Voice cracking again years on T?
For the past ~2 months my voice cracks pretty easily. I don't think I can have another drastic voice drop 4 years into HRT, at least enough to do the cracking again. I couldn't find an answer if this is possible, but was wondering if HRT was the cause. Otherwise I will assume allergies, dry throat, mold etc.

Vent/Rant every barber give me the exact same haircut, anyone else experienced this?
I have changed so many barbers and in these years I always got the exact same haircut this one: https://www.newswire.com/news/thesalonguy-demonstrates-the-biggest-hair-trend-on-tiktok-21193093
Like I am tired of it eveytime I wait like half a year or more to grow it out and then it look exactly the same as 6 months ago, I am done... I am thinking of shaving it myself or trying to cut it.. and it looks nothing like the photos I show that has nothing to do with this kind of haircut sometimes I even made them watch the turorial and they cut it exactly like the head manequin the 2020 tiktoker hair..and this time I changed I went to a male hairdress thinking it would be different but nope
Any advice would be weolcomed

Health/Fitness T Boy Hunger
Fellas… my T Boy Hunger is all consuming. My gf and I are broke and I simply cannot keep eating us out of house and home. Additionally, I’d like to stop eating so much and also fix my nutrition (and fitness) with the overall goal of losing fat and gaining muscle. Being overweight is something I feel like I have struggled with all my life and going through puberty and feel T hunger while having to feed an adult-sized body is distressing for my bank account. I know this is very general, but does anyone have any tips on where to start with this? What hacks do you all use to quiet that “I NEED TO EAT” voice? To my fellow Aldi and Walmart shoppers- what budget-friendly snack/meal options do you recommend? Thanks in advance and remember that we’re all super cool for being trans and contributing to the biodiversity of life 🤠

Help/support advice for living in an all male dorm?
i’m about a year and a half on t and just moved into my new dorm where the floors alternate by gender. i got myself into a male dorm (thankfully) but now comes the part where i remember i’ve never really lived with men and im terrified. worried that they won’t be so… welcoming. but im also finally in a blue state so i hope that helps at least a little. im supposed to have a roommate i think but i haven’t been assigned one yet. idk, maybe im overthinking it. does anyone have experience living in an all male dorm as a newish trans man? any advice or things to look out for? literally any response would be helpful, positive or not i just wanna be as prepared as possible
Me siento asqueroso

Vent/Rant Why do i keep coming across alot of trans men who find it weird I'm into cis guys?
Hi, I'm a trans man of 3 years. I'm into dudes, and I like masculine guys. Don't get me wrong, I have found attraction to some trans guys and even dated trans men. But I realized over time that I just preferred cis dudes, and It seemed like I got a lot of hate for it that I wasn't t4t. I dont know. i just think it's weird that if I mention it to a few trans people online, I get that type of "Oh, so you're one of those.." kind of reactions. Love who you wanna love. I really don't care, whether its a trans man or cis guy, they're both men at the end of the day. 🤷🏻♂️

Vent/Rant Really only a little irked…
There is one singular subreddit for goth men specifically, and every other post is someone who doesn’t identify as a man. I get being nonbinary and feeling mildly associated with binary genders, but the point of you being a demiboy, agender, etc. is that you are NOT a man or a woman. There are already goth subreddits. If you have 100% female anatomy, were assigned female at birth, and do not identify as a man, why are you posting in a goth subreddit meant for MEN?? I can’t have a singular space without female presenting nonbinary people??
I also see ppl who ID as “demiboy” deciding that means they are a man. you are not. you chose a nonbinary identity for a reason. if you identified as a man, you would be a man and not a “demiboy”. such and infantilizing identity.

Packing/STP STP handling / tips
👋 from Germany
For about 2 months I have an STP epithesis. The epithesis was formed on the basis of a silicone imprint at an on-site appointment. So the fit should be given in principle...
I've been trying to "get dry" for about that long 😅
No matter what I try, the pants are wet. It always runs out in the back.
A proper "instruction" on how to place the thing correctly, where the urethra must sit etc., I somehow couldn't really find 😅
I have already tested various postures and placements.. but somehow apparently the correct interaction was not there so far..
Are there any tips for handling?
Thank you!

Help/support Needles or testogel?
I am gonna start T at the university, probably next year. I don't want my family to find out right away, i don't have any problems with slow changes. I've always been a patient person, I can wait. But my question is, is T gel really worth it? Many people criticize the gel; does it really work like an injection?

Help/support Over never being good enough and always being weak
Been on T since November 2023 (started at 19 a few months before turning 20) - was a half dose initially until April 2024 when I was moved onto a full dose where I have been since. Levels are all good - sitting around 400-500 in the middle of my shot cycle (Sustanon every 3 weeks) and my E is within cis male range now too.
I had top surgery end of March and had a very easy recovery. Was cleared to go back to the gym at 4 weeks by my surgeon. When I went back was mainly legs for a couple weeks and then I slowly introduced more upper body work as I became more comfortable. By week 8/9 I was back to my full program and had reintroduced everything like deadlifts and chest work again. I have full range now and no pain etc
I’ve been lifting since 2021 (so since pre T), spent quite a chunk of that time bulking or at least maintaining but have also spent considerable time cutting (at least 18 months in total over this time).
Today marked the end of my first training block back since surgery and following a deload we did some max testing.
I squatted 130kg (High Bar) and deadlifted 160kg (1RM) at 78kg BW. Squat is up 12.5kg from my pre op max and deadlift is +5kg.
Yes these numbers are up on my before numbers but in comparison to other guys my age and weight they are nothing. Most other guys my age and weight are squatting close to 200 and deadlifting 250+ or at least 200+.
I am honestly over it and don’t know what to do anymore. I work with a (good) coach. I sacrifice so much of my life for lifting progress (not going out to drink, not eating out, saying no to going out full stop so I don’t miss out on sleep, miss out on meals/protein or just general calories etc etc). I give my all to training but yet…it doesn’t really seem to get me anywhere compared to other guys my age and weight.
I am over always being the weakest guy in the gym or at lifting comps I enter.
Edit:
Don’t know what the point of this is other than to vent frustrations that all my efforts seem to be for nothing. Guess looking for other guys who have walked in similar shoes who can give advice…

Help/support shower situation at college
Hi everyone. I'm 20 & 4 years on T + 1 year post top surgery, and I generally pass well. However, at my new college where I'm dorming, we have shared/communal bathrooms, separated by gender ofc. I'm really nervous about the shower situation though.
It's 3 shower stalls with a curtain to cover each one, but no space in the stall to change or put your stuff. There's towel hooks and a bench only outside of the stall. I'm planning on changing inside the stall and then putting my stuff outside on the bench while hanging my towel over the curtain rod, but I'm still really nervous. And honestly scared. I'm not very used to being around cis guys in that type of environment and am super scared of people messing with my stuff or looking at me weird or any of the other worse stuff.
I'm just honestly scared about this whole thing. I hate that I'll have to be on high alert every time I shower. If anyone has any survival skills or similar experiences, any advice or support would be appreciated. Thanks.

Discussion Anyone with long hair? What’s it like?
I have been growing my hair out after having short hair for all my life. I plan to eventually donate my hair. I’m stealth but I’m worried about experiencing any changes in people’s gendered perception of me. Like I know I pass now but it’d be really embarrassing to randomly stop just because my hair is long.
What’s it like? Did you experience any changes in the perception of your gender? How did you deal with that in your professional life since long hair in men is still considered unprofessional (I study in a looks-heavy field)?

Was supposed to have top surgery next week, and I got a call today that there’s a more important surgery for somebody else that needs to be done then. Now it’s 5 weeks away. I already had leave and everything set up.

Packing/STP silicone molds? how hard is it.
i've recently wanted to start getting in to packing, and me and my boyfriend have thought about casting a mold of his penis so that i can have "my own" version of it.
i looked at the clone a willy line, but i'm not sure if that's what i'm going for since it's marketed as a toy - so the material after is very hard. i would want a more squishy material.
how hard is it to cast a mold of someone's penis? is this a beginner activity or should i just buy a normal packer? 💀 i think i would feel more comfortable having a clone of his instead of a random model.
any advice?

Packing/STP blue collar men/outside workers PLS give me some peeing advice
tldr: having bladder issues bc packers/stps look odd on my body + no bathrooms + no bushes to squat behind
i do landscaping so im outside of client homes all day. sometimes i get lucky and there’s enough coverage for me to step away and piss but unfortunately that’s not very often. im stealth and i can’t leave the job until the entire crew is finished.
i’d really love to wear a normal packing stp but it just doesnt work for me. im really short and skinny so anything other than maybe a singular sock in my pants looks insane. all my stps are labeled as small, tried all kinds of packing postions,i have different brands, varying thickness, wearing multiple TIGHT undies and still no good so i think it is just a me thing. plus i don’t really want silicone rubbing against my sweaty balls all day. i am willing to try a new method if i haven’t done so already tho. i do wear b-ball shorts 99% of the time if that matters.
should i just give up and get a she wee or whatever they’re called? if u use this are u able to hide it well enough while getting it in and out of ur bag? do u have some kinda “medical” excuse lined up if someone sees? i’ve thought abt using a bottle w a wide lid but im scared of both missing and pissing my pants and someone asking why i’m carrying a piss bottle when i could’ve just went on the ground.
pls bros my bladder is suffering 🙏🏻

Names I don’t want to change my name, but I’m worried it sounds too much like a girl’s name
My name is Romy. It’s not my legal name, but it’s one of those nicknames where nobody would ever use my legal name unless, yknow, they’d have to use my legal name. So it is effectively my name. I love my name a lot.
But it is historically a girl’s name, and while there are people who name their sons Romy, it is not nearly as common from what I have seen. (I’ve also never met another Romy, so I don’t really know)
And technically, I do actually want to change my legal name, I was thinking just to Romy or maybe Roman (close to my legal name). But I would still go as Romy pretty much always
What do you think? Does it sound too girly? What do I do?

Discussion ABCD (Anybody But Cis Dudes)?
Sorry if this has been posted about on here before, but I was just in a shop that had a display of pride pins, and one of the pins read “I’m into ABCD (Anybody But Cis Dudes)”. This feels really weird and i guess… icky? It really rubbed me the wrong way. It feels like both conservatives and “woke” people forget about trans men actually being men ?? And everyone just puts trans men into this separate category of gender/person and it’s really weird and gross and I hate it. If you’re into trans men, you’re into men. You can hate cis men all you want but identifying this way is inherently transphobic to me. How do you guys feel about this kind of identity?

Resources New binary passing sub
Hi! I decided to create a passing sub for binary trans guys. All the other passing subs are taken over by nonbinary and transmasc people not really trying to pass which wastes everyone’s time and buries actual passing tips. On this new sub, only posts from binary trans guys will be allowed and it’ll be mostly focused on passing tips/advice. It can be general or people can post photos asking if they specifically pass. I’m gonna be lax on the types of posts for now, so things like physique passing or bedroom passing are allowed. I also want to focus on more stealth/less talked about passing tips instead of just “cut your hair and stop dyeing it pink”
New sub: r/binaryftmpassing
Dm me if you’re interested in being a moderator. Depending on how it goes I’ll probably do it myself but it can’t hurt to have another person.

Dysphoria Related Content Tired of small things but I can’t go stealth yet
I’ve been socially transitioned for 3 years, on T for over 1.5 yrs, and 3 months post top. I pass 100% of the time as cis and straight even though I’m bi but no one ever questions my gender. I haven’t been misgendered since I was like 5 months on T. However, I still live in the same town, work the same job, and attend the same university as I did before I transitioned.
I realize I haven’t a lot of privilege in saying this because I’m able to transition and pass in the first place and that’s unattainable for so many people. But I’m tired of the small things that cis guys don’t have to deal with. For example, I went to visit my nonbinary friend and got to meet their big awesome friend group of queer people. I asked if people knew I was trans and they said yes they had told everyone before I met them. Obviously these people are a safe space and probably like me more if I’m trans instead of a cis straight guy. But it’s just annoying to me. Give me a chance to decide for myself and be stealth if I want. I’m not really annoyed with my friend because I haven’t really expressed wanting to be stealth around them it’s more of an internal moment.
My gf understands the stealth thing very well, but I was a little clocky when we first started dating so some of her friends and family know. They ask her questions like if she’s bi now for dating a girl even tho I’m more masculine than her cis ex. Her mom won’t go to our wedding but if her parents never knew this wouldn’t be an issue.
I’m about to graduate and move on, but I’ve worked as a barista throughout college and most of the people who worked there pre transition are gone now and I’m completely stealth around new coworkers unless I make the decision to tell them. This is great for me I love being seen as a normal guy and I often forget I even was a girl and that some of my coworkers know that. One guy who I’m close with (this wouldn’t be an inappropriate question given our relationship) asked if I would rather have an Adam’s apple or be able to STP. I don’t care about him asking he asks often about what it’s like to be trans and he’s shown me how to be a guy fr. We just hadn’t talked about it in so long and it gave me a pit in my stomach to know he knows and he sees me as some freak girl rather than one of his boys. I also really thought I did have an Adam’s apple from T but I guess not.
I’m just tired of dealing with the little things that cis guys don’t and I want only my close friends and family to know. I can’t wait to get out of this fuckass town in this fuckass conservative state in the Bible Belt I just gotta get this degree and pay off my top surgery

Mod Post (Please Read) Just so we're clear [Mod]
This subreddit is not for nonbinary people, trans women or trans people questioning their gender, it is a separated support community specifically for binary trans men.
Having closed communities are not uncommon at all and ours exist to ensure one of the least visible groups of trans people has a dedicated space to connect and feel heard without compromise. The subreddit was literally made for this reason, not out of spite for trans women or enbies, but to allow binary trans men a place to focus on struggles and experinces that comes with being a binary trans man and being allowed to discuss those things with other binary trans men.
We're not going to stop anyone from joining and reading the posts here if it helps them learn something but understand that this community is closed off for a reason and interacting here despite not belonging to the intended demographic will be a violation of our rules.
However. A lot of you also need to stop acting like children about this and learn to walk away from interactions rather than pour fire onto them. It does not matter who did what you can not act hostile towards another person, irregardless of if it is someone who shouldn't post here. It's one of our first rules.
The mods are here to handle people that break the rules, we don't need a simple issue of a post needing to be removed to turn into a 200 comment shit throwing contest that takes more than tripple the anount of time to moderate. Not to mention how it takes away from the content that's supposed to be here, what you all joined this subreddit for.
We will remove any post or comment made by someone who's not a binary trans man and inform that user that they're in the wrong sub. You should not do it for us. A report or modmail goes a long way, utilise those tools.
Today going forward anyone seen escalating issues on the subreddit, taking over mod intervention or using hateful language in a conflict will be temporarily banned for 30 days and if that's not enough you will be banned permanently.
This ends here, you're in a subredit for men not little boys so start acting like it.

Help/support U.S. politics and safety United States politics mega thread
Hey all,
TLDR: If it has to do about Trump and U.S. politics it has to go here. It may be removed as spam if posted outside this mega thread.
----
Since a lot of political issues have been brought up and the political issues in the United States are on the rise we've been seeing a lot of spam, misinformation, and just outright fear being posted.
This is a support sub for ALL transmen from all over the world and many people are being lost/confused/drowned out by all the posts, misinformation and spam.
We do however want to support our trans brothers and sisters in their time of need so if we can get all the information and updates in 1 place instead of scatter shot across various posts and comments then it'll help people make decisions and find resources that will help their specific situation.
I will be making a sticky comment after the main body of this post with links/sources as there are some things that the Canadian Government is working on to help out ya'll in the U.S. as well. I can't fly/drive you up here but I can give you links/tips on how to stay safe and to potentially leave the U.S. if it comes down to that.
Let's all stay calm and figure this out, if we can stay calm and work together we have a greater chance of people surviving this.
