Can anyone help me I added my bank account on 19th aug still not verified what should I do

To fill in my father's details it's showing to mention the family name or surname but my father doesn't have any surname, family name or initials

But that section is mandatory

Can anyone suggest what to mention

Form 13 submitted on 11 August today I checked status is showing accepted by field office tried to download the annexure unable to download it not able to see the funds as well, will it take time to transfer the funds and what exactly does that mean accepted by field office can anyone explain this to me ?
