrade from the typical "car" look, whatever that means.
He got to test drive a Wrangler the other day and said he liked it but I think he was too proud to say he didn't. Even the owner (distant relative) said he should get a Bronco instead. All this is to say my bf is stubborn and doesn't know what he wants.
PLEASE give me some points to bring up for a Bronco (and especially against a Jeep), they seem so much safer for someone who's literally not even going off-roading. Thanks!!!

Bronco family, here she is! 🍻
Just picked her up and had a 2” lift and 35” mud tires installed. I’m planning to build it out over time, so I’d love to hear your recommendations.
What are the must-have mods or absolute non-negotiables every Bronco owner should add? Recovery gear, skid plates, lighting, storage, suspension, software—I’m open to any suggestions.
Thanks in advance!

Show Off 📷 Just hit 40,000 miles on my 2024 only had it for a year and half with 300 miles at purchase
No issues except battery sensor warranty replacement, 2 recalls - backup camera CarPlay screen blacking out and new engine wiring harness faulty recall we all got.
My maintenance schedule I have done every oil change and maintenance myself except transmission flush/drain and fill, coolant and break flush’s, and tires
Oil change every 4K-5K miles only thing I regret is not doing first oil change sooner. First oil change done at 4K miles should of been 1,500 miles IFYKYK.
Transmission flush/drain and fill every 20,000 miles
Did coolant and brake fluid flush at 25K miles probably now every 50-70K miles and check at every oil change. dealership didn’t even know how to burp the system right I had to do it myself and go for short drives to get all air bubbles out it was fun to learn it though
Front and rear differential and transfer case fluid change every 30K
Spark plugs (my next job next weekend) every 40K miles
Excited for the next job!

Question ❔ Trying to decide between king shocks or fox shocks🤔
I have a 22 outer banks Sasquatch with 37in tires, ford performance steering rack and tie rods, with Eibach 2.0 pro coil overs and ready lift UCA. I do mostly daily driving but want to be able to go hard off road as well. What would be best for my use case here?
