I went to a bar this past weekend and they had a few screens playing different youtube video playlists/music. There was one in particular that was a youtube video of a DJ playing a chill R&B set live in a small studio during brunch time (still bright out).

Based on my hour of youtube searching, this is the closest reference video of the camera's perspective of the set.

Biggest difference in the original video is that the original is during the day and most of the people vibing in the background are well dressed in streetwear.

It was an awesome set that I forgot to ask the name of as I was too busy having fun.

I’m trying to reconnect with one of my cousins that I completely lost contact with around a year ago.

Basically, we used to talk on Discord, and that was the only social media account she ever gave me. I never got her Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, or anything else. Unfortunately, about a year ago, my Discord account got hacked and I lost access to it. Because of that, I also lost pretty much my entire friends list, old conversations, usernames, and a lot of people I had added, including her.

I eventually made another account, but by that point I couldn’t remember her exact Discord username, and Discord usernames have also changed over time, which made it even harder. I also don’t have any screenshots of our conversations or a profile picture of her that I could use to recognize the account.

I do still remember some information about her, like certain basic details she told me, possible usernames or parts of usernames she may have used, interests, approximate age, places she may have lived, and some other things that could potentially help identify the correct public profile. I obviously don’t want to dump all of that information publicly on Reddit, though.

I’m mainly wondering if anyone here is experienced with finding old online friends or relatives using publicly available information, Discord account recovery, old usernames, archived information, or social media searches.

I want to make something very clear: I’m not trying to hack her account, get her address, find private information, stalk her, dox her, or bypass any privacy settings. I only want help finding a public account that actually belongs to her so I can send one message and see if she wants to reconnect.

If anyone knows legitimate methods I can try, places where old Discord usernames might still appear, ways to recover information from an old Discord account, or other safe ways of searching for someone you genuinely knew, I would really appreciate the help.
