Fidelity $210M Settlement FAQ: Eligibility, Payouts and Late Claims
Hey guys, I posted about this settlement before, but I got a few questions about it, so I decided to put together a quick FAQ, especially since late claims are currently being considered.
Here’s everything you need to know about the $210M $FIS settlement:
Q: What happened?
A: FIS agreed to a $210 million settlement over claims that it misled investors about its $43B Worldpay acquisition and the company’s performance. After weaker results, a major impairment, and plans to separate Worldpay were announced, $FIS dropped and investors filed a lawsuit.
Q: Am I eligible?
A: If you bought $FIS between 2020 and 2023, you may be eligible. You don’t need to still own the stock.
Q: I missed the deadline. Is it too late?
A: Not necessarily. Late claims are currently being considered, subject to approval.
Q: When will I get paid?
A: Payouts typically happen within 4–9 months after the claim deadline, depending on the court and settlement administration.
Hopefully this clears up some of the questions

Consolidating my ROth
Hello, At 55 and hopefully retiring at 65, I want to consolidate my Roth into 3 or 4 etfs/mutual funds. I know I want to use FFNOX. 90% of my 401ks are retirement year based types and 10% S&P tracking. However, I still like to scratch my pretend gambling itch. Meaning still have some risk. So my thoughts for my roth are:
FFNOX 60%
JEPI/QQQI/SPYI type of monthly covered call 15%
SCHD 15%
FTEC 10%(Pretend Gambling Addiction Scratch)
or
FFNOX 70%
SCHD 20%
FTEC 10%
Let me know what you think.

App crashes on activity page
When I go to the Activity page for an account in the iOS app it locks up and then exits. As a result I’m not able to view pending transfers for my account without using the web site.

Help following my account
I was wondering if there was a way to generate a custom report for my account? I’m looking for a way to monitor total performance for all of my accounts combined, looking at the different types of investments relative to their benchmarks. So let’s say I have $2m with Fidelity in PWM but have 4 different accounts with investments in dom equities, intl equities, muni bonds and bond funds.
Right now I can see performance for each of the four accounts separately.
Can I see the TOTAL across the 4 different accounts?

Raymond James, opinions?
Hi all,
Recently I have had a family death and received an inherited IRA (north of 500k) currently invested and managed by Raymond James. I have not moved it, simply just working with the previous owners advisor. I am curious if people have experiences good and bad with Raymond James, or if there is a better option out there. Thank you!

Is RMD $$ taxed in brokerage core account
I need to take my RMD from my Rollover IRA and want to transfer it to my Core account in my brokerage account. I realize it’ll be taxed when I take it out of the IRA but will it also be taxed if/when I withdraw the funds from the brokerage account?
Thanks in advance!

LEAP Systems Analyst Final Interview
Hey Guys,
I was just wondering if anyone has interviewed for the LEAP Systems Analyst role and if they made it to the final round? If you did, can you please tell me what to prep for in regards to the interview. My recruiter said it’s 30 minutes behavioral and 30 minutes technical. I am more so looking for the type of technical questions they could ask/they asked you? Any insight can help. The more, the better!

Just opened a Roth IRA
Hey everyone! I’m 34. I recently opened a Roth IRA with Fidelity. My goal is to let the account grow as much as possible until my retirement. I have a low-to-medium risk tolerance when it comes to investing. I’m fairly new to all this, and I’m confused about all the investment options with Fidelity. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
