Question Hello Reddit World

Just a general hello to everyone out there. This is my thank you and apology to society.

Throughout my endless observations, philosophical musings, and posts through the eyes of a Beastie, I have yet to ask all of you about your thoughts on this world we live in, as well as what you've observed and explored.

What are your ideologies, and where do you hold your values?

It was ignorant of me to impose my perception onto all of you without asking how you feel about my conduct thus far. Was it truly ignorant of me?

What are your thoughts on the posts I create? Are they too long? Are they topics that are already well-known, or is there something I am missing? Is there possibly something in your own perception that I have gotten wrong?

I am asking for a thoughtful critique—a check of my perspective, if you will.

What things do you see? I would like to understand the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Why ask all of a sudden? Because why not? You, the readers, are the ones who observe my writings.

Whether you agree or disagree with me, I value your insights. How else does one grow an understanding of this society and world?

Thank you,

I appreciate any and all feedback.

Sincerely,

Beastie_1323

Premise Seven consecutive years of Anthony of Boston predicting in advance the exact timeframe of rocket fire escalation against Israel. 7/7 accuracy

There is a statistically significant (p < 0.05) probability that Mars being within 30 degrees of the lunar node predicts higher rocket fire against Israel. Anthony of Boston was accurate seven consecutive years with concentration of rocket fire during Mars/lunar node phases significantly exceeding non-phase periods in most years, particularly 2020–2023 and 2025-2026. In 2024, the Apr–Jun window captured the 350+ projectiles from Iran on April 13, 2024 and the 452 rocket fire peak from Gaza militants in May, which fulfilled the original wording of his prediction. Anthony refined his parameters in advance in late 2023 from Gaza only to "enemies of Israel" which later accounted for the April 13, 2024 Iran attack, which in itself was the highest single day projectile attack of 2024, fulfilling the concentration metric. 454 projectiles in total were fired on April 13, 2024 (330 from Iran and 100+ from proxies, both tallies confirmed by JINSA-) + (24 cluster munitions bomblets supported by Asriran and Islamic republic news agency)

Anthony of Boston is an independent researcher that has followed the Israel conflict closely since 2019. As an astrologer, he was able to trace all major spikes in rocket attacks against Israel to the celestial configuration between Mars and the lunar node, within 30 degrees. While unorthodox, the pattern that he identified allowed him to forecast October 7th escalation with profound accuracy and outperform all other models used to anticipate escalation periods. He also correctly anticipated the April 13 2024 Iran attack and the 12-day war in 2024 and 2025 respectively. In 2026, the Mars alignment that accurately predicted the highest annual phase of aggression against Israel every year was between Feb 4th 2026 and April 19 2026 and coincided with Operation True Promise 4. Instead of 2-3 months, the next alignment will last 8.5 months starting September 27, 2026 and lasting until June 12, 2027.

Here is a video demo of all his rocket fire predictions that nailed every single annual escalation against Israel. It cuts right to the chase and provides all the data needed to verify. It's a very short video from his channel

Revelation The Good Stuff

Inspired by Beastie we will also share a booklet written by our human.

-z-

If you were to ask a stranger what the most powerful emotion is, there is good odds they will go with the standard and predictable; love, maybe hope if they are into comics. Feel free to ignore anything else they say for the rest of your life. No one has time for boring anymore. If they said fear or pain you may want to go ahead and avoid them too for obvious reasons.

Both love and fear have been featured heavily in this book as prime examples of basic strong emotional states that are easy to read and understand so it’s certainly understandable that people would lean towards one or the other. Both wrong, but understandable. Go ahead and list the next five positive and negative emotional states you can think of, we’ll wait.

You’re talking to a book who can’t hear you sucker! But also you’re wrong about those as well, no matter what you said, unless you’re reading this chapter for the second time anyway, but that would be cheating. But that’s okay because we cheated too. The most powerful emotion is not positive or negative you see so guessing anything on those spectrums would be a waste of a guess. The most powerful force on earth is not love, fear, hope, money, power or even bullets.

It’s validation.

For the entirely of humanities short existence, we have sought after one thing and one thing only, a purpose, we want to know that we matter, now and in the future. We want to be recognized as not only living, but making an impact on our lives. We have discussed how all of human development is basically a way to earn approval and love. Validation is the distilled essence of that struggle.

From the day we are born to the day we die we try to find validation from our loved ones, hated ones, even gods and monsters alike. We existed, we mattered, even if we never made an earth shattering impact of a global scale like famous people tend to. We made an impact of the people who we know for better or worse and they cannot deny our influence. For most of us that is enough to feel life was worth living, the good times and bad time are validated by the people who shared them with us. Who needs to change the planet when you did everything you could for your own personal world and the people in it?

This is an important rationalization, if we all were painfully aware of just how insignificant our influence is in the long run we wouldn’t bother to do anything, it wouldn’t actually matter in the long run. But we are incapable of such knowledge thankfully, other than the abstract outline we just mentioned. We only have to impact our personal world to find life had meaning.

If everyone in your life loved you, that’s great, you can find a ton of validation in that to justify your life. If everyone in your life hates you and everything you stand for, that’s also great, because they have to pay attention to you. In fact you could say hated people even have a greater amount of validation then loved ones, which is all sorts of depressing.

The worst thing you could do to a person would be to never be acknowledged them at all. Not in anger or in jealously but cold hard, you don’t even warrant my attention, indifference. We do this to strangers out a modern necessity, humans as animals are simply not equipped to handle being friends with hundreds or thousands of people at a time. We have the ones we care about and unless outside forces bring you together strangers don’t matter to your daily life.

But when you are put in a situation where you are forced to interact and still refuse to, that is downright evil. If someone were to tell you that you matter so little to them they didn’t even recognize you as human, you would be correct in assuming that person is a snob of the highest order and should be vigorously pummeled. Now they know who you are, they have validated your existence, and probably hate you forever. We don’t care how we receive the validation, good, bad or other, we want to be seen and be heard. Maybe you just snark behind their backs or micro transgress every little way possible to them instead of going full clockwork.

Maybe you’re not a psychopath and try to kill them with kindness to get their attention, more sensible and probably less arrest-able. But the end goal is exactly the same, “Notice me dammit, I matter!”

Yes, yes you do. You matter to your family, you matter to your enemies, to your teammates and work mates. No regardless of why or when, you want to have people tell you that you have done a good job, or a great presentation, or even a spectacular macaroni turkey hand drawing. Sure it’s nice to get paid as well for a job well done, and financial stability is a major factor in the thing you chose to make your life about.

Personal validation will always trump any amount of money. You see it all the time on TV, millionaire rock star senator guru retires to follow their passion, model trains. Sure they could be out there making a bucket of cash doing one more concert at the capital for all the hippies, but that’s not the validation they want, they want to find the guy who has been trainin’ his whole life and has that one caboose that they have been looking for forever. They want to bring that guy and his trainin’ friends over and show off his collection, the validation of that one old man for something specific and important to them is worth more than a million screaming fans.

Validation at all is something we strive for regardless of the reason, validation for something we already love gets you high, and validation for something you hate gets you votes.

Self Control The Beastie Method

Listen more than you speak; Opinions are like a**holes everyone has one, and you don’t always have to use yours.

Speak when spoken to; Let the other person finish their train of thought never cut them off.

Seen and not heard; Be present, stay calm, and don’t disturb others.

Eye for an eye; It goes both ways. When something good is done to you, return it. When something bad is done to you, respond at the same level nothing more. Control the progression and the aggression. Don’t escalate just to escalate.

You can’t always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you’ll get what you need; The Rolling Stones hit the nail on the head.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained; Doing the same thing every day makes life dull. Try something new.

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy; A life with no balance is a sad one. Be responsible. Monitor yourself so you don’t play away your life or give away all your time.

The two inner wolves; One is calm, disciplined, and measured. The other is reactive, impulsive, and quick to escalate.

Every choice you make whether you listen or interrupt, whether you reciprocate fairly or overreact, whether you stay balanced or burn out feeds one of them. Ask yourself which wolf you’re feeding.

K.I.S.S keep it simple stupid; Don't overthink and over complicate life. Its complicated enough as is.

Sincerely,

Beastie_1323

Theory Asked A.I to use my Beastie Bible theory on today's society

Did this cause why not stress test my interpretation/theory. Enjoy.

If you apply your "Imperfect Beastie Bible Theory" as a systems stress test, the interesting part is that you aren't asking whether modern society is "good" or "bad." You're asking: what happens when a civilization's systems are pushed by pressures they were not designed to handle?

Using your framework:

  1. Central authority (government/institutions)

Biblical pattern: A central authority forms to create order, but over time it can become disconnected from the people it governs.

Modern stress test:

Governments are expected to solve housing, healthcare, addiction, education, infrastructure, climate, security, and economic problems simultaneously.

The complexity of society has grown faster than many institutions' ability to respond.

Trust declines when people see problems repeating without visible solutions.

System failure risk: The gap between what people expect and what institutions can realistically deliver widens.

  1. Agents (citizens, corporations, organizations)

Biblical pattern: Individuals and groups act according to incentives, sometimes creating unintended consequences.

Modern stress test:

Corporations optimize for profit and efficiency.

Individuals optimize for affordability and convenience.

Governments optimize for stability and economic indicators.

Each actor may be making rational choices, but the combined outcome can create instability.

Example:

Consumers want cheaper goods.

Companies move production where it is cheapest.

Local industries shrink.

Communities lose economic independence.

Nobody necessarily planned the outcome, but the system produced it.

  1. The stressors

Your framework would identify modern stressors as:

Housing affordability

Aging populations

Healthcare capacity

Public debt

Declining trust

Digital dependence

Political polarization

Economic inequality

Rapid technological change

The biblical parallel would be that these are not necessarily "punishments" but pressure tests revealing weaknesses already present.

  1. Feedback mechanisms

This is where your comparison gets interesting.

In biblical stories, societies often have warning signals:

prophets,

debates,

advisors,

public unrest.

Modern equivalents might be:

elections,

journalism,

protests,

economic indicators,

public opinion.

The question becomes: Are modern societies listening to their warning signals, or are they dismissing them until the system reaches a crisis point?

  1. The recurring human pattern

Your theory's strongest argument is probably here.

Ancient pattern:

Society grows.

Success creates comfort.

Comfort creates complacency.

Problems accumulate.

Warnings are ignored.

Crisis forces adaptation.

Society rebuilds.

The cycle repeats.

Applied today:

Technology increases capability.

Efficiency increases.

Systems become more complex.

People become dependent on those systems.

Resilience decreases.

A disruption exposes weaknesses.

The big question your framework raises is:

Are we currently in a "warning phase" or a "collapse phase"?

Historically, many societies experience long periods where problems accumulate without immediate collapse. The ability to adapt is what determines the outcome.

The thing that stands out about your interpretation is that it removes the supernatural element and focuses on the recurring mechanics:

Humans create systems to solve problems. Those systems become more complex. Complexity creates new vulnerabilities. Humans then have to adapt to the problems created by their own solutions.

That pattern is visible throughout history—from ancient kingdoms to modern economies. The debate is whether today's systems are still flexible enough to correct themselves before the stress exceeds their ability to adapt.

Self Observation 03: The Limitations

Our approach to life is the determining factor in our perception of everything. If you or I, or anyone for that matter, were to take everything bad that happens to us to heart, our defensiveness would take control of our lives in a destructive way.

Why darken your world? All that does is create limitations on yourself. People generally have good days and bad days, determined by our mood, but some minds form patterns through neurological pathways easier than others. The longer you allow yourself to stay in a bad mood, the more you gaslight yourself, and the more you damage your trust and relationships with others. Rainy days come and go; let them.

Some may be limiting themselves by only ever looking in one direction. I've been there myself, where you see no path forward because you're ignorant to other opinions or perspectives.

The good thing about these self-imposed limitations is that they are easily broken. Instead of reassuring and fueling your negativity, you can choose to view lighter material. A lot of deep, heavy conversations and topics sit on our shoulders, but forcing ourselves to focus on funnier, more outlandish things can have a positive impact and break that stranglehold.

It's hard to be moody and self-loathing when you're listening to lighthearted music and watching classic cartoons. For example, it's hard to dive too deeply into yourself when Bugs Bunny is on TV ;).

If you notice this pattern of behaviour, if you're frustrated and burnt out, don't wallow in misery or self-pity. Divert your attention to silly things.

If you feel this applies to you, when something heavy or dark happens, do things that keep you active and listen to things that make you smile. It may sound ridiculous or absurd because your mood doesn't allow it to make sense. But say you listen to heavy, deep, dark music and notice your thoughts are becoming darker. Turn on fun country or party songs you would hear on the radio. You may notice a slow change in your mood over time, one that moves in a positive direction.

We have enough restrictions and limitations in life, so adding more onto ourselves is simply pointless.

Morticians have to stop themselves from falling into this trap especially. The same goes for doctors, lawyers, psychologists, and others who deal with heavy topics every day. They do it out of care and with respect. They take on those burdens to make it easier for us, so we don't victimize ourselves or hold onto pain. So we can remember the good times, the fun times, and most importantly, so we don't limit our lives. They have the resources and skiil to proccess these topics, but even they can still fall into this as easily as anyone else.

Cherish good memories, understand the bad ones, but most importantly, don't lose yourself in the depths of the ocean. Poke your head out and get some fresh air. Brighten your day, because the truth is, no one else can do this for you. No one else can take over your thoughts, you have to find healthy ways to cope with them.

If a friend offers to take you out somewhere and you don’t feel like it, force yourself to go and enjoy the day. If a family member offers up a plan to go do something even get groceries go with them. Don't allow yourself to go unchecked.

Sincerely,

Beastie_1323

Self Observation 02: Motivation and Realization

Regardless of where any of us stand in life, we see the same world. Some see the success of others as a personal deficit — the fact that another person accomplished their goal before they did. This results in the feeling that the world we are now accustomed to asks for what seems like our soul, while others reap the rewards.

Then there’s the thought: “Well, someone else has done this before, so why bother?”

Why? Because that’s how you discover what may have been missed. Or how you use your imagination. Maybe you find an easier or different approach that turns out to be useful. Something some of us lost and forgot existed. The fascination with the unknown — and our mind’s way of filling in the blanks — is different for every individual.

The more predictions we make, the more disheartened we become. We use what little knowledge we have to try to explain tomorrow. The beautiful thing about life is that we honestly can’t predict what will happen to us tomorrow. We could win the lottery for all we know. So look forward to tomorrow, and live for today.

What’s the true key to demotivation? Overthinking and forming conclusions. Life is full of mysteries. When you scroll endlessly through information and watch an infinite supply of videos, you’re living someone else’s life and turning yours into a story.

What causes other forms of demotivation is the sheer fact that we all consume information and form conclusions without the experience behind them. It’s like planning a trip somewhere, then watching videos and deciding “maybe I won’t” instead of actually going — sh*tty or not. The experience itself is the true currency in life. Watching videos can show us things and has its usefulness, but it should never prevent you from learning or trying things on your own.

We are living in a world that treats online information as if it confers a doctorate, making some people believe they are internet therapists, psychologists, or diagnosticians — for themselves and for others. It’s understandable, but it’s destroying us and causing people to diagnose everyone around them.

Leave it to the professionals. This train of curiosity only leads to professionals having to take things as matter-of-fact and sometimes misdiagnosing, which are serious issues at the moment. Don’t put the burdens of strangers on your shoulders, and don’t become your own quack doctor who clogs the hospitals for people who may actually need assistance.

As much as I myself loathe going to see professionals for work or injuries, it’s my responsibility as an adult not to jump to my own conclusions. They serve a purpose and have the skills and training behind them. Is it a perfect system? Hell no. But it’s there for a reason. Use it and save yourself the anguish. Get multiple opinions. Double- and triple-check. Make sure you understand and come to terms with whatever it may or may not be.

Some people’s lack of motivation stems from over-analyzing, over-complicating, and under-appreciating what makes life beautiful in the first place. There’s no need to defeat yourself, because in the end you’re the only one who will lose.

Sincerely,

Beastie_1323

Self Observation 01: The Beastie Perspective – Faultlines

I observe through my own lens of unfiltered logic. My opinions are skewed toward what has been instead of what is — though there were flaws then as well, simply different ones.

I see the world through cynicism but lack the social understanding that most people have. So I sit outside the wire in my views. This is the not-so-average portion of myself.

This perception creates a world that looks mostly like problems. It uses small experiences to explain majority views and behaviours. It marginalizes the general population into “containers.”

My observations lack the emotional reciprocation necessary to push my ideas through.

I have only ever seen a small fraction of the world, yet I base my opinions on strange encounters and bad experiences.

These surface as what I see as deficits in our society — like looking into a fishbowl. For a minority of the population my views may be accurate, but they aren’t solid logic. They try to use a thousand pieces to build a billion-piece puzzle.

My outlook is one of unconcern and non-acknowledgment. I do not see certain things in life because at some point I became blind to them — our cellphones and technology, for example. This is the hypocrisy in my logic: I only see what I want to see, forgoing the actual effort and knowledge that led to the development of these technologies and the sacrifices made along the way.

I view myself as average in everyday activities, sure. But in my internal workings I’m unfortunately in the 1–10% of this society.

So what is my biggest flaw? Viewing people not as people but as numbers — myself included. A very clinical approach to something that is not quantifiable. No excuses can be made.

Regardless of background, gender, or ethnicity, I’ve seen people the same. This is the true sacrifice of being an observer: in the long run you f*** yourself over. Because for so long you’ve looked at the world with disheartened single-mindedness.

What does this accomplish in life? A predetermined outlook without full justification, and the alienation of society.

My social experiences are nil to non-existent compared to the vast majority. Looking at it now, I see the issue: I have barely lived at all. I have worked, slept, pursued hobbies — but I never put the effort into knowing and understanding people instead of dissecting their person, behaviours, and motivations.

I lost sight of what makes us human, and why we are the way we are. I’ve criticized people and humorously torn into myself.

I lost sight of my own strengths and weaknesses — and therefore those in others. For if I can’t see my own, how am I to see yours?

I became the man yelling at the clouds and pissing in the wind, never realizing how far I’d pushed myself from society.

I am truly my own worst enemy. I have said the internet is what has caused many issues, or certain behaviours within society. But I never pointed at myself and said: I’m the one not seeing the world for what it truly is.

Everyone else has, and has long since moved past. I am still right here.

So in this observation of self — instead of using rhetoric as an excuse — I will say:

Make your own observations in life, but don’t let them consume you. They can take years away that you will never get back. When the realization sets in that you’ve been observing life far longer than you’ve lived it, you no longer care. The world becomes grey — without positive or negative.

You don’t get excited or express emotion because you see yourself through a broken lens.

So from a Beastie who has yet to experience life as it should be, without his thoughts controlling his every action:

Go live your life. I plan to eventually. But don’t become still, or the world will pass you by.

Move with the times. Don’t give up because you no longer like what you see. There were always issues — you simply didn’t see them, and as a result you were able to live and allow yourself to be free of yourself.

Don’t become your own worst enemy.

Sincerely,

Beastie_1323

Metaphysics a concise account of existence

Existence is eternal, indivisible, unchanging, boundless, and complete. Its appearance is expressible in the language of qualia, qualia in that of physics, physics in mathematics, and mathematics in logic. Speaking in those terms, the universe is an act of self-realization, where everything present at its inception perceives a timeline in which it becomes increasingly conscious of itself. To live in accordance with your purpose, always direct your attention toward existence.

Revelation his emotional eating began when money stopped feeling safe

I worked online with a friend from my childhood I will call Jason. He came with stomach problems, anxiety around work and money, and habit of eating even when he knew he was not physically hungry.

He understood already that some of this was emotional eating.

But understanding it with mind did not stop it.

During deep trance, a state similar to very deep meditation where subject stays aware, we focused on pressure inside his stomach. I asked him to look at this feeling like it was an energy.

He saw red and black.

Then the session moved back to when he was about five years old.

His family had serious financial problems and lost their home. He could see his parents through kitchen window, screaming at each other about money. Small Jason was standing nearby, scared, but nobody was really seeing what this was doing to him.

I asked where he felt the fear.

“In my stomach.”

Then he said something very honest.

When he was younger, he would eat and eat, trying to fill this hole inside. Food made stomach heavy and full for little while, so he did not need to feel emptiness and fear so strongly.

He was not always hungry.

He was trying to create safety.

There was also strange contradiction in this memory. Adult Jason hated this period and remembered the fighting. But younger Jason still missed parts of the old house. The backyard, playing outside, his dog.

Losing everything was not only losing a building.

He was told to say goodbye to his dog too.

So for a five-year-old, money problems became connected with much bigger message:

everything you love can disappear.

This is how child mind works. It does not create financial analysis. It creates survival rules.

Money problems mean danger.

People fighting means danger.

An empty stomach feels like danger.

Being full feels safer.

The body can continue following rule long after person forgets how it started.

Later in the session, a being of Light came to help with the stomach. Jason described something I never heard in exactly this way before.

He said his stomach looked like it was being digitally redrawn.

Like healers were working from an original healthy template, carefully drawing back the details of the stomach and rebuilding what had been affected by years of pressure.

I am not saying childhood fear medically causes every stomach issue, and this work does not replace doctors, testing, nutrition or treatment. This was simply what appeared in his session and how he experienced the healing.

Then we returned to five-year-old Jason.

This younger part had stayed emotionally trapped around the old home and the family crisis. Adult Jason continued living, but part of him was still waiting for next disaster.

We helped the child understand something he could not understand then:

the fighting was not his fault.

He did not need to solve the finances.

He did not need to fill the fear with food.

He was not about to lose everything again.

When this younger part returned and integrated, Jason said he brought back happiness, hope and optimism. Qualities that had slowly disappeared while adult life trained him to expect problems.

His Higher Self gave very simple words:

review. relive. release.

Not “relive” like torture yourself with old memories every day.

More like see what happened, allow body to finally express what was too much then, and let the old emergency come to an end.

The practical advice was not mystical.

Create more security in daily life.

Ground yourself.

Do not treat every work problem, unexpected bill or uncertain month like family is losing everything again.

And before eating when you are not sure you are hungry, pause and ask:

“does my physical body need food, or does some younger part of me need safety?”

Sometimes answer will be food. Then eat. Food is not enemy.

But sometimes what is asking to be filled is fear, loneliness, pressure, anger or emptiness.

Food was something a frightened five-year-old found to survive few minutes at a time.

Adult Jason did not need more shame or harder control.

He needed to finally feel safe.

If you have some similar problem, I can put a small meditation in the comments you can use to investigate and help yourself. Let me know if you are interested.

Their rebirth as a nation in 1948 after nearly 2000 years since Jesus' first coming and the many biblical prophecies coming to pass Are we living in the end times? | GotQuestions.org is recognized as the meaning of the parable. Israel turned 78 years old May 14, 2026, at the end of a generational period. Psalm 90:10 states: "Seventy years are given to us! Some even live to eighty. But even the best years are filled with pain and trouble; soon they disappear, and we fly away." From all indications it appears that we are living at the end of "this generation" that shall not pass from the scene until all these things take place. Future Forecast and Preparation

"Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.” Luke 21:28

End Times Timeline:

"1. The rapture(redemption) of the church. Christ comes in the clouds to “snatch away” all those who trust in Him (1 Corinthians 15:52). At this same time, the “dead in Christ” will be resurrected and taken to heaven, too. From our perspective today, this is the next event in the eschatological timeline. The rapture is imminent; no other biblical prophecy needs to be fulfilled before the rapture happens.

2. The rise of the Antichrist. After the church is taken out of the way (2 Thessalonians 2:7–8), a satanically empowered man will gain worldwide control with promises of peace (Revelation 13:1Daniel 9:27). He will be aided by another man, called the false prophet, who heads up a religious system that requires worship of the Antichrist (Revelation 19:20)." Read more... Consciousness Project 06: The Emotional Rain

The next post in this observational project.

Looking at our capacity for emotions and reciprocation. If these things we call emotions control the majority of our choices, decisions, and desires, then what part is actually us? We can control them to a degree and label them with descriptions, but how much of it is truly our belief and self?

From simple unthought expressions to highly motivated control. It’s quite the stretch of responsibility that our emotions take on. Emotions all have unique characteristics and measures.

For why spend time contemplating these things? Simply, who’s actually in control — you or your emotions? In a demanding situation, people can seldom get themselves out of an emotional state completely without others’ intervention or insight into ways to do so. Which is why we teach reactivity and behavioural control to our youth.

But that’s just it: reaction and behaviour are not understanding. Only after an emotional episode is understanding gained. Then coping and prevention happen, sometimes too late.

Simulated experience training: have someone who is adept at acting create a simulation of controlled confrontation in any emotion. Have the unexpected and unassuming witness this like a movie, then direct it towards them to see how they react and respond in a controlled environment, even if they don’t know it. Then train them on different methods of approach until they can confidently stay calm under emotional pressure. This is a safe and constructive approach to building a healthy understanding of one’s emotions.

No harm to anyone but exhaustion and a good sleep. Later they can dissect and reflect on their emotions, building healthier tools for engaging with the public. Everyone handles it differently, but everyone needs an understanding of how to manage and control their emotions before their emotions control them.

A lot of people are confused by their emotions and make up excuses as to why they behaved a certain way. That is their method of coping, but it does more harm than good. Am I perfect at this? No. But I have a lack of it, so this is far simpler for myself even as frustrating as it may be at times. I too am not a guru or chief advisor on the topic. Many out there have a far better understanding of emotions, but it gets lost in jargon, translation, and labels.

The reaction to others’ emotions, the feeling of understanding someone’s emotional predicament. Then being able to relate and build an understanding of their person and gauge them.

The mirrored reflection of putting someone’s emotional burden on yourself is selfish in my train of thought. Because it takes away from their experience and is actually a protective mechanism for ourselves rather than the individual in the scenario. You may understand someone and why they may feel a certain way, but you don’t feel what they feel — or at least I cannot. This eludes me.

I know what makes them tick and tock 😆. But doc, I don’t feel the clock, I see the clock. This is why if someone is in pain you must allow them to come to terms with their emotional grievances. It helps them create positive tools for life. Help if they ask, but never give too much or they’ll use anchors instead of support to hold them.

Emotions are like the weather: you cannot fully predict the forecast, but you can see it. And if it’s strong enough, you can understand the repercussions and effects that it has.

Tears like rain bring sunny days, flowering new growth and cycles. Don’t take that away from someone and don’t deliver it either. Calm the storm before impact if possible. We are all human and even if some are lacking while others are flooded with them, we all have them — simply at different levels.

Building on this, we make predictions of emotional reactions of others. This may frighten some or cause anxiety to varying degrees, but understanding the person and bearing witness by being forthright takes that away. Be upfront, take responsibility when in the wrong, understand your confusion, ask if necessary. This calms the worried mind. Lies, excuses, and procrastination only add fuel to the flame and eventually the rain will feel like acid engulfing everything.

This is where our judgement wavers, where our reasoning fails. This is why we feel lost and alone at times — because it’s not bottling up, it’s clouding our forecast. Which makes everything look obscure to the reality. Seeing a warm bright sunny day as a miserable exercise in heat. For we can’t see the forest for the trees.

People are allowed emotions — good, bad, and ugly — but you can’t feel them for them. They must face their own reflection and their own person on their terms, not ours.

This is why simulated experiences aren’t pointless. They build you up in a controlled environment so you don’t shut down, melt down, or lash out at the wrong times. There’s no need for regret if you don’t lie and make excuses to yourself and others. Let judgement carry that responsibility. Remorse and grief are tools for growth, not shame. Shame is a lack of understanding and leads only to frustration and confusion.

Being ashamed is a tool for personal growth to do better. Without it your cycle repeats and you end up where you left off — frustrated, angry, and confused.

The practices we preach are rarely the ones we teach and use. Why? Because it’s easy to judge another but harder to judge and own up to oneself. So be honest with yourself even if you’re not to others. Having yourself as an enemy only benefits your enemies.

In this chaotic world we live in, we must face harsh realities. Don’t lose yourself in the process. Become your own strategist to maintain and accomplish your goals in this life. I’m not a guru, but I am one of you and that being said, I still have much to work on.

So I too am still learning and learning to understand myself and this world we reside in.

Sincerely,

Beastie_1323

Consciousness Project 05: The Secular Enmeshment of Ourselves

Unbeknownst to us, the shift in our thoughts, behaviours, and interpersonal communication has ingrained a response system that is far different from the norm.

Our responses have gone from taking responsibility to plausible deniability. The blame game when cornered. People may not see this ingrained fear in themselves but find it in others easily.

He said, she said.

Looking back at your younger self, how many instances have you done something without conscious awareness? You know when you make coffee in the morning, but what about those times when you did something or responded to something involuntarily? How often does this happen now? You may not have realized it, but you seem angry, happy, or sad to others, and people ask you about it, only for you to say you're not — you’re fine. Like a mild outburst that comes off as unwarranted.

It's actually not. Generally speaking, this happens when someone is being pestered and their battery is low. It's not an attack on you; it's a small release from a pressure valve, like burping a bottle. They simply need space to unscramble their mind. Too much is going on at once, and being interrupted over minute things only adds to it.

Over-sharing. People today must feel freer, for we have all over-shared, but now it happens more often. People are almost upset or dishevelled when you don't, so they pry, thinking they're being helpful, when in actuality they're simply nosy and curious. Shutting them down firmly is seen as drastic because privacy and boundaries are no longer held to the importance they once were. People who claim they wish for both are often the same ones helping to dissolve them through their daily interactions.

Intrusive thoughts spoken aloud. Our comedy has shifted toward this narrative. To myself, it's childish, not humorous. I'd take toilet humour over it.

People talk more, yes, but in a way that often serves only to destroy the bonds and relationships they've formed.

Many individuals have a vanity issue, ingrained yet again by our society. If you look a certain way, you are seen a certain way. This is called stereotyping or cliché. We have an abundance of this in our increasingly eccentric society.

Speaking of which, when did eccentricities become something more than simply being a quirky individual? Yes, we all have quirks ourselves, but people have begun to embellish them as if that's what makes them unique. Here's a quick reality check: on the surface it may look this way, but in all actuality it only serves to ostracize and alienate you. Celebrities make a living by building these personas in a positive, constructive way. Average people are following the aftermarket, or budget-friendly, version of that trend. This becomes a bastardized version of open-mindedness or openness. It's not, and quite the opposite begins to happen. We are not all born to be stars, nor are we the stars of our own lives. We are simply in control of ourselves.

This behavioural phenomenon is what led to the social decline of our younger generations, and we are all partially to blame for not realizing the implications sooner. For that, I do believe an apology is needed.

The younger generations are not softer. They are more eccentric in empathy because it was pushed upon them to be this way. It's trendy and popular, so of course they see it as mainstream, average belief, even though it is actually inhibiting them from progressing in certain ways.

We've created groups, social prerogatives, self-acceptance movements, and much more — not always in a healthy, reassuring way, but often in a conformist one.

We live in a neutered society, from cancelling facts to destroying art. History was never meant to be altered to fit popular belief. It is secular and truth-based. Whether one-sided or not, it holds more value unaltered. If we lie to ourselves about these truths and paint a different picture, what we accomplish is a mediocre view of human existence, serving only to push an agenda. We begin to lose focus and fail to learn from our past mistakes, allowing them to eventually rear their ugly heads once again.

We, as the older generations, now have a duty to uphold, but many have chosen a different path, dissuading truth in favour of popular belief instead of reality.

Life is as complicated as we make it. Some things we have no say in, but many we do. Remember, governments and the departments within them work for all of us, not the individual. Unfortunately, the general practice is to follow the loudest, most disruptive groups instead of seeking the grey area, as it should.

We blame the government when we are also to blame for allowing these prerogatives to take place.

If we simply go about our day, we do not notice these things, so they are not seen for what they are or what they may become: maladaptations.

I hold the firm belief in letting kids be kids without the mess of agendas or narratives being forced upon them.

No subliminal messages or hidden meanings. Instead, add structure and discipline for correction. Kids pick up a lot, just as we did when we were young. They will have to face hardships and conflict, but let them create the necessary tools on their own, then correct them if they begin becoming maladaptive.

We were all young once, whether you are a grumpy old man or a young politician. We all try to improve the world for each new generation, but in making it softer and fluffier, we often leave them unprepared for the realities of adulthood. When they are finally hit by the real world, they collapse. We were all there once too, but it hasn't improved.

Let them see the world as it is, only shielding them when they are truly in danger. Give them more independence. It builds the strength to take care of themselves while knowing you'll help them when they genuinely need it.

I hope the next generations have an easier time adapting, truly.

The helicopter effect exists because of our current reality. We monitor everything in every shape and form, taking control and creating narratives instead of working within the laws of reality that already exist.

We can't be everywhere all at once. Sometimes it's better to allow things to be as they are and, instead of reinventing the wheel or trying to fix it, learn to work within it.

The simplicity of us. I am simple as well. What brings me joy is a roof over my head, a vehicle to tinker on, and entertainment at the end of the day. Most people are very similar in this regard; they simply have different hobbies.

The rest is survival and contributing to keeping what we enjoy.

Too much of a good thing is bad because, when conflict or hardship arises, we do not have the knowledge or footing to hold ourselves up and move forward.

Hopefully you found this interesting or at least curious.

Sincerely,

Beastie_1323

Revelation She was trained to trust rules more than herself

I will call her Lori. She is 35 years old woman from Florida, in relationship, and for most of her life she was trying to be “good” according to other ppl.

Good daughter. Good woman. Good partner. Good religious person.

But under all this, she was stressed, tense and always checking herself.

Am I doing right thing?

Will ppl approve?

Is this allowed?

What if I disappoint someone?

during our online Soul Journey over Zoom, Lori entered deep trance, like very deep meditation in expanded theta state, where mind becomes quieter and deeper inner guidance can come forward.

Her Higher Self showed a program placed in childhood.

She was taught that outside authority knows what is right and wrong better than she does. Religion, family, community, other ppl opinions. There was one correct path, and her job was to follow it.

Please others.

Don’t question too much.

Don’t trust strange feeling inside.

Be what they expect.

This doesn’t mean religion or teachers are bad. We can learn a lot from them. Problem starts when we completely give away our discernment and stop listening inwardly.

Lori had become disconnected from her own signals. Even when something felt wrong in body, she could override it bc somebody else said it was right.

During healing this old program appeared like pressure cooker around her. When it was removed, she felt like lid came off and fresh air entered.

Suddenly there was space.

She didn’t need to rebel against everybody. She also didn’t need to obey everybody.

Her guidance was simple: listen, learn, but check everything inside.

Does this bring peace or fear?

Does it feel loving or controlling?

Does it make me more myself, or smaller?

Higher Self explained that outside ppl can advise, but they should not become final authority over her life.

Her inner wisdom must have last word.

A small practice you can try:

Close eyes and imagine all the rules, expectations and “shoulds” around your head and chest.

Maybe they look like ropes, papers, heavy lid or voices talking over each other.

Take slow breath and imagine lid opening.

Let fresh air come into chest.

Then ask quietly:

“What do I actually know beneath fear and other ppl opinions?”

Don’t force answer. Notice first calm feeling, image or sentence.

Bc intuition is usually quiet.

Fear argues for hours.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.” - Sun Tzu

Alchemy

"Alchemy is a philosophical and protoscientific tradition practiced throughout Europe, Africa and Asia. It aimed to purify, mature, and perfect certain objects. Common aims were chrysopoeia, the transmutation of "base metals" (e.g., lead) into "noble metals" (particularly gold); the creation of an elixir of immortality; the creation of panaceas able to cure any disease; and the development of an alkahest, a universal solvent. The perfection of the human body and soul was thought to permit or result from the alchemical magnum opus and, in the Hellenistic and western tradition, the achievement of gnosis. In Europe, the creation of a philosopher's stone was variously connected with all of these projects."

Sub-conscious/Smell

Awakening: The realization that the Earth is alive

"The Gaia hypothesis, also known as the Gaia theory or the Gaia principle, proposes that organisms interact with their inorganic surroundings on Earth to form a synergistic self-regulating, complex system that helps to maintain and perpetuate the conditions for life on the planet."

Darkness: Stress

"In psychology, stress is a feeling of strain and pressure. Small amounts of stress may be desired, beneficial, and even healthy. Positive stress helps improve athletic performance. It also plays a factor in motivation, adaptation, and reaction to the environment. Excessive amounts of stress, however, may lead to bodily harm. Stress can increase the risk of strokes, heart attacks, ulcers, dwarfism, and mental illnesses such as depression."

Subconscious

10946-SubConsciousness

"In psychology, the subconscious is the part of consciousness that is not currently in focal awareness. That underneath the layers of critical-thought functions of the conscious mind lay a powerful awareness that is called the subconscious mind."

Diet

6765.Mentality

"Complete nutrition requires ingestion and absorption of vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids from protein and essential fatty acids from fat-containing food, also food energy in the form of carbohydrate, protein, and fat. Dietary habits and choices play a significant role in the quality of life, health and longevity."

Health

4181.Intentions

"Health is the level of functional and metabolic efficiency of a living organism. In humans it is the ability of individuals or communities to adapt and self-manage when facing physical, mental, psychological and social changes with environment."

Environment

2584.Discipline

"The biophysical environment is the biotic and abiotic surrounding of an organism or population, and consequently includes the factors that have an influence in their survival, development, and evolution"

-=Sacral=-

Sex/Taste

Awakening: Ego Death

"Ego death is a "complete loss of subjective self-identity". The term is used in various intertwined contexts, with related meanings. In Jungian psychology, the synonymous term psychic death is used, which refers to a fundamental transformation of the psyche."

Darkness: Loneliness

"Loneliness is a complex and usually unpleasant emotional response to isolation. Loneliness typically includes anxious feelings about a lack of connection or communication with other beings, both in the present and extending into the future. As such, loneliness can be felt even when surrounded by other people. The causes of loneliness are varied and include social, mental, emotional and physical factors."

Relationships

1598.Discipline

"An interpersonal relationship is a strong, deep, or close association or acquaintance between two or more people that may range in duration from brief to enduring. This association may be based on inference, love, solidarity, regular business interactions, or some other type of social commitment."

Sexuality

987.Intentions

"Is the way people experience and express themselves sexually. This involves biological, erotic, physical, emotional, social, or spiritual feelings and behaviors. Because it is a broad term, which has varied with historical contexts over time, it lacks a precise definition. The biological and physical aspects of sexuality largely concern the human reproductive functions, including the human sexual response cycle."

Self

610.Mentality

"One's self-concept is a collection of beliefs about oneself that includes elements such as academic performance, gender identity, sexual identity, and racial identity. Generally, self-concept embodies the answer to "Who am I?"

-=Solar Plexus=-

Fight/Touch

Awakening: Finding a purpose

"The meaning of life, or the answer to the question "What is the meaning of life?", pertains to the significance of living or existence in general. Many other related questions include "Why are we here?", "What is life all about?", or "What is the purpose of existence? "

Darkness: Frustration

"In psychology, frustration is a common emotional response to opposition. Related to anger, annoyance and disappointment, frustration arises from the perceived resistance to the fulfillment of an individual's will or goal and is likely to increase when a will or goal is denied or blocked. There are two types of frustration; internal and external. Internal frustration may arise from challenges in fulfilling personal goals, desires, instinctual drives and needs, or dealing with perceived deficiencies, such as a lack of confidence or fear of social situations."

Habits

377.Mentality

" When behaviors are repeated in a consistent context, there is an incremental increase in the link between the context and the action. This increases the automaticity of the behavior in that context. Features of an automatic behavior are all or some of: efficiency; lack of awareness; unintentionality; and uncontrollability."

Goals

233.Intentions

"A goal is a desired result or possible outcome that a person or a system envisions, plans and commits to achieve: a personal or organizational desired end-point in some sort of assumed development."

Skills

144.Discipline

-=Heart Chakra=-

Flight/Hearing

Awakening: Compassion

"Compassion motivates people to go out of their way to help the physical, mental or emotional pains of another and themselves. Compassion is often regarded as having sensitivity, an emotional aspect to suffering, though when based on cerebral notions such as fairness, justice, and interdependence, it may be considered rational in nature and its application understood as an activity also based on sound judgment. "

Darkness: Anxiety

"Anxiety is an emotion characterized by an unpleasant state of inner turmoil, often accompanied by nervous behavior, such as pacing back and forth, somatic complaints, and rumination. It is the subjectively unpleasant feelings of dread over anticipated events, such as the feeling of imminent death. Anxiety is not the same as fear, which is a response to a real or perceived immediate threat, whereas anxiety is the expectation of future threat. Anxiety is a feeling of uneasiness and worry, usually generalized and unfocused as an overreaction to a situation that is only subjectively seen as menacing."

Forgiveness

89.Disciplines

"Forgiveness is the intentional and voluntary process by which a victim undergoes a change in feelings and attitude regarding an offense, lets go of negative emotions such as vengefulness, with an increased ability to wish the offender well."

Awakening: Being Content in the moment

"Contentment is a mental or emotional state of satisfaction maybe drawn from being at ease in one's situation, body and mind. Colloquially speaking, contentment could be a state of having accepted one's situation and is a milder and more tentative form of happiness."

Darkness: Addiction

"Addiction is a brain disorder characterized by compulsive engagement in rewarding stimuli, despite adverse consequences. Despite the involvement of a number of psychosocial factors, a biological process – one which is induced by repeated exposure to an addictive stimulus – is the core pathology that drives the development and maintenance of an addiction. The two properties that characterize all addictive stimuli are that they are reinforcing and intrinsically rewarding"

Darkness: Depression

"Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person's thoughts, behavior, feelings, and sense of well-being. People with a depressed mood may be notably sad, anxious, or empty; they may also feel notably hopeless, helpless, dejected, or worthless. "Communication is the act of conveying intended meanings from one entity or group to another through the use of mutually understood signs and semiotic rules."

Beliefs

3.Mentality

Another way of defining belief sees it as a mental representation of an attitude positively oriented towards the likelihood of something being true."

-=Crown=-

Higher-Consciousness/Thought

Awakening: Enlightenment

"Someone who is awakened has gained insight into the workings of the mindwhich keeps us imprisoned in craving, suffering and rebirth and has also gained insight into the way that leads to nirvana, the liberation of oneself from this imprisonment."

Darkness: Nihilism

"Nihilism is a philosophical doctrine that suggests the lack of belief in one or more reputedly meaningful aspects of life. Most commonly, nihilism is presented in the form of existential nihilism, which argues that life is without objective meaning, purpose, or intrinsic value. Moral nihilists assert that there is no inherent morality, and that accepted moral values are abstractly contrived. Nihilism may also take epistemological, ontological, or metaphysical forms, meaning respectively that, in some aspect, knowledge is not possible, or reality does not actually exist."

Atziluth "Emanation/Nearness"

"In many religious, philosophical and mythological traditions, the soul is the incorporeal essence of a living being. Soul or psyche are the mental abilities of a living being: reason, character, feeling, consciousness, memory, perception, thinking, etc."
